Great atmosphere, great choice selection for beers an on tap. I just can't give this restaurant a high rating for be very costly compared to other restaurants around the area. An the food its only Par. Id never wake up an be like I want Bjs for dinner. Id go to enjoy some delicious beer. Besides that I think all the food lacks at the expensive taste. Just seems like its pre-made an then re-heated

    Awesome Prime Rib.

Part 2 of my review~. Stopped in last Friday for dinner. Prime rib was fabulous BUT... ***** Bad Table Manners **** One thing we witnessed though that I disagree with. ~. I am all in favor of any restaurant being pet friendly. Inside or outside patio areas. I also believe having a "Service support" animal by your side is a good thing. BUT....... having a dog sitting inside a restaurant, at the table, ON THE BOOTH CUSHION, is wrong. Whether it's your favorite pet or a Service Animal, pets should be trained to sit under the table, or at least on the floor, while you eat in public. Restaurants should require and adopt that policy. For MANY, MANY reasons, I'd sure want that table & booth to completely cleaned. Overall,...... food and Staff are great. Highly recommended!!!

We sent our brown guac back. They scraped the brown off and put more seeds on top and brought it back.

Save your money, this place has gone too down hill. Had such a bad time here last week. It was dinner time so I want to be understanding but it was impressively bad. Ordered cocktails and 20 minutes later got water. Ordered quac that the manager Angela brought out 40 minutes after we ordered it. It was brown so I asked for one that hadn't been sitting out and when she brought it back she had just scraped the brown off. Like they're pretty overpriced anyway and we waited quite awhile for it, the solution shouldn't have been to give us even less than we ordered. Same thing when my burger got delivered. Brown quac and my broccoli was dry and had burn marks all over it like it was broiled. I just dealt with it but our server apologized for how it looked when he delivered it, why would you deliver it if it looked that bad? Our server was nice but definitely played a role in how bad the experience was. I had a Togo burger that I canceled because of the wait for dinner and he brought it out anyway and the fries weren't in a container. Literal plastic bag with a box inside and fries put on top, it was the weirdest thing. And the burger was well done and I ordered it rare. 30% of the food I bought was consumed about 10% was good. I asked to cash out right when our food got there to avoid a wait and he didn't bring the check until 30 minutes after my Togo food arrived. He stood at the table behind us talking about SpongeBob SquarePants the entire time we waited for the check. We paid and he came and took our slips so he could start closing-it was the first time all night he showed any sense of urgency. This place was always oversitting servers and hurting peoples experience but this was truly awful service.

    Not great

Place is cute, think tall ceilings with exposed HVAC pipes & such. Looks very much like a chain. Waitstaff very good, burger was from Frozen Pattytown. Maybe their other menu items are better. Meh.

Hannah bringing me a pizookie! Salted caramel mini

We come here every so often, we sat in the first come first served high top area. Unsure how good service would be there. Service was great, food was yummy and Hannah was so sweet. Happy 21st girl!

    Two cute guys and bj's

Faith was nice and discussed brain rot with me and my table. She was super chill. They didn't have the prime rib dipper for the second time in a row. Jeremy lowkey f'ed us and didn't bring my friends ribs for like 20 additional minutes. He was a kind guy tho I think. He has a good heart. Strawberry pazookie was super amazing. Faith is a great waiter. She should be manager.

First time visiting one of these restaurants. Sind they carry their own craft beer, that was first on the agenda to try. Tried the Pilsner, Hefeweizen, Pale Ale, IPA, and their double IPA. The only beer that was halfway decent was the wheat beer. The other beers were nothing to write home about. They definitely need to get a brewmaster to dial in the IPA's and they will have a winner. The food, on the other hand, was really good. Had the root beer glazed boneless wings. Didn't really taste the root beer, but they were sweet and flavorful. The side of Sriracha Brussels sprouts were a home run. Perfectly cooked and just enough heat to satisfy. Service was fantastic. I'd come here again, but would probably drink the guest beers. Environment was nice and the outside patio was perfect for a summer evening!

This has always been our favorite restaurant ever since they first opened in Boardman and we started coming here! We hadn't been here in a few years due to our health conditions preventing us from getting out and about and we actually moved away for a year. Now that we're back in the area, we've been able to come here again and it's been a wonderful experience just like in the past! Why we love this place so much: amazing customer service, wide variety of choices on the menu including healthier options, fair prices, amazing rewards program, high quality of food (you wouldn't even know this is a chain restaurant), and a unique atmosphere that's very fun and relaxing. Some of our favorite items on the menu: Deep Dish Pizza, Sweet Potato Fries, Wisconsin Cheese Curds, Mozzarella Sticks, Creamy Couscous Mac & Cheese, Garlic Knots, Grilled Cheese, Mediterranean Chicken Pita Tacos, Bison Burger, and really any of the Pizookies! We highly recommend checking out BJ's for an amazing dining experience! We are beyond impressed with everything this restaurant has to offer.

they served us burned black trash prime rib. 30 minutes after sending it back they brought them back out and said they ran out of prime rib. lies, the manager forgot to stock it. so we chose ribeyes. 45 min later no steak. we left hungry. the entire restaurant was complaining. the manager was totally worthless and beyond ignorant.

Not 5 minutes after we place an order the table behind us gets a full menu, with burgers and sandwiches on it. Am I a bit PO'd.... YEP Also the waitress doesn't smile. She looks miserable, geez, at least make an effort! So I ordered chicken and waffles and my husband ordered a few wings. As for the food..... The chicken tenders are AAMazing! Waffle is good and the hubs like the ginger lime wings although a small side of sauce and a few celery and carrots would make a better presentation. But for the diamond in the rough. I can only assume it was the manager/owner that delivered our food. I asked why we had a limited menu as I read here on Yelp I should have the prime grilled cheese. This man offed it to me on the house now that is some great customer service. I had to decline bc we have such a long drive ahead of us but he hands down was so kind. So I'm going with 4 stars. To sum this up I would happily come back just bc of his kind service! As we were finishing up Doug the owner came by again and he is a great reason to visit this place. He definitely has a heart for customer service!! Thanks Doug

The ambiance falls between casual and fine. Cannot say enough about the options. All four of our meals were excellent and prices for what you received were very fair. Known for their Italian dishes (and fish fries) I tried the veal parmigiana with angel hair pasta id it was great. If you can, order a side of greens which were really flavorful. Dessert options are limited but we were too full to even consider any. I am sure they are good. You can take your date or your whole family.

I got a to-go order from this place last night; it was the "Fireplace Philly."…read more It deserved one star, but the use of real potatoes for the fries earned them, barely, the second star. First, the sandwich. Bun NOT TOASTED. Lazy cooks; unacceptable. Toast the bleeping bun! I like cheese as much as the next person, but I didn't ask for a taffy-pull sandwich with flavorless mozzarella (which should've been white American or provolone) that was piled at the bottom of the thing, but should have been mixed in with the beef and onions. The bell peppers they added were okay, but peppers don't belong on a Philly. The onion slices were very large, very few, and on the al dente side. Inconsistent slicing and cooking. Lazy cooks. The ground beef -- not the appropriate thinly SLICED beef; it's a Philly CheeseSTEAK sandwich -- was very DRY and somehow, even with the inappropriate peppers and the onions mixed in, it lacked seasoning. It was bland. Very bland. You know where these folks made up for the lack of the sandwich seasoning? By drowning the fries in salt. While I was pleased to see real potatoes used, the salt dump made them pretty much inedible. I hate throwing food away, but the salt was overwhelming. It's an absolute truth that you never get a second chance to make a first impression; this is especially true of restaurants. The "Fireplace Philly," at $13.99, was over-priced and below average. I have zero incentive to give this place a second chance.
