If you want seriously good Mexican food, there's no better within 100 miles of here! 5/29/25 Update: We've been here several times since my original review & it never disappoints us. The Poblanos Locos (Mexican Spaghetti) is absolutely delicious, then I decided adding Chorizo (Mexican sausage) might be tasty & OMG, it was over the top delicious & my go to dish every time we dine here! My lady usually has the chicken mole that is spot on delicious. Oh ya', the Texas Margaritas are wicked good. Add that the entire staff are so sweet & truly appreciative of our business. Needless to say, this is one of two of our favorite restaurants in the Blue Ridge, GA area! Excellent food every time we've been here. My favorite dish is Poblanos Locos, or Mexican Spaghetti & it's delicious! The Marg's are spot on yummy!

Friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely one of the best servers we've had anywhere. She made the entire experience even better. As for the food, every single dish was fantastic. We ordered the dumplings, fish and chips, smashburger, steak frites, a grouper sandwich, and a bottle of wine, and there wasn't a single disappointment on the table. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. What really sets Whiskey & Water apart is how welcoming they are to dogs. As dog owners, that means a lot, and they were more accommodating than just about any restaurant we've visited in the area. Between the incredible food, outstanding service, great atmosphere, and dog-friendly attitude, this place absolutely knocked it out of the park. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This is a 53-out-of-10 experience. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Whiskey & Water to anyone visiting Blue Ridge.

Not only it was on my birthday in which we celebrated. But our excursion to the mountains for the long weekend was a fantastic time. As you can see through the pictures we really went all the way my dish was as abundance of seafood that you could have with an amazing cioppino sauce that was also soppable with crusty garlic bread. The beverages were on point, they have a great menu of bourbons. Will not disappoint. As a surprise they gave me a flourless chocolate Bundt cake to take home with a candle. Being with the family is always a warm unforgettable experience. There is something to be said about being surrounded by people who care and love so much. I'm in bliss. Until next time ...

I have a very restricted diet due to allergens and almost never eat out because of it but our servers, Tony and Josiah, completely changed that for me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe, thoughtful, and still absolutely delicious. That level of care and attention meant more than I can put into words. The steak was, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. And the olive oil... I genuinely wanted to buy a bottle and take it home it was THAT good. Tony and Josiah didn't just provide great service they made the entire night feel easy, special, and memorable for everyone at the table. We felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Service was very good and our waiter kept us well attended. The starter of Italian bread and olive oil was fresh and very welcomed as we'd had a light lunch. Perusing the menu, the tagliatelle with wild boar sounded tempting, but when I heard the night's special of cavatelli bolognese I had to try it (the waiter added his approval). It was excellent, with the pasta cooked al dente and a nice, flavorful bolognese sauce; the portion was just right. My wife wasn't terribly hungry so she had a salad as an entree and really enjoyed it. She also tried the espresso martini and it was good though not memorable. Many of the menu prices were closer to what you'd find in a larger city but so was the quality of the food and experience. We will definitely have Ferraro's on our short list of restaurants for our next visit to Blue Ridge...definitely recommended.

The biggest issue arose when I went to pay my $19.04 bill, the "20% tip" on the machine came out to $5.61. I pointed it out to the server right there and he acted confused and played dumb, which was frustrating. The custom tip button wasn't even working so I couldn't fix it myself, and with my kid losing it I just had to pay and go. It wasn't until I did the math in the car that I realized just how off it really was -- that's almost 29.5%, not 20%. This left me with a really yucky feeling. Just double check the math on that tip screen before you pay. I have a feeling this has caught a lot of people without them realizing it. Needless to say, I won't be returning here.

He was very nice and accommodating to us! The Boro Inn is a really cool authentic hole in the wall kind of place and I loved it.
