This will be a very brief review...really cannot add much to the review done by Bruce M. He hit all the high points for this place. Did some minor work on one of my cars a Saturday or so ago -- needed to put some highway miles on it to determine if I had fixed it or made it worse (happily discovered that my mechanical talents -- AKA luck -- are still OK). Drove to Bisbee with the thought of getting a cup of coffee from the Bisbee Coffee Company -- based on the great reviews on Yelp. Their coffee (large Americano) was smooth and full of flavor -- not a hint of bitterness. Well worth the short, peaceful drive from SV to Bisbee. Also noted that have outdoor seating -- can take the dog along on the next trip for a coffee and perhaps a sweet roll (the dog loves her sweet treats!) Will try another concoction on the next visit, but all-in-all Bruce M. nailed this place -- you need to try it on a visit too this glorious little town. read more

This place is delicious! Came to Bisbee for an anniversary/birthday trip and have just been amazed at how cool everyone is. Hit this coffee shop first thing when we arrived, and again first morning here. Even thinking of pushing back my departure time so I can hit it again before we leave. The coffee itself is superb, from a local roaster, and the preparation is excellent. There's someone below complaint that their cappuccino was all foam and didn't have "latte art". Derp, if you don't understand how a cappuccino is served, don't order it. What you buy at Starbucks isn't authentic. read more

I think you have to be a coffeeshop-type to fully appreciate this, but in the simpatico of that precise moment, life is cheery and sedating. I branched out today and ordered something new! I have had coffee here before but today tried the "Bisbee Mexican Mocha". It took a few minutes longer to get and I was not sure why, and then I received my coffee! It was absolutely the cutest I have ever had!!! The guy made a bear on the coffee! Very slow service. Week house coffee. Cappuccino was too strong/bitter. Friendly staff. Only one guy behind the counter kept visiting with his friends so the line kept getting longer. He was annoying. The space is small and when you have a lot of people, you can get tired of people shoving their butts in your face. The good: a group of carolers came in a sang a song or two. Gotta love a local coffee company serving up exotic brews with incredible flavor and friendly service! I love going in and trying the different exotic beans; you never know what theyre going to have. I'm a straight coffee drinker so I don't fool around with the latte's and such but I can tell you that if you just want coffee, this is the place. The beans are roasted perfectly without a bitter or burnt taste and their prices are very reasonable (Take that Starbucks!). They also have a nice selection of teas, both black and herbal. read more

Was wonderfully surprised to find great coffee in a weekend trip to Bisbee. This place was popping. Seems like everyone in Bisbee enjoys their coffee. This coffee place was a nice stop in our exploring of Bisbee. Lots of friends had recommended it to us as a "have to stop by" kind of place. We all had a big breakfast so although I wanted to try the pastries (like the brownie everyone said we needed to get) my friend and I ended up just sharing a Cubano Macchiato. The wait was on the longer side but there wasn't a huge staff there and the place was about 2/3 packed. It was a hot day so I had asked for a side of ice to pour some of the coffee over. It was decent with the ice but my friend said it was better without the ice. He was right. The cubano was rich and creamy when hot and if drunken with the ice, the ice would water it down which took away from the flavor and thickness. It gave me some energy to walk the beautiful streets of Bisbee. If I'm ever in Bisbee again, I'll be sure to stop in but this time, I'll try to save room for one of their snacks! read more

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ORDER. I ordered a Mexican hot chocolate and apparently that meant to add jalapeños to hot chocolate. NOT A GOOD MIX. I did however like the service, the quality of my hot chocolate, and the prices. I may not have read the warning where it said "Mexican hot chocolate: spicy hot chocolate" but be forewarned that they mean business. One sip and your mouth will be hotter than an Arizona summer. The first couple of sips are fine but you keep drinking it and it festers hotter and hotter to the point you need ice cold milk to make the burning stop! Store front was outside and there was seating outside as well but when you go in its inside a building with many others shops. Bathrooms were out and on the 2nd floor. It was a no frills coffee shop with even baked goods...didnt try anything but they certainly looked good. Parking is a pain though, no in and out unless you are lucky to find something up front but we drove around in the parking lot waiting for someone to leave because its a small parking lot shared by many businesses. Had the iced Americano....good flavor, good balance, not as bold as I would have liked but still pretty tasty and definitely not burnt...perfectly roasted though! Husband ordered the dirty chai and was happy with it. Staff was friendly and when they gave it to me hot instead of iced, they fixed it immediately without an issue. Will definitely be back the next time I am in Bisbee. read more

You have to order and get a special code for their WiFi, and the bathroom is located far away, upstairs on the second level (it's kind of like a mini mall). I was pretty disappointed by my visit. I wanted a dirty chai with almond milk but they pre-make it with whole milk. My second choice was a latte with almond milk, and it was pretty disappointing. Tasted burnt and very bitter. And cost me nearly $5. I forgot to ask for the wi-fi password when I ordered so I went back up after I got my drink but was told that it needed to be printed from the register. There was a group of 7 in front of me, and I had to wait. Ugh. So make sure to get your receipt which has the wi-fi password if you want it. And take note that the password is only good for 2 hours. There is quite a bit of seating indoors as well as a patio. Plus, I don't think there are many coffee shops with wi-fi in Bisbee, so this might be as good as it gets. Update: changed from 2 to 3 stars- came back the following day and had the Mexican Mocha with regular milk since so many reviews recommend it. And it is delicious! So don't expect any frills here and stick with what everyone says is good. I also had a croissant which was fantastic. But I also learned that the wi-fi password only works on one device - I used it to connect my phone and then wanted to connect my computer but it wouldn't work. Very frustrating. read more

This is a great coffee shop and an asset to Bisbee. It's in the perfect location and has such a great atmosphere. I don't drink coffee anymore but I love that they offer so many blends for those who do. I mostly like their baked good and sandwiches which are delicious. They have a great indoor space to sit or a fabulous patio where you can relax and enjoy the view up Main St. Definitely a place to go if you love coffee shops and WAY better than Starbucks if you ask me. Sadly disappointed because we love hitting up local coffee shops when we travel. We just order a couple of coffees- the vanilla coldminer and a white chocolate latte, and two muffins- carrot cake and cinnamon. The coffees were just okay- bland and not very flavorful. The carrot cake muffin tasted super salty and I'm not sure what the cinnamon muffin tasted like because I received something else and it did have enough flavor to decipher, but know it wasn't cinnamon (but I was starving and being a Sunday morning, it was too busy to go back to the counter and exchange). I also had a bad stomach for the rest of the day and think it may have been related. Next time we will hit up another coffee joint in town or just go to Starbucks. read more

While walking around Bisbee my parents and I stopped here for a quick and simple lunch. I needed a coffee fix and was excited to try the local beans. The drip coffee was pretty standard/basic. Not too bad, but also lacking in any real flavor. It tasted like your average diner-esque coffee- slightly stale, slightly burned, a little watery. My mom and I both got the Southwestern BLT for lunch. They were also pretty basic, but the chipotle mayo hit the spot for me. I would have really loved if it was a little spicier, but that's just me. My dad got the Miner sandwich which was roast beef and horseradish. He said it was really good. I didn't even get a chance to taste it. I would stop back in here for a cup of coffee if I was in town and needed one, but I'm disappointed that Bisbee lacks a better option. read more
