Took the family to Bitelo today: delicious! My kids had never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before and were completely enamored of the gigantic skewers of meat. The 5yo was an expert with his little tongs very quickly. The salad bar was good, as were the meats and cheeses. I saw the staff refreshing the salad bar pretty regularly too. There was also a little warmer off to the side that had a rice dish, black beans, and noodles, which was a great option for the 3yo. Staff was very helpful when I went up with my young boys, providing them smaller plates and assisting them to reach if I was helping the other one. We had many different types of meats come through pretty regularly. Staff was very attentive to our red/green signs: if my spouse's was green and mine was red they would politely provide him with more meat and move on without bothering me. Drinks were great, food was great, service was great, 5 stars all around! (And my spouse and I got a kick out of the background music: all sorts of Pop and Rock music (from Nirvana to Lady Gaga) redone in an elevator music kind of way. read more

Bitelo's was disappointing for the price. The cheese and charcuterie selection was lacking, and the salad bar was unimpressive--far from what you'd expect at a legit Brazilian steakhouse. The website lists dinner at $59.95, but we were charged $69.95 before taxes, which feels like false advertising. (Attaching receipts below.) Service was excellent, and the beef quality was great, but the servers seemed frustrated whenever we declined a cut. The vibe felt off, making us want to leave sooner than usual. They also seemed to fill us up fast--before we even had a chance to order drinks, they were rapidly serving multiple cuts of chicken, sausage, and pork back-to-back before bringing out the better meats. Ok let's start with the ambience. Beautiful, simple, and trendy decor. Lighting is nice, only thing that wasn't ideal all around was the volume of the music. IMHO Was too loud to have a conversation. Service was great. Staff was very attentive and gave us outstanding attention. Very impressed. Food was delicious. Meat was cooked as requested, salad bar was clean and fresh and sides were delicious. We also noticed they have private dining rooms whig his great celebrating with larger crew of family and friends. Desert- I got the crème brûlée, and family got a chocolate mouse cake and a chocolate molten cake. Very difficult to say which was the best but all got a 2 thumbs up. Took my grandma here for her birthday, exceptional service all the servers were so attentive with both my grandparents, pulling back their chairs and everything. And the food.... Everything was delicious! The wait staff is a bit over the top. Each time I got up they were there to pull my chair out for me as I sat back down. Very swanky lol. All the meat was delicious and they served these little cheese rolls they kept refilling which were so yummmmmm. Decent red wine but I did not like that the cab was cold. Bitelo is delicious and affordable for your meat cravings, even when ordering delivery. The mixed plate is a great way to try out a variety and well priced with enough food for two. The Picanha / prime cut almost melts in your mouth and has a rich savory taste. Like most steakhouses the plates do come with sides of rice and beans but you'll probably want to pick up some additional sides and absolutely you should try their scrumptious Brazilian Cheese Bread (which is also gluten-free!). Sadly, I have to take a star off since something was just off with the taste of the Asparagus side that I got, but the garlic mashed potatoes were great. read more

So very yummy. . The service was excellent and our waiter was lovely. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are no warm green veggie options. They do however have spinach salad and cold asparagus on the salad bar. We got here at 5 and it had only 2 tables. But by 6 it was almost full. So you might want to make a reservation on the weekend. They make a delish in house flan and crème brûlée. Our son dropped his utensil and before we could lean down and pick it up, someone was there with a new one and retrieving the dropped utensil. We had date night there last night. Environment is soft and classy. Food was excellent. Soft cheesy bread melted in your mouth. Wine and drink choices were abundant and reasonably priced. There are 14 kinds of meats to try and all are very good. Like, very good. Service is 5 star. I drink a lot of water and as soon as I did it was topped off. We had the strawberry cheesecake for dessert. It was bigger than expected (enough to share for sure) and was also very good. We visited for my birthday and had a great experience. Our party of 6 was seated in a private room and service was there and attentive immediately. The Salad bar has just enough variety. The Cesar and Raspberry salad were tasty and so were the various cold cuts and cheeses. My Caipirinha was well mixed and tasty. It could have maybe used and extra ice cube but this would be almost nit picking. All the meats we tried were delicious. The picanha was melt in your mouth, the 2 houses specials (garlic and house sauce) were richly seasoned. I also enjoyed the ribeye, leg of lamb, bottom sirloin, bacon wrapped filet, Brazilian sausage and grilled pineapple. I would eat every cut again maybe with the exception of the pork ribs. Probably because I have been spoiled with BBQ ribs over the years. Overall the experience and meat quality exceeds the competition in Austin. My partner brought me here for a date night and while it was nice, there are a few things to consider. I am a HUGE fan of Brazilian steak houses and I can honestly say having tried all the others in the Austin area, this one leaves the most to be desired. It's not bad, it's just not as good as the competition. I would say it's a good, safe bet for a great steak in Cedar Park. The beef was delicious, especially the bottom sirloin. Both my partner and I were glad they had a salad bar with some Brazilian favorites like beets but it is pretty small and has less offerings on it than the other Brazilian places in town. I did not like their mashed potatoes, but you can expect all the Brazilian standard side dishes and sauces, like chimichurri and plantains. The potatoes tasted powdered. We had issues with the speed of the service, as well. We often were waiting for meat to be brought and the circulation of the servers was just very slow. The servers and hosts were very warm and kind and it is a nice but small atmosphere. It's quiet and good date location because you can carry on a conversation. They also had a pretty good wine list. I will probably stick to other restaurants in the future just for more variety, quicker service, and a more complete salad bar with better sides; However, it's not bad. Overall, it is a good value in a good location and not a shabby date night if you're in the area. read more

Amazing! Came here because my boyfriend loves Brazilian steakhouses, and this was my first time going to one. The service alone was amazing and I will come back just for the staff. Started off with the salad bar, which had a great selection . And someone was constantly adding items and making sure the station was clean. They start putting sides of a fried banana and mashed potatoes along with their cheese bread as it's coming out and all of the sides were delicious. Got to try a lot of different type of meats, which was a fun experience. Lastly dessert. The flaming cheesecake!!! Oh my gosh!! The experience of the cheesecake is fun, but the flavor is unmatched.
