I ordered pick-up. It was two large family orders. I appreciated their attention to detail, and everything was added in that we might need. However, I'm sad to say, it wasn't very good. The chicken fettuccine was watery and bland. The wings were okay and the pizookies were fine, but even the pizza wasn't good this night. In the past we've ordered pizzas to go, and they were good. I order prime rib medium rare for delivery and got a ribeye medium well. It was chewy and very fatty. Not worth the $39 I paid.

The service was so good! Our waitress was named Leah and she was the sweetest person ever. Epic service Amazing 10/10.

I was pleased with the menu selection, and the service was good, but my wife and I were miserable with the temperature. It was 47 degrees outside and for some reason, the air conditioning was blowing full blast(COLD). Our waiter showed concern and agreed to ask a manager to check on this to no avail. Several people in the bathroom were complaining and one gentleman said he came into the bathroom to get warm, after saying he'd asked three times to have the heat turned on. Again, it was 47 outside. When you spend 80.00 or more, you shouldn't have to be uncomfortably cold the entire time, so I'd have to say that our experience in this case, wasn't very good. read more

Took along time to arrive my girlfriend at this time (10:59 pm/writing the review at the restaurant) is barely eating her shrimp pasta. Let's put it this way: I'm re-reviewing this location despite telling myself and Yelp I wouldn't be back. We had some friends that lived nearby that wanted to go and we agreed. This visit started similarly to the other visits: instead of them just telling us we wouldn't be seated for two hours when the place was completely empty, they seated us right away and then completely forgot about us. We were catching up with our friends so we barely noticed the 30-45 minutes go by without anyone acknowledging us. Finally I went and found the closest wait staff I could find. I told @JT that we hadn't been helped and (having been in customer service in a poorly managed/understaffed location before) could see into his soul that we were entirely not his problem, but he didn't make that the case. He told me that he would immediately get to us and that he was sorry for the delay. I have no proof at all that this is the case but it's the vibe I got from the scene. Everything from that point was perfect. He was attentive, informative and very helpful. To be 100% honest, if it wasn't for JT, there's just less than 0% chance we would ever go to a BJs again. Im still not sure we will, but the food was great, and honestly I'm gonna make sure JT is working again before we do. So if you're management reading this, I apologize for the continued reviews, I think this scenario could be a lot better with very little work. Maybe its paying your people better to get a more desirably workforce, training current staff differently or maybe something else entirely; but whatever you do, make sure you keep people like JT. We come here every once in a while since they have a pretty diverse menu for everybody. Tonight's experience was particularly enjoyable. They have a Mexican lager which is really nice. While the wife then enjoy a mango IPA, I had a another seasonal beer, which was a prickly pear honey wheat. Both the mango IPA, and the prickly pear, honey wheat were amazing! The service was great and definitely recommend asking for Mia as your server. The food was good as always with the French dip sandwich as well as the bacon cheeseburger. read more

My experience at this location was great! Our waitress was super accommodating and friendly. And my entree was well prepared. The spinach dip was nothing fancy. The sweet tea was nasty as well, tasted something like gold peak, but the waitress was kind enough to get me a different drink. this was one of the worst meals out tonight. 4/12/24. The fish and chips, yuck. the chips were just average fries. but the fish was soaking in oil, over cooked, and hardly any fish. I was grossed out by all the grease. my daughter had chicken Alfredo. it was subpar. it used to be better yearsssss ago. the chicken was like it was frozen precooked breasts, as well as the broccoli. definitely frozen broccoli. and there was a mound of pasta with just your average cream sauce. not even any fresh Parmesan shredded on it. we will never eat here again, sad to say. each dish was $20.99, too!! omg very over priced for the quality. I looked it up after we left, and it turns out they do use a lot of frozen pre-cooked foods. i actually could tell as soon as they brought it out that it was frozen foods being served. looks like we'll be going to Jack Allen's kitchen next door in Cedar Park! read more

Came in for a late dinner with a friend on Wednesday night. We got a high top table near the bar right away. It was pretty busy and there was a general buzz of noise from the TV's and music. I appreciated the mid 90's jams. Our server was kind and patient. We ordered beers; my friend got a red ale made by BJ's and I got a local Austin beer, both were fine, nothing too out there. I noticed the tap list was extensive but was either beers they made (which I have learned that beer restaurants often make subpar beers) or beers you could find just about anywhere. We ordered dinner and got our food pretty fast. He got a salmon dish and I got the bison burger. Lots of good toppings and cooked rare. I liked the sweet potato fries as an upgrade. Went there tonite. They werent busy at all and we were seated right away. Once we were seated we weren't acknowledged at all for at least 15 minutes. Finally a server came over and took our order. I asked for a white zinfadel and my husband a Heineken 00. Server comes back after almost 10 more minutes and says "we dont have white zinfadel and we dont have double 0. At that point we just said nevermind we'll go somewhere that acknowledges their customers, and has basic wine and beer. This BJ's has been mediocre at best for some time now, but after tonite, we wont be going back. Theres plenty of other decent places in Cedar Park where i can spend my hard earned money. read more
