Arrived in town in the evening and found this place near my hotel for a late supper. The restaurant is open until 10 pm. In the dining room there were several large TVs showing the World Cup game so I was able to watch that as a bonus. I ordered a Mexican draft beer and the Birria tacos, a house speciality. The complimentary basket of chips and salsa was great. The chips were okay but the salsa was terrific. When the tacos arrived I was impressed by the presentation. There were four crispy tacos filled with stewed beef, onions, cheese, and something green (lettuce? Peppers?). They were delicious with the little bowl of dipping sauce (like a French dip!) or alone. The food was reasonably priced. Staff were kind and checked on me regularly. A large party left just after I was seated and they made a huge mess with food, straw wrappers, and napkins all over the tables and the floor. 10/11/25 Update: We've been here at least once a month since our last review & the food & service remains top notch! If you want seriously good Mexican food, there's no better within 100 miles of here! 5/29/25 Update: We've been here several times since my original review & it never disappoints us. The Poblanos Locos (Mexican Spaghetti) is absolutely delicious, then I decided adding Chorizo (Mexican sausage) might be tasty & OMG, it was over the top delicious & my go to dish every time we dine here! My lady usually has the chicken mole that is spot on delicious. Oh ya', the Texas Margaritas are wicked good. Add that the entire staff are so sweet & truly appreciative of our business. Needless to say, this is one of two of our favorite restaurants in the Blue Ridge, GA area! Excellent food every time we've been here. My favorite dish is Poblanos Locos, or Mexican Spaghetti & it's delicious! The Marg's are spot on yummy! read more

Another visit, Another GREAT experience! The food like always was authentic, fresh and delicious, the margaritas were on point, the beer was cold and the place was clean. Our server Juan was consistently checking on our table, warm fresh chips and never run out of salsa or drinks. The employees are always helpful and happy! Fantastic service! The fresh margaritas are absolutely a must try! Try it with Tajin on the rim. We ordered fajitas for TWO and you could tell that the meat used is fresh. There was so much that we probably had fajitas for four on the skillet and ate too much which prevented us from ordering a second excellent margarita.. There was so much flavor and love in each dish. I really loved the fried whole fish and guacamole. The service is wonderful as soon as you enter through the door. The food was amazing and authentic Mexican. The place was very busy when we got there, I'm so glad we had made reservations as we were a large party. I had the taco salad (delicious) and my fiance had birria tacos. The service was great and although it was a bit loud we still had a great experience! Our server was also very attentive and friendly. Read some Yelp reviews with a lot of skepticism since I used to live in Mexico but we decided to give it a try. While, I won't say that this is authentic Mexican food(the salsa was totally white washed for us gringos) the food was genuinely very good with some very legit food. The Mole is awesome- finger licking good awesome. These guys have done a great job of Americanizing legit Mexican food without losing its authenticity. Our server was awesome and brought me fresh jalapeños to go with our food. This ain't Mexico, but it's much closer to Puebla than Taco Bell. Cudos! We will be back! read more

Best authentic Mexican restaurant in the area. I've driven about 2 hours in every direction from this place, and I still haven't found anyone better. I'll definitely be a regular now that I know it there. The reason for one star is mainly for the service. Overall lack of attention with regards to service. Food could be great with some attention to detail and garnish. Our server was Ashley and issues were: -Ashley had no personality -Didn't offer to take appetizer order -We asked to order queso with flour tortillas -No appetizer plates -No napkins -No silverware -Asked to order a beer, she didn't offer any bar drinks other than automatically bringing us water. -We ordered fajitas and a quesadilla -Asked for sour cream, took forever to get it and quesadilla was almost eaten. -Ashley never offered any refill on chips or salsa -Did I mention no silverware? Finally got up and went looking for it. -Also had to get our own napkins. -They did have good cold draft beer, but Ashley never came back to ask if I wanted another. -Each time we needed something, we had to track Ashley down or get assistance from other servers. -Appetizer dishes, trash on table stayed the entire time we dined...Ashley would never take any dirty dishes or trash. We ordered a veggie burrito and a chicken burrito. the veggie burrito was so fresh! there was a lot of cheese though and even though i am a cheese lover, i would get the cheese on the side next time we come back. the chicken burrito was really good! the shredded chicken is amazing. this resturaunt does not compare to any fast food restaurant. this is the best mexican resturaunt i've ever had and i'll be coming back again soon! read more

This is a fairly new Mexican restaurant in Blue Ridge. The food is really good and proportions are plentiful. Price is very reasonable. We have eaten at all the local Mexican restaurants and this one gets our vote for the best. read more

Friends of ours recommended this restaurant and said it was authentic Mexican food and really good. We went with two other couples and I will tell you it is awesome.
