I chatted with the owner Seth who is passionate about his beans. I enjoyed the taste even without cream. I asked for him to grind the Guatemala coffee that I bought for a friend. He gladly complied. He removed a few bad beans as he poured the bag of beans into the grinder and grabbed another handful of beans to replace the beans he took out. I hope to sample more of his coffee.

I am not a big balsamic fan, so for me that didn't add much as it made it sweeter, but for others who like it, it would probably be great. Nonetheless it was still very good. We also had bagels and cream cheese, and the bagels were awesomely light and perfectly toasted. This seems like a place that the locals know more about as it's tucked a little off the man drag, and it's filled with light. It has a lovely, modern southwest feel which is totally pleasant. I will come back again when next in Bisbee.

This is a great shop that has internet service for your morning laptop activities. This proves to be very beneficial when traveling. They are very good about getting beans from varied sources around the world, and you can sit at a table and watch them being roasted on a closed circuit TV with the roaster nursing it along. There is also patio sitting which on a Friday or Saturday has live jazz bands playing as the sun sets. Don't try to call in an order to go, they are too busy for that. Poor customer service, I didn't want to wait 30 min for a sandwich so I called in the order. The girl on the phone asked someone, then said they don't take orders over the phone. Hmm. I have called in my order before several times.. I've been coming here for years...I'm here now as I write this because yes, they have WIFI! I love this place, it's warm and inviting and the coffee is strong. They roast it here as I can see and smell the beans, I'm enjoying a scone that was made about 2 hours ago by a real baker named John. I know because he came to my table to introduce himself. I came by at 930 am today and there was a bit of a line. It's a popular place for retired people and cyclists. And while this is run by the Calvary church, no one goes around pushing their religion on you. They have a loyalty program.
