So the plate looked great but the rough Thing was the steak was med rare for n the middle came doin and for a filet at 6 oz.... Should have been butter and this thing was more like a sirloin. I loved the sear in the meat but it was borderline line turn it back ins. The other problem I had was there first two bites was almost like it sat on an ice cube. Was very weird. Potato was pretty decent and the sprouts weren't too bad but could have used a sprinkle of shredded Parmesan cheese. Our server was great but the speed could have been just a little quicker.

I ate here for the first time and everything I tried was delicious! They have rolls with cinnamon butter and a wonderful Onion blossom. I went on a Monday night and did not have to wait, I was shocked the place was not more packed. I order the steak, mac &cheese and fries which was perfect. My parents ordered a chicken fried steak which was huge and the Brussels sprouts which they said it was amazing. This restaurant is a must try, and they have daily specials!

So I got takeout and the cabbage rolls were definitely not up to par. They needed to be reheated longer and the rice was a little crunchy so it wasn't fully cooked. I also tried the stuffed grape leaves, which were really good, but I'm used to having Taziki with them and I feel like for $10. I should've got at least 10 of them. I decided to eat in for lunch and the lunch menu is amazing. It's a lot of their regular menu items same portion as dinner but for a lower price which is such a great deal. My waitress was amazing. Service was on point. And this time I got the trio appetizer, and the cabbage roll was perfect. The hummus the tabouli everything was so good. I tried the pork chops for the first time. They were really good and I love that I can get asparagus as one of my sides and it's not extra. I also had a Caesar salad, which was so fresh and good . I wore Pisoneros shirt and got a free appetizer this time as well as when I did take out and it's so great that they do a free appetizer with that T-shirt.

I ordered the ribeye steaks, well done with two slices, mashed potatoes and asparagus. The 20 ounce steak was more of a center cut steak than a ribeye steak. The steak texture was more dense, than tender. The ribeye moist flavor was missing from this steak. Our server wasn't friendly and very short of hospitality; The table was cleared off, but not wiped off. I liked the western atmosphere and decor of the restaurant.

Stopped by Bison Steakhouse while I was visiting the Tulsa area and had a great meal. The steak was cooked well, the portions were generous, and the loaded baked potato was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive. Solid steakhouse in Broken Arrow and definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

The food here is so good & Hannah (i think is her name) always does an amazing job. This time we halted the salmon, rice, and it was really good! They could work on the potato skins because they barely put any seasoning on them, or green onions... but it's probably one of the nicest restaurants in Broken Arrow. Nice place! Definitely our go to!

Chilean Sea Bass. 6 ounce Sirloin Steak.

Chilean Sea Bass was excellent. The Sirloin Steak was cooked exactly as ordered and was tender. The baked potato was loaded with the perfect amount of toppings. The broccoli was not as tender as we like it, but the seasoning was good.

We got there a little before 6:00pm and were seated immediately. We had some rolls with butter offered and these were a welcome start. Butter seemed sweet. Rolls were warm and fresh. After browsing the menu, we got elected to open up the flood gates with a Blooming Onion. I'd say this is comparable if not better than most other onion blossom offered by restaurants. One side, in particular had just the right amount of crispiness, but the other side was a bit mushy. Had it been evenly crispy, It'd place in the S-tier. We each ordered a sirloin steak -- mine was medium and my wife's was well done. They were both "cooked to perfection" as the menu stated. Although mine was seasoned a bit too much, the flavor profile of the seasoning well complimented the natural char flavoring with which it was cooked. Cutting into the meat I felt like I was an infomercial host trying to sell viewers on some new Japanese knife. It was like cutting into butter. Even my wife's well done steak was strangely tender. I'd rank their steaks in the A-tier but closer to the S-tier than the B, for sure. For the sides (two sides per entree), we split fire roasted corn, steamed vegetables, seasoned rice, and asparagus. Fire roasted corn had some kick to it that we both appreciated. Maybe a little bit of cayenne pepper. Anyways, had that sweet heat combination of which we're fans. A-tier Steamed vegetables: typical mixture you'll get from most steakhouses. Broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and cauliflower doused in a buttery oil with shaved garlic. I do believe I tasted hints of Parmesan in there which helped to differentiate it from those aforementioned places. Otherwise, run-of-the-mill. B-tier. Seasoned rice: completely forgettable. Maybe even a little off-putting. Had a weird taste to it despite being topped with a fresh green herb. D-tier. Asparagus: this one wasn't bad, but I've had better grilled asparagus stalks from local restaurants. They weren't bad, though. C-tier. The atmosphere seemed alright. Seating was a bit cramped. Even walking to the restrooms, it felt like i was going to bump into the staff. Sink water was immediately hot. Only one urinal, though. Large flat screen TVs on the north/south walls so this is the kind of place you could go to for a big sports watch. We had only water. No bad taste but I we cannot comment on any of the drink selections or desserts. Server didn't really give us an option. She seemed like she was maybe ready to get us out for the Saturday night dinner crowd. Verdict: we will return. We surveyed the offerings at neighboring tables and their burgers, chicken tenders, and chicken fried steak looked worthwhile to try. So, it'll be another date night and I'll update accordingly.

Have been meaning to try this place since they opened because they are close to home. I called at 5 pm to ask if they took reservations, the young lady on the line said they only take reservations for large parties and two people would be seated immediately. My wife and I showed up at 6 pm and they were packed. I do have to give them credit, they seated us pretty quick (@ 5 minutes). The Interior is nothing fancy (old Applebees), and they had the tables packed pretty tight because of some large parties that were seated. We started with the cabbage rolls as an appetizer and I was truly impressed. Nice spice on the filling and just the right amount of cook one the rolls. I would highly recommended them. I chose the beef kabobs with bison chili and sweet corn; my wife went with the Sea Bass with a side salad and mashed potatoes. The kabobs were well cooked and flavorful, but the real hit to me was the chili which came out with sweet cornbread. It was solid! Not award winning, but they matched up well and it was great. My wife said the salad was crisp and a good portion. Her sea bass was cooked well and not rubbery: she said she enjoyed it. Portion sizes are large so we're took lots home for another meal tomorrow. Price is just okay. The appetizers and some entrees like the kabob and burgers are nicely priced, but the steak and seafood are in the low to mid $30 range which is higher than some good chain restaurants. On the plus side, the service was fast and friendly. The food came out well cooked, warm, and quickly. With tip we got out of there for $95 for two people. Worth the value, but not somewhere you can afford every week. Still we will come back and definitely do the cabbage rolls and try more of the menu.

I will be trying to recreate this at home for sure. Not sweet but lots of flavor. The espresso here is excellent, not sour or bitter, very smooth. The blueberry muffin was truly the best muffin I've had in my life, and I do not say this lightly, I am quite picky about muffins. Fluffy and moist, the blueberries were not mushy. And the jalapeno scones was shockingly good and it was even gluten free. It was more similar to a shortbread in texture, which I preferred over a scone actually. Very buttery and tasty, not spicy if you're sensitive to that. It was $17 for these items, so higher than expected, but spot on for unparalleled quality. Friendly service, and very fast. Can't wait to go back, this place is just doing everything right.
