Meat omelette with cheese. Yeah!
Lance K.

I don't know what's happened to this place in the last five years but it's gotten super super busy and super super terrible. The service was great. Our server was wonderful. The food though? Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could post a picture live to this review so you could see my Omelet. Hashbrowns were so greasy couldn't eat them bacon get this bacon on the kids meal was so greasy that my granddaughter couldn't eat it. No My wife's meal I can't even tell you that I know how bad it was, but she took three bites and sent the rest over. Didn't want to bring them home. Zero out of five stars. We will not be back. #GreatServerThough.

Crab Eggs Benedict and side of bacon
Dianne C.

The food is very soggy. The bacon was not enjoyable because of how greasy and salty it is, very low quality I ordered the crab eggs, Benedict and I'm wondering where the crab is? I barely see any in it but it's definitely not worth getting. I swear it charged so much for a single plate because they overloaded with potatoes. But I mean, really, who eats this much potatoes?? The first waitress, who asked me for my drink order caught an attitude because I didn't wanna drink anything. Then another gentleman asked me what I wanted to drink where I told him that someone had already asked me, but I just wanted to order food. I won't be coming back

Chicken Fried Steak & Veggie Head Omelet

Waited about 30mins for a seat. Our waiter was nice but took a while to get our food. A table next to us with large party ordered after us but received their meals before us. Weird. Plus the biscuits took long, got ours after we finished our food. Forgot to take pic bc I wanted to leave. My veggie omelette was tasteless & veggies were chunky. I dunno how anyone can mess up an omelette but they did. Now I realize why we haven't been here for a while.

One Jr Egg Breakfast -OO

Saturday morning around 9:45am- waited about half an hour to get seated Saw empty tables but they were not fast to be filled. After seated had to wait a while for our server to came (I think they are understaffed for the amount of customers they are getting in) We asked for water with no ice but they all came with ice which we didn't say anything since we can see our server is very busy. The coffee flight- don't do it. It's sooo watery and taste like sadness Chicken fried steak was good, the pancakes are good too... the hash brown looked good but had burnt taste to it (I love golden brown hash browns and the crispy brown, but usually you don't get this burnt taste like here...) The kids meal bacon, you can see in the picture one is clearly burnt- disappointed they would still put that on the plate when the one next to it is clearly in way better shape Biscuits and gravy was ok, nothing special to it. Overall I would not recommend coming here. They are very busy and long lines to get seated but food is just ok and on the expensive side Tip: if you follow/ like them on Facebook you can get coupons on messenger to get: free kids meal, $10 off or free cinnamon roll offers!

We decided to go here for a breakfast brunch. The wait was really fast, less than 10 mins. The host and server was amazing, they made sure they were quick, positive and made sure we were taken care of. We really enjoyed the pancakes, the chicken and the omelette. The hash was pretty good, I loved it loaded. I didn't like the breakfast steak at all, the steak was really bad. Hence the 4 stars. I'd come back though for the others.

*vegan review* We came here on a busy holiday with my whole family while they were in town and they were still able to get all 7 of us seated within 30 minutes - a great start! The waitress we had was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the menu, including vegan options. Hubby and I ordered the vegan breakfast burrito and the vegan French toast and it was all SO GOOD. Seriously, tiny but mighty selection for vegans. My meat-eating family all really enjoyed their food too. Will definitely come back!

I really like this place. This is my second visit here. Mostly wed's I have an hr to kill so I stop in here for a snack. First time I had built my own( BYOB... cute). One egg, sausage links, one biscuit n gravy. I think they gave me two eggs tho.. that was a lot! Yeah I also had a waitress named Rene (my name too) and she signed me up for rewards. So I'm ready now. The second visit I just had the cinnamon roll. Wow it looked good. It's made in a sheet pan so it's square and yummy. Prob cause they also make Cinnamon roll French toast here. Sounds good right?? This is a quiet place to hang out but hard to get into here in their lot. Definatly a place to revisit.

Vegan southwest delight, even vegan butter

This is my current favorite breakfast place around, I drive really far and meet my friend for an exercise class nearby just for an excuse to stop off here for a delicious meal afterwards. It's open early, it's got plenty of parking, portions are huge and I leave really happy. I actually first discovered it in another state and was ecstatic to realize we had our own location (only one so sad), but do also seek this out in Oregon or Arizona. What makes it the best to me is that they offer a vegan menu (currently only 3 items, but used to be a lot more) and they have items that appeal to those who do not have special dietary needs. I absolutely love the vegan southwest delight and say it is my intention to eat my way thru the other menu items on subsequent visits, but can never seem to bring myself to try anything else as this is so delicious. Its the little things that stand out to me, like that you can get vegan cheese/vegan butter/vegan sour cream, although now I realize I have never actually inquired about creamer. Everything tastes so delicious, it's worth the busy weekend morning wait. This is the kind of place where even though it's busy, its not so loud you can't talk to your table mates and you still get fast and efficient service. I love it here and wish they would open another one closer to me.

Almond French Toast Combo Chorizo omlete Combo

Yum! I've seen this lil' Cafe for years, and finally gave it a try. I'm usually a girly who needs the food, as well as the ambiance to be amazing, but biscuits gets a pass for what it's worth! I ordered the almond French toast, with scrambled eggs and bacon. I forgot to tell the waitress extra crispy for my bacon (the only way I'll do pork) but, to my surprise it was served perfectly crispy... just the way I like it! Now, let's get into the ALMOND French toast... omg! Probably close to the best French toast I've had in a long time. Every bite had me thinking about when I could squeeze in another visit, and I was still there! My bestie ordered the chorizo omlete with pancakes. I looked at her plate mid conversation, and it was just about gone! She said it was delicious. We ordered the mimosa bucket ($35) and didn't know what to expect. It came with 5 mini champagne bottles with our choice of two juices. Each bottle was enough to fill a champagne glass twice, so... we stayed there for about two hours enjoying ourselves. The ambiance is nothing special. Ask for a booth to feel a little more "private". Our waitress was great! She laughed and joked with us, and checked on us often to make sure we were OK. Family friendly, reasonable pricing (we spent about $75)

The food was wonderful! We visited on a Tuesday morning, and even though there was just one person handling the tables and seating, she did such a great job making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was bright and open, yet still cozy, and everything was spotless. It felt very welcoming, and I'm already looking forward to coming back!

The Federal Way Light Rail Extension is coming along nicely. Cruising down I-5 I saw a dusting of snow on rooftops and newly planted baby trees along the freeway. Came here for breakfast. The host was friendly and so was our server. Pretty spacious and accommodating for large parties. Portions were big. The sourdough toast was pretty good. I made sure I got the brand name before I left since they sold it there. Wheat Montana. I don't know if their biscuits are good. I didn't try it. I'm assuming that they taste good since it's the name of the restaurant. I'm not from the South and I'm not about to cause a debate with my inexperienced opinion on biscuits. I'll leave it to the experts, haha I noticed they are flight-centric: Coffee, Bacon & French Toast. I suppose these are good options when dining as a group. Convenient place to swing by since it's close to Pac Hwy and the I-5/Hwy 18 interchange.

Kids breakfast. One pancake, one egg, and two pieces of bacon. More than enough for any little one.
Valerie V.

Food was awesome. Restaurant itself was nice and clean. And our waitress was really nice but I had to minus a star because I guess they just got a new system and our waitress was still getting used to it and she forgot my sons fruit and when we asked for separate checks, I got charged for the wrong thing. Otherwise, I would totally recommend this place if you're looking for a classic "mainland" breakfast. (We're from Hawaii and we eat everything with rice there but this place didn't have rice. IYKYK)

I had my birthday brunch here on a Saturday morning. Staff were extremely helpful. I had a party of 10. They accommodated us, . They food was so yummy, big portions as well. I will definitely be visiting here again!

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #117…read more We visited Onit Cafe on a rainy Saturday afternoon in June, hoping to score an after lunch boba. Sprinting through the downpour, as we hadn't expected the rain, we threw ourselves into this modern, yet industrial shop, where we saw a couple of people sitting inside like us to wait out the rain. We placed our order with the friendly bobarista and got our drink within a couple of minutes. Jasmine Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($6.75) - The milk tea has a heavy powdery creamer flavor, but it's not gritty or silty at all. Unfortunately it's so heavy that the drink tastes almost entirely like creamer with only a tiny bit of flowery finish. It's not the most pleasant flavor due to this quality. While the creamer is on the heavier end, the sweetness is not; at half sweet it's not too sweet. The boba is very good, super bouncy and chewy with basically the ideal texture. They aren't marinated that long so aren't quite that sweet or flavorful. Milk Tea Rating: 3/5 Boba Rating: 4.5/5 Onit Cafe is one of those rare places where I liked the boba far more than the drink. I don't visit Federal Way too often, but if I'm even down there again, I'd give it another shot to see if I can get a better drink next time. I've been to other OBC locations in Seattle and Woodinville…read more However, this location made me question their food safety practices. Firstly, the inside was clean and welcoming. There was one employee working, but it did not look very busy inside. We ordered 4 dubai chewy cookies, 1 taro croffle, 1 small galaxy ade, and 1 large taro/oreo smoothie. Our total came out to around $60. Dubai chewy cookies were very tasty, I am a huge fan of dubai chocolates. My galaxy ade tasted very watered down, barely any grape flavor, and little to none carbonation. The taro/oreo smoothie was decent. The basque cheescake was flavorful. The taro croffle was actually very good, better compared to the other locations. My main concern was the fact that I found some sort of hair in my croffle. We had already eaten some of the croffle and we brought it up to the employee. He told us it is a sugar strand and showed us an example. Yet, when I pulled the strand out of the croffle, it was more attached to the taro cream and it had no similar texture to the sugar strand. The sugar strand should melt and break easily but this strand did not, it was also more like a white-ish color. I'm thinking it was maybe a pet hair. The employee was very friendly about it and made us a new croffle free of charge.

It is a small, but quiet cafe. It is warmly lit and decently sized. There is a bathroom for customers to use as well. My sister and I decided to stop by after our hike for a sweet treat. The Earl Grey Cake was great. It had a great consistently for a cake and you could taste the Earl Grey. The Brown Sugar Matcha Milk Tea was not my favorite. It was not as sweet as I was expecting out of a brown sugar milk tea drink. You also couldn't really taste the matcha either. The tapioca in the milk tea was plain and not soaked in brown sugar like other cafes/bubble shops. The Yokurt Blue Ocean drink was refreshing! It was surprisingly really good. It made me consider ordering a second one. The customer service here was good. A very friendly environment with lots of drinks and treats to choose from to order!

He insists that their cold brew with caramel is one of the best drinks out there so he got that as well as another for my boyfriend. I got one of their summer special: raspberry mango matcha which was so delicious and refreshing. The flavors of raspberry and mango paired very well with the creaminess of the matcha. I did take a sip of the cold brew and it is definitely better than some of the cold brews that I've had in Tacoma, Seattle, Bellevue, and other areas. They also get pretty busy which shows that they are a great local choice for good coffee, other drinks, and treats! The coffee stand is a good size and the menu is kinda hard to see from far away but once you get closer, you can see better. I do wish they list their prices but I also understand why they don't. Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #115…read more This is one of three Sunright Tea Studio locations in King County and is by far the largest in terms of size. It's the only one that has actual seating and tables, which makes it a much better location to relax in and slowly sip on drinks. We visited on the way down to Portland, hoping to get a caffeine pick-me-up before the long rush-hour fueled traffic on the way down. This location has two kiosks for easy ordering, although in less busy times, the bobaristas are happy to take orders and answer questions. Fragrant really condensed milk and extra cane sugar for sweetness. Slight fruit essence. regular ice on a hot day almost all gone within five minutes. About 3:1 ratio tea to milk Boba great soft yet really chewy and bouncy. Compresses soft layer on outside. Fragrant Oolong Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Regular Ice, House Milk w/ Brown Sugar Boba ($7.25) - As the name implies, this drink really is quite fragrant, with the somewhat fruity and floral taste that is similar to an osmanthus oolong. It's rich from the addition of condensed milk - in fact, this drink seems to have more dairy in it compared to most boba shops. Watching the bobarista assemble the drink, I saw perhaps a third of the cup filled with milk and condensed milk before adding the tea. I ordered the drink with regular ice and it wasn't nearly enough to survive the hot day - within 5 minutes of pulling out, all the ice was gone. The boba is great. It's soft yet really chewy and bouncy. There's a compressible soft layer right on top that's pleasing on the tongue. This was my first time at this location of Snowy Village, and it's been years since I've visited any of the others because IMO the quality has dropped off since the U District days. 1) We walked in and the smell was rancid. Smelled like bad milk, bad/sharp cheese, mixed with hot dairy and chemical cleaning products. So unpleasant we had to cover our noses with our shirts the entire time, and my sister even had to step outside to breathe. 2) There was only one employee working and drowning in orders when we came in at 9pm. Understandably close to closing time. Self-ordering kiosk was doing half the work. The employee didn't greet anyone walking in and only spoke to call out the names of the orders. 3) We finally got our order. Strawberry and Taro bingsoos with extra condensed milk, and a taiyaki trio. The taiyaki dough had unfortunately gone bad. We all tasted small pieces because we couldn't believe it, and it was true. It smelled okay, but the aftertaste was strongly bitter/sour and chemically. 4) I flagged down the employee to let them know that the dough had gone bad. He just said "ok do you want a refund?" I kindly said that would be appreciated, and he said "ok" grabbed the box, and went back to work. I was confused and had no idea if I was supposed to do anything next. Im used to refunds being processed on the spot and having to sometimes provide my card again. I waited a few minutes and flagged him down again to ask him if I needed to do anything, and without moving from the kitchen, he said no he'll find my order and I'll get the refund. 5) We poured the extra condensed milk all over our bingsoo, but then realized that there was hardened condensed milk at the bottom of the little cup that it came in. This only happens when the condensed milk is left out. When tasting it by itself, we realized the condensed milk was spoiled too :( I know working in understaffed environments is hard. Most likely, he was leaving things out because orders were back to back and he didn't have time. So I leave this review in hopes that management schedules more people, and improves their processes for food handling safety. Also, I'm disappointed to see so many business taking the humanity out of customer service. Self serve kiosks are replacing workers who can answer questions, provide recommendations, and represent the company in a warm way. Companies should invest in humanity again. As of now I don't see any refund for the taiyaki. I am hoping the whole order is refunded due to the condensed milk too. Order #24 on Wednesday 5/20 approximately 9PM.
