Classic Biscuit with egg and cheese and pimento cheese grits.
    Hans B.

The place is clean and staff is kind. So food is good.. we had the simple biscuit , egg and cheese, with a side of pimento cheese and shared a coffee. The grits were a bit too much garlic. Anyways the food, biscuits are fresh....it just seems okay. For $27 ...for two classic biscuits and one coffee... check it out yourself.

We really liked our breakfast here. I got the gluten free/dairy free biscuit which was really good! I wish maybe it had been warmed up a little but it was still tasty. Really liked the jam bar with gf/df options.

We really enjoyed our breakfast at Biscuit Head. Honestly one of our favorite meals from our trip to Greenville. I ordered the Classic Sandwich Biscuit which included egg, cheddar cheese and a side. I had my side of bacon added to the biscuit. My husband ordered the Mimosa Chicken Biscuit which had fried chicken, sriracha slaw, sweet potato butter, and a poached egg on top. Highly recommend this breakfast spot!

Just call me a biscuit head because I'm in love with this groovy place!!! Addi at the register was so friendly and started out morning out by picking out our coffee mugs for us !!! Food was so amazing that I purchased their cookbook ! Super cool jam bar - all fresh made and love being able to choose my coffee and make the way I love it !!! This may make us come back to Greenville even MORE !!! Great job to the owners !!

I love the aesthetic of this cute place. Its right off the street connected to a building of apartments but there is free parking in the garage on the 1st floor. When you walk in, you can view the menu before you walk down to place your order. Plenty of seating. They also offer a sauce station for your biscuits. I was impressed by the choices, especially the vegan butter option. I ordered the vegan gluten free biscuit with vegan gravy and fried green tomatoes. The tomatoes could have used a little more seasoning but I can appreciate when restaurants dont season food as well. They had two types of sauces on the table that helped me enjoy the tomatoes more. The biscuit was just okay. I could literally taste the flour in my mouth which is very chalky. Maybe ppl that have weird obsessions eating plain flour out of the bag but not my tastebuds. I ordered another vegan biscuit to go and I will try it tomorrow morning to see if I get the same results. Food and drink came out pretty fast even my to-go order. Once you are done, you take your dishes and trash toward the bins near the door to place and dispose of. 3.8/5

Great breakfast in a fun environment. You walk up to place your order and it is then brought to your table. You're greeted warmly and your server is super friendly. Biscuits are as big as your head! They are so tasty, with a crisp exterior and a cake-like interior. Eggs are made to order and there are several gravies to complement your biscuits. Lots of coffee options and a butter and jam bar fill out the offerings. Breakfasts are hearty, so come hungry.

Good size and quality of the biscuit, wonderful atmosphere and staff, but there were some things still to be desired with the "toppings." The sausage gravy is more of a gravy with mediocre crumbled sausage; the fried green tomato biscuit was very busy, salty, and didn't have the typical freshness of a traditional hollandaise. I wish we had tried out their jam bar with a plain biscuit as I feel this might be where the food might shine! I'll be back to try again.

Delicious food. Lovely ambiance. Wonderful service. I don't have any complaints about this place, other than the size of the freshly squeezed orange juice that I ordered. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place for a nice comfort breakfast meal!

The person taking our order was very pleasant and patient as we figured out what we wanted. The filthy animal was pretty fantastic. Crispy chicken, right amount of gravy, and the pimento cheese was in point. The green villian had the right amount of kick to it. The country fried pork steak was well seasoned. The fried green tomato biscuit was equally good for a non meat option. The cat head biscuits were the perfect texture. I took a star off for the jam and butter bar. It's great in concept but it was crammed into a corner which made it hard to get to. It also needed to be tidied up. Everything was sticky.

It's just okay! Biscuits are big but everything is flavorless. Nice staff though. Plenty of seating too!

Both unique and delicious! Menu offers delightful options for your taste buds! Portions are more than enough, and you will definitely leave with a full belly and a smile on your face!

Yummy food and coffee. I had the special latte of the day, the Tiramisu Latte, this I feel would be a great menu item! The hubby custom ordered his breakfast while I went with the "PULLED PORK BISCUIT: Biscuit with pulled pork, jalapeño pimento, bacon, poached egg, and maple syrup" Everything very delicious! The service and ambience are great! We'll be back for sure!

We visit family here and I love trying new places. Biscuit Head has been on my list for a while. It didn't disappoint. I love the paintings on the walls and colorful decor. There are many references to cats because of the "cathead biscuits". You order at counter and get a cute cat picture with your order number. They deliver your food to your table. My Almond Joy Latte/ coffee was one of the best flavored coffees I've had. Our food was hot and fresh and delicious. My husband got the Fried Green Tomato Benedict and he said it was perfect, and he cleaned his plate. I ordered a biscuit with sausage gravy on the side and an order of grits. The grits were so creamy and buttery I didn't add anything ( many places they have no flavor and you have to add stuff in). The sausage gravy was just a little spicy which was perfect with the fluffy biscuit. I had to try the jam bar and it was hard to choose a favorite flavor, but I'd have to say the berry and the apple pie were tops. The lady who took our order was perfect Southern hospitality personified. Friendly, helpful and came to the table to ask how everything was. I went back to the counter and ordered more biscuits to bring back to my family for breakfast the next day.

The atmosphere is cozy, low-lit, and perfect for date night, a celebration, or honestly just when you want a really good meal with phenomenal service. It's not huge, and judging by how packed it was when we arrived, I'd definitely recommend reservations. We had one of the later seating times near closing, but the place was still buzzing. There's even a second room with a gorgeous long bar that gives off upscale neighborhood hangout vibes. Service was flawless from the start. We were seated immediately and had water in our glasses within minutes. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and somehow had us in and out in about 40 minutes without ever making us feel rushed. That's an art form. Drink-wise, my boyfriend was happy to find some local beers after our brewery-hopping adventure earlier in the day. I ordered a cocktail that sounded good and asked if they could make it spicy... maybe throw in some jalapeños or something. They didn't just accommodate, they elevated. They swapped in a spicy-infused spirit, and it paired perfectly with my wood-fired roasted corn pizza topped with cilantro and jalapeño crema. Absolute flavor bomb that paired perfectly! My boyfriend's meatloaf with mushrooms and mashed potatoes was equally impressive. No notes, just clean plates. We started with the ceviche, and it was outstanding. Fresh, bright, and so flavorful that we started dipping our homemade pita into it. Speaking of the pita, that was honestly my only minor miss (and it wasn't even a miss lol). As a carb enthusiast, I wanted a little more salt and flavor, but that's nitpicking in what was otherwise an exceptional meal. Hearth & Herron is the kind of place every small town wishes it had. Thoughtful food, top-notch service, and an atmosphere that punches way above its weight class. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in Hendersonville and recommend you do the same!

After eating there, I would consider moving to Greenville just so I could have Soby's fried chicken every week. 8-) Usually fried chicken is fried chicken, but this was something different. The meat was incredibly soft, tender and moist, while the skin had the perfect crunch and came out wonderfully hot. It was served with broccolini and macaroni and cheese. When dinner started, I wasn't that hungry and had already decided I would give my husband half of my chicken. Then I took one bite. And another. There is NO WAY I am giving my husband half of this chicken. He got one bite to try. He agreed it was delicious. He ordered the Braised Beef Short Ribs, which he finished without offering me a bite. I did manage to convince him to share the White Chocolate Banana Cream Pie with me for dessert. It had just the right amount of good, real banana flavor and was generously topped with white chocolate flakes. We like watching chefs work, so we asked for a table upstairs with a view of the kitchen. He gave recommendations on his favorite dishes and was all around a great bartender! The guy working the other end of the bar was equally as professional. The ambience is a dark cool vibe, little trendy but people were dressed pretty casually! Answer the most important thing...The food! For an app, we got the beer, cheese fondue that came with apples, bread and pretzels. The beer cheese had a little bit of ooomph to it, which was refreshing because usually I'm not a big mustard person. The pretzel bites were incredible crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The apples were fresh all around the appetizer for 3 to 4 people so we took extra home. I ordered the 10 ounce sirloin cooked, medium with the web sweet potatoes and a side Caesar salad for a three dollar charge which ended up being a full-size salad! It was super fresh and gigantic for a side salad. The steak was cooked perfectly, in the middle with an insane sear. Their house, butter that they put on it truly elevated the flavor profile. I tried the sweet potatoes mashed and they were enjoyable, but I do not enjoy a sweet side with my food so I knew I was going to donate them to my husband and he said they were incredible, the flavor was definitely there just not my cup of tea, but I knew that from the beginning . He got the Caesar salad with grilled chicken! It had so much flavor and tastes incredible but yet melted in your mouth it was the most tender chicken I've ever had in my life, and the flavor was all there! Not even the slightest bit of any kind of dryness. One of the best bites of chicken I've ever had.! He ordered the bison meatloaf to go, and that comes with caramelized mashed potatoes and fried onion straws.... It smells incredible and I will update when we try it . * UPDATE: best meatloaf ever!!!
