I went to this location on black Friday and ordered a ring. I first ordered it in yellow gold. I didnt want us to spend so much $ for a one carat ring that i wasnt totally happy with. The very nexy day i realized i absolutely did not want yellow gold ... i wanted white gold...i called and talked to Marjon. She shared with me it would be a challenge since the one i chose was a doorbuster deal and was not likely she would be able to find or order it..after going back and forth a little bit she was able to make it happen! Then ......last week I went to order a ring for my daughter that was going to be a special order since the value was over $10k. She was able to find our ring in a Zales store in Oregon...You will not believe...we had that ring in our hot hands in our size in less than a week! Who does that???? Marjon! Manizha really not only restored my faith in Zales, but made my experience one that has created a long time customer. My husband and I picked out a pair of earrings and a small ring for my birthday, early December, to be here in time for me to wear to Christmas parties. The earrings off the website were not exactly how they looked online, and my ring was held up till after the beginning of January. I bought my rings from Zales five years ago and have moved to three different cities. Every six months, I get both my engagement ring and my wedding band inspected and cleaned. Most of the locations that I've been to didn't care to inspect my rings and just quickly cleaned them. However, I've been to this location twice and both times, they 'carefully inspected my ring and sent it in if work needed to be done. Alright, so I love this place. I have been looking at wedding bands at every mall I've been to. They had the exact bands I found at a mall in Concord, CA. Except these were SUPER on sale. I was going to pay $1300 for one of my two bands that would surround my engagement ring. I ended up paying $850 per band! That is a huge savings. AND they offered me an awesome deal that my warranty would cover both rings for the price of one. We also got my fiancs's wedding band online from Zales. I came here for a diamond engagement ring not sure at all what to expect. I had a picture/concept and a budget in mind for a custom ring. The manager Christian and sales personAlex helped me through the entire process. Christian helped me pick a quality stone in my budget and walked me through the process from concept to my girl saying yes. If you want nice jewelry on a budget, come here. My partner and I went to both other jewelers at the outlets (Kay and and Helzberg) before coming here and third time was a charm ! This place has the others beat by far with customer service, prices, and options. We spent Atleast an hour in Kay's, then another hour in Helzberg looking for engagement rings and weren't happy, AND we had stopped at Shane Co earlier that day too. At Zales, Manizha helped us and was wonderful. We sat with her for more than an hour looking at and trying on various rings, she helped me narrow down my choices and eventually find THE ONE. She took her time showing us the rings and comparing them, and breaking down the prices. I ended up with a nice (big) ring that was exactly what I wanted. So in love with it! We saw almost an identical ring at Kays for almost double the price too. My only regret from that day is not coming here first and saving the time. Manizha also helped us get to a price we were comfortable with. We're not rich by any means but we're able to get this ring that many folks upgrade to. I've included the pic of the ring as well as what it was show online. The pics DO NOT do it justice! I almost went for the smaller version of it but am happy to say hubby was agreeable to getting "the one" i wanted. We paid far less than the advertised price too with the sales and discounts. I had my tennis bracelet repaired through the warranty I purchased. The work was done by someone that was either ignorant or did not care about doing a good job. My bracelet broke and they welded it and literally burned my bracelet and darkened the diamonds. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I took my tri-color bracelet and Morganite ring here today to be inspected and cleaned. Generally I am thrilled with the service from the Zales Outlet in San Diego area. I should have checked the items closer when they were given to me, but I didn't because the service at other locations has always been great. After we left, I noticed that my ring had not been cleaned. When I got home I saw that my bracelet had links which had been damaged. I don't know what I will do about that. On Saturday, February 25th, the Zales associate by the name of Joe came to the rescue of a couple who had no idea where to start on the engagement ring process and who had only visited one other jewelry store prior to this one (we chose to go into this location because the other two at the Livermore outlets received poor Yelp reviews). By the end of our 30 to 40 minute session with Joe, we left the store without any tangible item, but were filled with knowledge and self-confidence for when the time comes to make that big purchase. In that entire session, Joe was courteous, friendly, attentive, and above all, not pressuring us into buying anything that day. He educated us on the different types of ring settings, the 4 Cs, ring protection/warranty, and how does cost fit into all of these factors. We were originally thinking of going to Shane Co, which is a few blocks from our home, but because of Joe, we are likely to come all the way up just for this Zales outlet store instead! read more

I love going to the outlets and especially when I can visit Zales in order to get my rings serviced or cleaned! The first time I went in, the lovely employee named Marjon immediately greeted me with a smile and asked me if I needed help. Her welcoming nature allowed me to immediately ask for what kind of service they provide clients as far as wedding ring/band sizing and cleaning goes. She was very knowledgeable and was able to open up a service ticket for me. She followed up and advised me of the turnaround, which I thought was SPECTACULAR considering I did not want to be without my wedding ring for too long! She also presented some wonderful jewelry pieces to me when I expressed to her I was interested in diamond stud earrings and perhaps would get a pair for my upcoming wedding anniversary in a few months.
