This place is the bomb the Mexican pizza is my favorite n the service is decent n the beer is nice n cold

Pizza is all right the girl charging was kinda rude !!! Wings seemed a little under cooked

Don't ever order the so called French Dip they don't have ajus the meat is hard and dry and the bread is stale very disappointed.

This place is just bad. Not the Michael Jackson "bad". I came in here to try their pizza. I was charged and told to wait around 20 mins for it . I waited and waited until the 20 mins were done and told them if my pie was ready . They said they burned it and had to do it all over . At this point I didn't want the pizza . I asked for my money back and ended up leaving with less money than I came in with. Bad place and I don't recommend this place to my enemy at all . I've recently tried the salad's here and omg they are sooo good. Make any changes or add a little extra of something you will be charged. Their lunch specials are not bad and again if you want to add something to your sandwich or salad you will get dinged. Also there salad dressing taste like elementary school dressing​ you squeeze out of a packet. I advise to have your own in your office but the Italian isn't too bad just taste artificial. For the most part if you get the chicken salad it will be filling. The pastrami pizza is legit. read more

Can never go wrong eating here. Service is good and food is delicious. Haven't had a problem with long waits the times I came. Here on a Sunday , and only waited 5 mins. Not bad for the 2nd game of the finals . Must try the lettuce wraps . To die for !! read more

We usually frequent the Torrance location nearest to us. So we went in expecting the same service/quality of food in the Montebello location. Waitress started out great. Food took 40 minutes to arrive. Waitress never checked on us during that 40 min wait. Once food arrived hamburgers were burnt. Black on the outside and dry on the inside. We didn't want to send it back because we were starving and didn't have another 40 minutes to wait. No napkins on the table. Our waitress never came back to ask how the food was. The table next to us the waiter was very attentive. We saw him visit that table 3 times after their food arrived. At our local BJ's we always see a manager walking around asking tables how their service and food was. Didn't see one once here. Probably because they knew. The pizza was so delish!! Sometimes I'm in the mood for their regular crust but lately it's been the thin crust. They make any changes to the pizza I want. Pick up and delivery are always on time!! Their potato wedges are so good!! I recommend those on the side. And whenever I order the wings I get them well done. Perfect!!! The happy hour is great too! Big beers for $3.00??? I wish I could give this place more stars...but the service here was not good at all. We walked in and it was our first time here, the girl at the counter recommand one of the specials...pizza , wings & a pitcher..great choice! But when our order came we were missing our wings. Some can over abot 10 mins later to say they gave our order to another table and that they would be done in 12 mins. 20 mins later still no wings...so I went up to ask for a box for our pizza, bacause we were done and what happen to our wings...they looked at me like thwy had no clue as what I was asking about. Another 10 mins and I noticed that 2 other orders of wings had made it out to their tables. I went up again to ask and was told they would be done and if I now just wanted them to go and that they would bring the order to our table....no sorry for your wait or sorry for the mistake...wow do people know that they are in the business of customer service???? BJ's has been our family's go to pizza spot for years! Their pizza is always so delicious and their crust is my absolute favorite. I recently moved and have been trying local pizza joints in my area to see if I have a new local go to, but nothing compares. I cant decide if this is on par or a step above a chain pizzaria like domino's or pizza hut. Actually, I am not sure if I prefer this over fast food pizza. The problem with this pizza is that it has no soul. It tastes like its made in a pizza machine. Theres no air in the crust at all. The cheese tastes cheap and the sauce is overly seasoned because the base flavor of canned sauce just isnt that good. No bueno. Drive down to Rio''s Pizza instead. Stay the hell away from this place it's disgusting .. we walked in thinking oh they are renovating new owners / new sign. So it should be good ! Wrong !!! it's a dirty dump., the guy who should be making pizzas is working without gloves he starts picking up random shit with his hands and then goes back to cooking then Cleaning again ! I'm calling the health department . Then around closing the guy who delivers pizza comes into the kitchen area which is open space, picks up a broom starts sweeping . dust and God knows what else are flying in the air to which my pizza will then be places on . Tired of regular pizza delivered to your door??? Well, this place is a little more expensive than all the others, but it is worth it. Way better than the other guys. They use real cheese that is just delicious! Their pizza is delivered hot and in less time than expected. Their pepperoni is a little crispy and very flavorful. If I could I would give it zero stars. The service was bad they told us that it would take 30-40 min we waited for almost 2 hours. I really like the pastrami sandwich here. I've gotten it picked up and delivered and it always comes really hot and juicy. They use a hearty french roll that won't disintegrate with all the juice, but is still soft enough to not leave the roof of your mouth REKT. The pizza is not bad at all. They don't skimp on cheese and the crust is a nice hand tossed feel, not too thin, not to thick. The sauce is mild, as in it doesn't have a strong tomatoey/marinara-like flavor and not too thick, it has a good flavor that's enhanced by the toppings you get. They fail to inform consumer accurately and when challenged they offer no alternative other than "I'm sorry you misunderstood". Very disappointed with the service i received. The food came out very cold and it made me feel like the BJ's i remembered is gone.

I had went in to buy a slice of pizza since they have it advertised outside. Upon receiving it I come to find out it's extremely small. I am from New York so when i see "Slice" of pizza for $2.50 I am expecting a slice of pizza that's larger than a slice that resembles a small frozen pizza. You're better off just buying a pie. Also it took some what long to receive it. I understand it's busy but you should have pies already cooked solely for selling slice's so you just heat it up instead of making a pie from what i assume. The cheese is phenomenal! Staff is friendly. Their thin crust is not so thin, needs to be thinner and more cooked. Pizza is good overall!
