The food here is flavorful--and you can easily feel inspired by the tastes of something reminiscent of home cooking. Where I felt lost though was in the amount of grease their curry had. For me, it's not a great sign when there is a visible layer of oil sitting on top of the curry (in a takeout container). Their location appears to be inviting, but also busy. False & misleading advertisement on the menu/Door Dash. a) We try to patronize local restaurants as much as we can. With Indian Restaurants, you always have to ask "If it is Fresh and not from earler in the day or day before".We went in the evening and asked If Biryani was Fresh and not from the morning. They lied and said it is always Fresh and it was not! It tasted a day old. we decided to give them another chance the next Day and decided to order the " 2 pcs of Tandori Chicken Leg Quarters " on their Door Dash menu for $9.97. when we picked up the order, we decided to look inside, it only had ONE piece, when we went back inside and showed the one piece, we were told you only get ONE piece of Leg Quarter for $8.99 plus Tax & Door Dash charges of 0.99. That is almost $10.00 for a .50 cent piece of chicken from The "Restaurant Depot". We do not mind paying the $10.00 for what is in the pictures (2 pcs) and also it says Leg Quarters. Absolutely ridiculous experience. We waited almost an hour and still didn't have food at our table. Kept checking in and asking--nothing. No updates, no urgency, just blank stares and delay after delay. On top of that, we had to stand in line for 20 minutes just to pay for the misery. I only paid out of basic courtesy, because frankly, this entire experience was a complete s* show**. This isn't just slow service--it's completely disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful to your customers' time. I'm crazy for Indian food, and make decent Indian food being Indian myself, When they started this restaurant the food was good, I called them again And again and told them to focus on quality because every single restaurant at that same location was closed because they didn't take care of quality and consistency. But exactly what I feared happened, as they start making more money quality goes down..any dish goat is inedible..if guy are lucky you may get good dish. I ordered from their website: Chicken Tikka Masala Garlic Naan (1 whole naan, cut in half) Regular Naan (1 whole naan, cut in half) Mango Lassi Chicken Tikka Kebab Samosas (1 order = 3 pieces) Andhra Chicken Curry When I picked up my order, the staff were friendly, and the food wasn't ready yet (which is kind of a good sign because it was hot and fresh!). Everything was good. The samosas were a bit smaller than the usual ones I've had in the Bay Area, but they were still tasty. They also provided green chutney sauce (bomb.com sauce!). Everything was flavorful. I just wish their website indicated how many slices of naan you get. The mango lassi was also good, with a nice balance between yogurt and mango flavor. Finally a great Indian restaurant in Brentwood! Went today for pick up, ordered goat curry, butter chicken, garlic naan and parotta. The goat curry was filed with chunks of goat and the curry while spicy, was tolerable, and had great flavor. Similarly butter chicken had good amount of chicken. Consistency was not too liquidity, not too thick. Both breads were equally good, lots of good garlic flavor in the naan. Service was a bit slow, but they just opened so I know it'll get better with time. Space is big and clean, lots of tables (they took over the Tasty Temptations vegan Indian restaurant but didn't change the layout). They also have lots of cakes and dessert. Will come back for their signature biryanis and more from their menu. read more

Ordered curry chicken, Channa Bhatura, Nan garlic bread, Parotta the best Parotta I ever ate the bomb!!! Indian flat bread with mint and tamarind chutney. So many aromatic fresh seasoning is what made the dishes. Outstanding truly amazing flavorful I surely will return and I asked that you guys go and try this place. First time here. Excited to have an Indian place on this side of Brentwood. We tried a few things and every item was perfect. Ordered the appetizer "Chicken 65" which is kinda like popcorn chicken with a medium spice rub with a lime chutney dipping sauce. Very very good. My entree was Butter Chicken which was excellent. It's a unique version of butter chicken I haven't had, with a little different spice & flavor added, but I absolutely loved it. My son ordered the Ulvacharu Chicken Biryani Pot. Also excellent. Basically a bowl of rice, chicken with a brown curry sauce and some onion, egg and cilantro. Mild spice and very tasty flavor. We hadn't had this flavor of curry before. We also loved it. And always gotta have Garlic Naan to go with any Indian dish. Their naan is thin and cooked perfect. Slightly charred but still soft in the middle with some garlic butter on it. The service was great and quick. I knew this place was gonna be great when we smelled the aromas walking in the door. Place is clean with newer decor and Indian music playing which is cool. I ordered two chicken legs and a stewed goat. Asked to pack two legs separately for two different people. It wasn't done. I asked the time to prepare the order - I was told 15-20 minutes. I came in 20 minutes and both legs were not just cooked. I really feel freshly cooked meat. It wasn't like that. Roasted goat contained too many small empty bones. One serving of there were about 15-20 bones absolutely without meat. These are small bones without meat. I won't go back to this restaurant and I don't recommend it. read more

I ordered the butter chicken and parotta, it was amazing, the best butter chicken I've ever had, I could drink the sauce. The parotta was perfect for dipping, so yummy. The rice that came with the butter chicken was flavored, very good also. I did wait half an hour for my order, but it was worth it for fresh food. Highly inconsistent in taste, quality and preparation of food. I've been ordering from this establishment for 3 months now, and my opinion has changed because of the variation in the taste quality and flavor of the dishes I order. The vijayawada chicken biryani- opening week it was incredible and continued to remain so for the next few weeks. Then a month and a half later when I ordered I realize it was prepared very differently from what I had earlier. It was not as good. Another item- andhra curry - first time it was amazing, next time they put way too many onions in it and it tasted terrible. Chicken lollipop is ok. Manchurian is bad. Apollo fish was bad. Chicken tandoori is ok. Overall, it's just an unpleasant experience to order one thing expecting it to be the same as you previously ordered, and getting something completely different instead. Taste needs to be consistent. They have a long way to go in becoming a proper Indian restaurant. Service has also been inconsistent. read more
