Dined here today and also last week Wednesday to celebrate a birthday with friends and had a good experience both times. Very happy with the unlimited soup (broccoli cheddar and clam chowder) and salad (Caesar's salad, wedge salad and house salad) pizookie meal deal. All the burger varieties, roast beef.and Korean chicken sandwiches were delicious. The artichoke dip with tortilla chips was amazingly good. Salted caramel and strawberry shortcake pizookies were special too. Only criticisms: the spaghetti with the Parmesan crusted chicken with pasta speciality plate was a little dry and the chicken tortilla soup was too salty. A+ to our exceptionally patient and friendly servers -- Matthew and Trent last week and especially Diane (and Trent again) today. The hostesses were also nice. Nice and cool inside, great booth seating, and even though it was always busy and with so many TVs all around running various sports programs, we were able to talk, hear each other and enjoy lunch without feeling rushed. On our way out today, the "boss" lady at the front area even asked me how our meal was and this showed me that BJ's cares about our dining experience here. BJ's Restaurant exceeded our expectations. This BJ's location, like many of their locations, is in a nice mall in a nice area. The inside is pretty typical of other locations if you have been to them--a bit dark, split between bar seating and sit down. BJ's has several happy hour and daily specials now per location, do check their site as these change over time. This location was a little slow in the seating process, but the servers were good. A few of the customers may be cranky, but most look like nice middle and working class people. The staff is patient and deals with cranky customers well. We got the happy hour margarita and personal pizza and the daily burger special with bottomless fries. Everything tasted good. Only issue is that we were surprised they asked us how we wanted the burger cooked. So we asked how they recommend it. Our server recommended medium with a pink center--we were surprised and stated that the quality of most steak can be cooked medium but burgers usually need to be well done due to lower meat quality. Our server insisted medium was their recommendation. We got food poisoning even tho the burger tasted good. Don't blame them, our fault for listening to them--always get burgers well done even if the server says not to. Only steaks can be rare to medium rare due to higher meat quality than ground meat or burger meat. Overall, a good experience here, except for the burger issue (just get urs well done and you'll be fine). Give them a try. read more

This was a genuinely tasty dining experience at BJ's! They do take reservations which is a huge plus. You can easily make a reservation on their website. We were seated right away at a small booth. The interior is quite large, and there are a variety of seating options including seats in the bar area near the large televisions. It actually was surprisingly not loud or cacophonous inside despite the lively atmosphere. They do have a rewards program. Sign up online or with their app at least 24 hours ahead of your visit to receive a complimentary pizookie. Our server Asia was very kind and attentive. She was always checking up on us and making sure we had what we needed. I tried both the blueberry sour and the sparkling sangria cocktails. Both were tasty and strong! I love the small bottle of sparkling wine that accompanies the sparking sangria. We had the "brewhouse sampler" appetizer which features sliders, mozzarella sticks, boned or boneless wings, and your choice of guacamole or spinach artichoke dip or queso. You really can't go wrong with a platter of fried favorites, and all the items were really good. I am partial to the mozzarella sticks which were quite crispy outside and gooey inside. For an entree I had the porkchop "weekend special" which includes the entree, two sides, a soup or salad, and a full sized pizookie. They do have a limited number available - our server checked and found they only had four left when I ordered it! The pork chop was tender and delicious with a very flavorful mandarin glaze. The accompanying baked potato and broccoli were good as well. The salad was quite nice as well and included carrots and croutons and a good amount of the balsamic dressing I chose. If you go to BJ's you simply must try one of their signature pizookies. We shared one since it was included with my weekend special. We tried the seasonal Halloween "spooky pizookie" which was a cookies and cream pizookie with orange colored vanilla ice cream and sprinkles and a magic shell you can pour over the ice cream. Of course it was delicious and decadent and plenty for two to share. Overall, this dining experience exceeded our expectations! We look forward to visiting again. read more

This is usually my go-to BJ's, and it's almost always filled with a nice, warm ambience. We started off with the appetizer sampler, which did not disappoint -- the mac & cheese balls were definitely my favorite! I highly recommend taking advantage of one of the dinner deals; they're such a great value. Unfortunately, this is my fourth visit where my first choice from the menu wasn't available. I had my heart set on steak again, but had to pivot and go with the pork chops instead. Thankfully, they were juicy and flavorful, so no real complaints there -- though I'm still hoping to catch that steak one day! The clam chowder was everything I hoped for, rich and comforting, and the dinner deal comes with your very own Pizookie -- definitely a bang for your buck. I did splurge for the Trio Pizookie this time, but was a little disappointed that all three were extra crispy and overcooked. I personally prefer my cookies soft and melt-in-your-mouth style. I also recommend the margarita flight; it's delicious and fun to try different flavors. Our waitress was kind, attentive, and made the experience even better. This time was on a Vegas road trip, and didn't want to fight the LV Strip crowds so drove out to Summerlin and got a table right away. She paid very close attention to our table and others. Ordered a shrimp Parmesan appetizer, smokehouse burger, and since it was Monday, half off of pizza so got the great white pizza which she recommended. Shrimp Parmesan appetizer was nice to begin with. Felt like it could've been a homemade tomato bisque. Very warming. Smokehouse burger is my type. Something like a western burger with onion rings. Fries were crisp and went well together. Aneesa noticed we barely touched the pizza. We mentioned it didn't have much flavor and was really dry. She took it back and took it off the bill. Manager came over to check on us as well and made sure everything was going ok. Ordered some beers, one took a while to get and the football games were done so canceled it and paid the bill. I DO NOT recommend this location. Our order was incorrect. One guest in our party received their side toast a bit less than 10 minutes after receiving their soup, the soup became cold as we waited. Another guest in our party was practically left without a meal. The waiter apologized for not getting it in, then said it would be 5-10 minutes. 10 minutes passed, the waiter thinks it was a great idea to offer a plate of fries for the guest to eat, and surely ruin her appetite by making her full. Then another 10 minutes later, the plate finally arrives cold and when all others have finished their meal. Not once did the waiter approach the party to check in and offer refills. Not sure if they were out of desserts because the waiter didn't even offer us to order, instead our check was brought to the table. First time to this location and we loved it. The place has a great vibe. We went in a Saturday night. We started with a margarita flight, Jeremiah red beer, blue raspberry lemonade drink. We also ordered some wings two ways, hot honey buffalo and lemon pepper. Both were very good. For dinner we ordered the Steakhouse Wedge salad, Enlightened Seared Ahi Salad, Parmesan Crusted Chicken, and Chicken Alfredo. Desserts were, of course pizzooki, two of them. Graham. Cracker Smores and Salted Caramel. Everything was delicious. My order was the surprise of the night, the steakhouse wedge. Service was quick and my order was taken within minutes of sitting down (granted it took a few minutes for menu to come). HAPPY HOUR (Mon - Fri 0300P - 0700P, Sun - Thurs 0900P - Close) - domestic bottles, chips & dip $4 - BJ's handcrafted signature beers, dark horse wines $5 - Brewhouse margarita, call drinks $6 - Sliders (excluding BBQ Tri-Tip), deep-fried chicken pot stickers, avocado egg rolls, spinach and artichoke dip, mozarrella sticks, mini deep dish pizza $7 - $1 off BJ's seasonal and guest draft beers I had ordered mozarella sticks and a mini BJ's Favorite deep dish pizza, with a Harvest Hefeweizen Food came out fairly quick. Quite filling. Didn't realize you can ask for more marinara for the mozzarella sticks until the waitress was like "you want more marinara?" 2nd marinara came out HOT which was nice. 1st one that came with the mozzarella sticks had a big chunk of bacon in it, so i had "less" than usual. Husband and I watched a movie over the weekend where it showed people eating a deep dish pizza. So the husband gets the idea that he now wants deep dish pizza and the only place I could think of (I know, I know there's others in Vegas) was BJ's, so off we went. Got a large "BJ's Favorite" but asked for half the pizza with no cheese (in addition to no green bell peppers/onions), and the server said no problem. Did not know that they could make a no cheese deep dish pie. Got the pie home and started eating. Husband declared it's the best pizza he's ever had - I had to disagree, as I like the thin crust type - think Settebello pizzas. Although it was a damn good deep dish pie. The experience today was absolutely incredible. The food we ate, tri tip with mashed potatoes, and broccoli cheddar soup was super tender and mouth watering. Went with my family including 4 children. Pace not busy at noon on Sunday. Server was polite. And efficient however a few specifics of the order were missed. Correction was handled well. Flatbread and salad was good looking and kids corn dogs , Mac and cheese along with plain cheeseburger were enjoyed. My fish and chips were a bit of a disappointment. We decided to come here for lunch. We tried making a reservation via Open Table but was told that Open Table will not take reservations less than 2 hours out. Great to know as we had made a reservation at a different location previously and was able to do so. When we arrived, the hostess greeted us and was accommodating to give us a table vs a booth that was ready. They seated us right after they prepared our table so we didnt have to wait so long. The service was great! Our server Gina was very nice and made sure that she had all of our orders correct especially since we had a large party. I ordered Avocado Egg Rolls, Shrimp Scampi Pasta, Classic Cheese Burger w/Wedge Salad for delivery. I really wanted to give them 4 Stars, but I can't because the pasta in the Shrimp Scampi Pasta was dry. It looks like it sat under a heat lamp for too long. The flavor was there, but a lot of the noodles were too dry or old. The Avocado Egg Rolls were good. They still had crispy shells. My father-in-law had the Classic Cheese Burger w/Wedge Salad & Fries. He asked for Medium on the burger. Despite it being a delivery, the burger was still pink so it was all good. He said everything was delicious. The ordered was estimated for delivery at 8:10, but it arrived at 8:25. We've eaten at this BJ's in person before and had no issues with the food. Visited BJ's for the first time and I had two little with me. Luckily, I called to be added to the waitlist first so the wait when we got there was only 5 minutes! Pretty busy on a Friday night but the staff was really attentive. I ordered one of there meal deals that comes with the pizzookie for $14. Definitely a good deal! We've been coming to the BJ's near Downtown Summerlin for a while, and service has usually been solid -- until today. We showed up around 3pm and placed a simple order: corndogs for my son, avocado rolls for my wife, and a burger for me (asked for medium well). The burger came out raw inside. No big deal -- these things happen. Our server was friendly and offered a salad while they remade it. Then the manager showed up with the replacement burger and asked me to cut it myself to check if it was cooked properly. That's not how it works. It's the kitchen's job to check quality, not the guest's. I opened it -- still raw. I told her I didn't want it anymore, and she just walked away. No apology. No ownership. And we never saw her again. To top it off, the second salad came out full of lettuce hearts -- clearly no quality check there either. This wasn't just a kitchen mistake -- it was a leadership issue. When a manager can't take accountability or even offer a basic apology, that reflects badly on the whole place. Disappointing. read more

I specifically ordered the strawberry shortcake one. It's a Buttery sugar cookie, fresh strawberries, strawberry purée, Rich Vanilla Bean ice cream & whipped cream. I also had an order of avocado egg rolls. Which consist of avocado, cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, chipotle peppers & served with sweet tamarind dipping sauce.
