I am adding 2 stars. Their regional manager responded to my concerns in a sincere way. Friday 06/19/2026 I had breakfast here. I was seated right away and after that it was all downhill. My server was busy with a large table next to me. One of his fellow servers saw my "I need caffeine" face and came over. Since it was several minutes with no acknowledgement from my server, I ordered as I got my coffee. My meal came out quickly. Crab cake Benedict was meh. I had to get my own tableware. A man from "Corporate" saw this and apologized. After that, no one checked on my meal. No one offered my a coffee refill. "My" server offered a box for my potatos but never came back with the check. I asked for the corporate guy, but was told another manager would be with me shortly. She quickly comped my meal and apologized. She is the regional mgr. Biscuits Cafe was absolutely delicious. They were super quick with the food and super friendly staff who were knowledgeable about their gluten free items on the menu. They have gluten free bread in a separate toaster that doesn't fall apart and was delicious in a breakfast sandwich. They have gluten free waffles that are definitely on our list next time to try. Biscuits Cafe is definitely the best breakfast we've had in a long while. We needed a new place for gluten free breakfast since iHop stopped serving gluten free pancakes. The kitchen is out in the open to watch them cook the food and they even have a dedicated biscuit warmer. The biscuits were the best I've ever had! Flaky and melt in your mouth, especially with the fresh jam and whipped butter! They played good music and the staff was super friendly and immediately sat us. Our server was Jose A. B, he gave me his opinion between two menu options and I went with the Hash and Eggs. The red potatoes were seasoned great. It was a bit expensive for two at $54.76 but we tipped 25% on-top of it due to the level of service. The price makes sense due to the speed and taste of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Since I have been here ~a year ago the portions have gotten smaller, the chicken fried steak tastes more processed. I received 1 slice of toast where they used to serve 2. The hash browns were a smaller portion. They even skimped on the straws, they are now to short for the soda cup. This place used to be so good, such a bummer, however the service was great!! read more

WORST breakfast food I ever had. Worse than Denny's, which I thought the bar couldn't go lower, but this place did it. We ordered corned beef hash, and basic scrambled eggs and bacon. Potatoes had this slimy, starchy taste, and the corned beef hash was so gamy and dry, my husband who usually just eats anything when he's hungry, couldn't even finish it. I ordered just basic stuff in case I didn't like other items on the menu, and it still came out bad. The servers weren't friendly either, we asked for breakfast recommendations and they basically said they like everything here, which wasn't very helpful. I would say this place is a solid breakfast place with lots of menu options and generous portions for a reasonable price . It's giving East Coast diner vibes. We came on a Saturday morning at 8am so before the big weekend brunch rush but was surprised about half the restaurant was filled up at that time. The entrance can get a little congested once it gets crowded with take out orders too. The parking lot was a little small since it shares with other businesses in that little lot. We were seated right away and got our coffee and water very quickly. Service is good but maybe a little chaotic with a few different people coming up to ask for coffee refills (it got a little too much to be honest) but our waiter was attentive and checked on us often. I would definitely recommend the freshly baked cinnamon roll! It was so soft and the cream cheese frosting was running and paired perfectly with black coffee. We didn't get it but I heard them describing the Chocolate Coffee as half coffee/half hot chocolate with whipped cream which reminded me of Dunkichinos at Dunkin Donuts (IYKYK) we will have to get that next time! I got the B.E.A.S.T Benedict with hashbrowns and my hubby got the 1 biscuit and gravy with bacon and hashbrowns. We shared everything with our toddler and it wa the perfect amount of food with no leftovers! I also loved that they had French toast flights, coffee latte flights, and mimosa flights! Today I had the special, the chicken apple sausage scramble with loaded hash browns and an English muffin. The loaded hash browns were a hit, and the scramble was ok. My favorite part may have been the chicken apple sausage itself, the rest of the scramble lacked a bit of pizazz. All in all though, quick service, usually no wait, a solid diner option. They were fully staffed, and as a result service was fast and was friendly throughout. The place isn't large, and part of the kitchen is exposed to the dining room. It seemed a fairly odd layout to me, but I do enjoy being able to see into the kitchen (although in this case the kitchen area seemed a smidge untidy). We ordered a build a breakfast (pick 3) with a slice of French toast, hash browns, and 2 eggs AND a traditional breakfast plate with eggs, toast, bacon, and breakfast potatoes. My hash browns were super crispy and the French toast was very pleasant. My husbands potatoes were partly cold and some underdone, but everything else was warm. I wasn't a huge fan of the coffee. This is an issue with the location on Baseline only. I signed up for Biscuits communications. I get texts, emails and messenger communication from them with BOGO breakfast offers and encouragement to use the offers. It is very difficult to find the location limitations, so we, initially, tried to use it at another location that wasn't the Baseline location. The owner happened to be there when we were told we couldn't use it and was very frustrated because he said lots of people had made the same assumption we had that it was valid everywhere. That owner honored the offer anyway. He was awesome. He even asked me to email the company to explain they needed to make this a lot clearer for customers. But, surprise! no corporate email seems to exist. Fast forward to today. On March 6, I got an email reminding me to use my BOGO offer. So we decided to go 8 days later to the Baseline location where this coupon is supposedly valid. When I clicked the redeem offer button, I was told it wasn't valid. When I asked, we were told the offer expired on January 10. How does that work? You remind me in March to use an offer that expired two months ago? We opted not to stay to eat, and am happy I checked before ordering. This place is okay food wise, but we would not readily go there if not for this BOGO deal. This company's marketing department needs to get it together and fix their promotions. I, however, won't be going back and will turn off their constant reminders for what ultimately are expired offers. We went elsewhere and had a delightful meal. read more

This was our second visit. The first was good, a little slow, but as a place that was recommended as dog-friendly, it was good, I would have given it 4 stars overall. My wife and I came today, and there was a sign saying they were short staffed, and to be patient. Ok, fine, but after waiting 10 minutes for a staffer to recognize us, I explained we had brought our dog and can we sit outside. He explained the patio is not open today, and then walked off.
