My Mitsubishi Outlander car was hit by someone on the back and the bumper and muffler were damaged. I recently got a new 2015 Chevrolet Volt, but felt that the grey lower plastic panels made the car look a bit cheap. I wanted these pieces to match the rest of the paint, to give the car a more upscale appearance. So I went on Yelp and found that Bakhter Auto Body had pretty good reviews. Naser immediately noticed that my brand new car had a cracked reflector in the rear bumper, and offered to replace it while they would be working on the paint job. He also noticed a few body panel alignment issues that will have to be fixed by the dealer as warranty work. But I was immediately impressed by Naser's eye for detail. And since the quoted price was reasonable, I arranged to have the work done at Bakhter. The result is stunning. The formerly rough plastic panels are now smooth and match perfectly. The cracked reflector has been replaced, as were all clips that broke when the rocks panels came off the car. They even filed some holes in the front bumper cover, which had been drilled for the license plate bracket - they painted them and made them near invisible. This is a job that was done right, and well worth the cost. I highly recommend Bakhter Auto Body. read more

Naser has easy going demeanor and amazing attention to details. We brought our new 4x4 Tacoma to his shop for some serious off-road modification; namely lower rear quarter panels mod for better departure angle, grind down and rework thick ARB front bumper to clear huge tires, and other fender mods. Listen to our intentions, he pointed out where and how the cuts should be made on the vehicle. A nod of approval from us, he rolls up his sleeve, grab a torch, hammer and dolly and start working. After primed and painted, my front bumper and rear quarter panels turned into a piece of art! His work quality shown through even after 5 years later; no rust, no rattle, no paint chip and still smooth and shiny like the first time. Dependable and great product/service value. My Toyota Corolla needed a new windshield. It was cracked from one end to the other. I called Safelite ($400), which had a wait of two weeks. Bakhter quoted $165 plus tax with cash purchase (aka no merchant fee). Bakhter was very straight forward when I called him one early morning: Nasser said he needed to call his supplier and get back to me in 30 minutes. Meanwhile I spoke with a reputable Fremont shop with same quote as Bakhter. As promised, he called me back. He said that he didnt have the window in stock, but could have in hand my noon. He said I'd have my car by 4PM. Given his dependability up to this point, it was an easy decision. I chose Bakhter over the other shop. Screw Safelite (rip off!). When I arrived, he looked at my windshield. He explained that the replacement would have a bit more shade at the top than original. I thought that was very thoughtful and detail oriented. He called me at 3pm to say my car was ready. My husband picked up the car. Nasser noticed that something minor, and unrelated, on my car needed fixing, and fixed it within minutes no charge (wow!). He notices details bigtime, so if your job needs that attention, I highly recommend Bakhter. Again, dependable and great value. read more

I was involved in a hit in run in early August of this year, and filled a claim with my auto insurance provider who sent me to Bakhter for a repair. I thought that the owner was an honest person who would not take advantage of the situation, but I was WRONG. He claimed to have put in a new bumper for my car and repaint the damaged area. However all he did was glue the part together poorly and perform the worst paint job ever on my car. I don't know if he didn't use a second coat or if he didn't use a primer but now the paint peels off of my car! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE! STEER CLEAR! THE ONLY REASON I'M EVEN GIVING THIS REVIEW ONE STAR IS FOR THE INTERIOR CLEANING! I INTEND TO TAKE THIS FURTHER. read more

I used Bakhter Auto Body for a minor fender bender on a leased Nissan leaf. Here are the reasons I am giving Bakhter 5 stars: - reasonable rates - Naser pointed out a few things on the bumper which the other two body shops I went to did not notice. He knows what he is doing - Smooth dealing with insurance. Naser got additional repair approval and additional repair days approval without me having to deal with any of it. He did an excellent job in the repair and also took care of some other minor things as part of detailing the vehicle. How do I know that Naser did an excellent job? I just got my vehicle inspected as part of lease return. The inspector was an expert and noticed every single dent, scratch, etc on the car. She noticed the repair done by Naser as well. She said that the repair done on the car was excellent quality and better than the other repairs she normally sees. I can not find any reason to give Bakhter anything less than 5 stars. read more

First of all, i'd like to say thank you to Mr. Bahkter(owner) and the team for bringing[fixing] my car into life again. Last year was a terrible year for me. I did crash my sports car [toyota mr2] to a tree. It totaled the entire front end; and i thought it's impossible to get it fix and drive again; but this shop made it possible... After the crash, I went to pick n pull to buy a full front end, and some other parts for my mr2. This shop did a great job installing and replacing them [parts]. The wielding was so straightly detailed and safe. The body was aligned and perfect straight, the paint was clean and perfect, they even painted some of my extra parts for free ;). Now,u might be thinking, how much did i spend all that work? Trust me, i saved up half of the cost of what the other body shops were asking. Mr. Bahkter understand that i'm a working student, don't have that enough money, and he even gave me a chance and time to save that money to pay for cost.
