The staff informed me that they needed the confirmation email. Luckily I took a screenshot of my work email confirmation because I don't have my work email installed on my phone. The staff said I would need the actual email for check out because other customers were picking up multiple meals throughout the day or posing as someone else on ClassPass. I didn't know people would do that. This time around I got a pass, but a note for next time. For the quality of the meals, both were filling and healthy. I could have split one bowl into two meals. The flavor was good and all of the ingredients seemed real, from what I can tell. AI (artificial ingredients) is a real thing! The meals only take 2-3 minutes to microwave and it's ready to eat. BJ's is the best pizza in Montebello! Their pizza is so good. IMO, way better than R!0s. I recently went there to pick up an order, but they mistakenly gave my pizza to another customer. They were very apologetic and immediately started making me a new pizza. Unfortunately, the second pizza was also wrong. But instead of getting frustrated, they went above and beyond to make it right. They gave me a sincere apology and thanked me for my patience and understanding. I was really impressed with their customer service. They were very professional and handled the situation perfectly. I would definitely recommend BJ's Pizza to anyone looking for a delicious pizza and great customer service. Even though they made a few mistakes, they really made up for it in the end. this place used to have class, but now the owners turned it into a dump. Besides both owners being alcoholics and acting out every time there's a football game one of them is doing cocaine in the restroom. from what I saw, it looked like they mistreated their employees. This was after I had to have my pizza made three times because it was burnt and from what I heard, they were hiring people who can't read tickets in English so I hope whoever does come here and gets their pizza made on time. Today I went with my wife to order to bring pasta and a salad the place was not very full to wait more than half an hour just for an order and when I was attentive to the order my wife realized that the same cook was charging and never washed his hands touching the food with his dirty hands and when he told him to return our payment the gentleman gets annoyed and continues to manipulate the food I imagine that he doesn't do when you don't see him I will never return or recommend this place. Pizza's are good when they cook it right. Sandwiches are dry. They put very little lettuce which is often sauggy, and very little tomatoe which is mostly over ripe like dark, even when you ask for "Extra". The Lasagna is ok but very little meat. The Spagetti and meatballs you only get 2 little meatballs, so you have pay extra for more like $3! And they only put 4 meatballs inthe Meatball sandwich, when there's room for 2 more on the roll.
