The creamy cheese, savory sausage, and fluffy eggs all blended perfectly, plus I loved the surprise bites of home fries throughout. I also ordered the Santa Fe burrito with chorizo, egg, cheese, black beans, home fries, and green sauce. This burrito was sooo good! This was a hidden gem in the West Ashley area of Charleston. I saw the word Biscuit in the title passing by the plaza and told my husband we had to stop in for a quick breakfast before heading to the beach. I am so glad we did because these biscuits were some of my favorite on this trip. It's a small order at the counter place. You can take your food to-go or eat inside/outside. The cashier was super nice explaining the menu to us. If the ingredient is listed on the menu, it means it comes on the biscuit. I got the Fried Apple Biscuit. My husband got the Big Bro with tots. It was cool that the hash brown was in the biscuit for him. Once we ordered, the cashier gave us a number to put at our table so they could know where to deliver the food. The food came so FAST - maybe 2 minutes. My biscuit and fried apples were hot (temperature wise). My whole meal was absolutely delicious and filling. The biscuit was bigger than my palm. The ambiance if sunny, funky, cool, laid back vibes. The man on the grill is genuinely concerned with putting ONLY quality products out of the service window no mater what it happen to be. We got the Hillbilly Philly breakfast sandwich and the Lil Bro. Made it a combo with more tots than you can eat in one sitting. The biscuits were well created to handle the task of whatever you put in them on on them. The Hillbilly philly was a monster of a sandwich and the biscuit say intact for the entirety of its enjoyment. Coffee was great quality and condiments were plentiful and sticked well. Stopped by here while leaving Charleston headed home with some friends and had breakfast here. I had got the country fried steak biscuit which I will say was average in my opinion and i got home fries with them that were barely crispy and under seasoned. Initially had to send my biscuit back due to it not being cooked all the way but they were very apologetic and made me a new one. The girlfriend got a sausage biscuit and also said it was very average and the tots tasted just like Ore Ida tater tots with a very little bit of seasoning. Staff was amazing here though and the outdoor sitting area was okay. All in all would I come back here while visiting Charleston? No probably not. Overall experience... These biscuits are off the chain! They are not the flaky, crumbly biscuits you may be used to being served locally. They are small-crumb, smooth-top almost sandwich rolls in appearance, but are biscuits in taste and texture: soft and giving to the tooth, but sturdy, not separating into pieces or crumbling in your hands. They are unlike what I imagined I would receive, but in a wonderful and flavorful way. This is a biscuit sandwich you could eat in your car without making a mess. But don't eat in your car. We got delivery, so they may be more crisp without the road trip, but they were soft and giving on arrival. We got a trio of biscuits intending to share. I started with the Low Country, as I am a sucker for pimento cheese and always have to try it. It was a huge round smooth-top biscuit tender enough for my fingers to make imprints but with enough body to not crumble apart after a bite. It was loaded with a perfect moist-crunchy piece of fried chicken, tangy pickles, and lackluster pimento cheese. The topping was so mild as to be unnoticeable and might as well have not been present. Hubby got the High Tide and loved it. With bacon, egg, cheese and hash brown on a toothsome biscuit, it was more than a meal's worth. It really made his morning. We shared the Country Comfort the next day and found it fine, but underwhelming, especially compared to the High Tide. Country fried steak needed more seasoning. Gravy had obviously soaked in and egg was reheated but overall imagining it eaten hot and fresh it would be another satisfying breakfast sandwich, and definitely too much for one sitting. The biscuits are not cheap, but you get 2 meals from them. Or be real hungry and risk hating yourself in an hour LOL These things are HUGE! read more

After reviewing the website, I decided to visit Biscuit Bros. Upon entering I noticed how small the establishment was, however there were a few tables both in and outdoors available to dine at. I ordered the hillbilly (without egg). It contained steak, a hashbrown and cheese. The biscuit overall was ok. I didn't like the steak that they used very much, but the hashbrown was good. The biscuit was ok. I liked the flavor of the biscuit but I felt the sandwich was missing something. I asked for jam but perhaps it needed a bit of gravy. I wasn't blown away by it but it wasn't bad either. I personally would love it if they baked their biscuits with berries or fruit sort of like a scone and sold them that way. The biscuits would go great with a cup of hot tea. I think they need a jelly bar or perhaps they should provide an assortment of butter or honey with the meals. The customer service was adequate and overall the food was ok. I may need to try something else on the menu before I make up my mind completely. read more

The ceiling was filled with collegiate football team's flags. It wasn't too busy and we were able to order right away. The food didn't take long to come out. We ordered the 1. Lil bro and the 12. So really I wanted to rate a 3.5 but decided a 3 fits more than a 4. This is a casual biscuit/breakfast spot that's mostly set up for takeaway. Service is excellent and everyone I talked to was very friendly, willing to share their opinions about the menu and describe the various options. Food-wise, I was quite disappointed. The biscuit was very bready and not light and fluffy, as if the dough was over worked and gluten was over developed (for a biscuit). I think because its a biscuit spot, the biscuit is very important so went down to a 3. Maybe they just had an off day though so I'll have to try them again some day! read more

I was using the Too Good to Go app to find a breakfast spot while visiting Charleston. I came across Biscuit Bro's and they had "eggscellent" reviews for their food. I was NOT at all disappointed. I received two large breakfast sandwiches and one biscuit with my order. The biscuits have a slight crunch and so soft on the inside. I had a bacon and sausage biscuit and my wife had their bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and we were both very happy with those choices. These breakfast sandwiches are literally a handful! We had to share the biscuit we received which we didn't mind. My wife and I were full and satisfied for hours after eating. When I walked in I was greeted by the friendly gentleman at the counter and he had our order ready in no time. You can take your order to go and they also have seating inside the restaurant. This is a bright and cheery place perfect for breakfast or just a morning coffee . The mural on the wall helps bring all the decor together and gives you a warm welcome in to the restaurant. When visiting Charleston again, I will be stopping here to help me get my day started! read more

I'm always on the hunt for a good biscuit place. Stopped in here for a Saturday breakfast. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, giving suggestions, the restaurant itself is super cute and while small, we had no issues getting a seat and parking was great. While I didn't love my low country biscuit, I think that might be more of a style thing. I wasn't a huge fan of the pimento cheese. The tots were awesome though and the biscuit itself was huge and very filling. I couldn't finish it! My boyfriend got the Hillbilly Philly and love it!
