This is my first time dining at BJ's and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had the strawberry lemonade, enlightened salmon and tri-tip steak. The lemonade was a bit too sweet for my liking, so I might not order it again. The steak was delicious and so was the salmon. We ordered a pizookies but had to take it to go. I overall enjoyed the food and the Atmosphere but the music was extremely loud for a family oriented restaurant. It's almost too much of a bar environment. read more

My family of 4 came for dinner on a very busy Saturday night. Lavina was our waitress and even though it was very busy, she was extremely patient, friendly and attentive. She never skipped a beat in her service and made sure that we were well taken care of, all with a bright smile. I wanted the pork chop special but sadly they ran out, so ordered the prime rib special. Boy they didn't disappoint! Once I tasted my prime rib I knew exactly why the ran out of the other special (IT WAS JUST THAT DARN GOOD!) My prime rib was cooked to medium perfection and melted in my mouth. Even my 6 yr old kept coming back for more because it was so tasty. The horseradish and au jour immaculate paired with delectably roasted veggies and loaded mashed potatoes sent my meal over the top. Stopped by for a quick lunch. I had the brussel sprouts for an appetizer and the kick in chicken sandwich for my entree. The brussel sprouts were ok. Even with the sauce that comes in then they didn't have much flavor. The chicken sandwich was ok too. It was a very large portion. read more

We used to go here a lot but things are changing. Service is usually pretty good, sometimes slow, but I don't think it's their fault for as busy as they are. The food quality has gone down. They've taken some things off the menu to try to simplify things but the quality is still lacking. They've changed containers I guess in the hopes of saving money and being more environmentally friendly? They are still plastic but now they don't hold up to even a few seconds in the microwave if they're going to change containers to be environmentally friendly, there are other options than plastic and if you're gonna go to plastic, they should either say, do not microwave or have ones that can hold up read more

When it comes to happy hour deals, definitely come to BJ's. They have happy hour mon-fri 3-7pm and sun-thurs 9pm-close so best of both worlds! I love their $4 call drinks and 1/2 mini deep dish pizza. Andddd if you go during NFL football games, their apps are half off! What a stealllll. Okay seriously, besides the yummy food and drink deals, their food are pretty bomb. Our favorite apps were the ribs and sliders. The meat was cooked just right! As for the deep dish pizza, I loveeed it. We got the bacon chicken and ranch mini deep dish and it was just enough! Can't wait to try others especially on mondays! Love this place for happy hour. Great atmosphere and fantastic happy hour appetizer and drink specials! I'm not sure that I've ever eaten off of the menu, but I've been here for appetizers and drinks many times, and I can tell you that the appetizers and the drinks that I've had are all great, especially during happy hour when the appetizers are $7. The flatbread, spinach and artichoke dip, avocado egg rolls, mozzarella sticks, and the potstickers, all great! Service has always been great. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but that's everywhere at the outlet mall. read more

This was an amazing dinner for a Saturday night!! The food was delicious. The Brussels were fantastic, and the salmon was so tender and delicious with the cherry chipotle drizzle. The menu has a wide selection, the place is clean and the wait staff is pretty good. The quality of the food is good, not fantastic, but certainly far from bad. What I do like here is their service and quality of food is pretty consistent across the various locations, which not all chain restaurants do. I found the best time to come here is outside the typical food time slots. For lunch get there early, or mid day like at around 2, or just before 5. If you go during the regular lunch and dinner times, be ready to wait in line to get a table and the service also slows down some too. read more

First timer at this location and our server, Mackenzie, made us feel very welcome! Such great food and a great atmosphere. Happy hour started at 10pm and what an awesome value! Half price apps( flatbread, potato skins, wings, Ahi tuna, etc)! Deeply discounted drinks and all beer brewed there was $4! I believe Mackenzie told us there were 45 different kinds! The restaurant was not overly crowded and employees wore masks correctly. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program so you can get tons of free perks! Haven't been to BJs Brewhouse in such a long time. This place is always packed. No matter if it's during the week or weekends it is always crowded. So thinking ahead, Decided to go for a lunch for my dads birthday. Was able to make a reservation for a party of 6 and was seated instantly upon arrival. Started with the sparkling sangria which was so light and refreshing and the little bottle of Prosecco on the side was a nice touch. I forgot how delicious the deep dish pizzas are here. They have such a variety and now an 11" pizza which is great. The chicken bacon ranch was absolutely amazing. It was so tasty and even though it was deep dish it wasn't too doughy. Big time deteriorating in servive and food. Ordered food, never got utensils when food was delivered. Waitress was stuck at another table for almost 10 minutes for ordering. Asked another server for utensils, got nothing. Grr.5 minutes go by. Had to walk to hostess station myself for utensils. No bueno. Hubby ordered BLACKENED salmon. Got regular cooked salmon with cold rice, and cold uncooked broccoli, not even al dente - but raw and cold. Had to wait for waitress, who then ordered new sides. They came, rice steaming, COLD raw broccoli, uncooked, again. Ugh. Really? Use the steamer people. I ordered Southern comfort chicken. Bacon was burned, and ham was only on 1/2 of the sandwich. Hubby had to ask 3 times for a 2nd beer. Unreal. No manager came to ask about our experience, nothing. Clearly there are kitchen issues with reheating and cooking sides, and there are servers who are too busy to provide good service. A 12% tip was left as she deserved something, but maybe something to think about for future. Hopefully the kitchen staff learns about reheating temps for rice and how to cook a veggie. I will have to think hard about coming back here, as the overall meal was not so good. Too many failures for a meal for 2. read more

Impressed with food & service at BJ's. I wanted to stay close to home and seeing there's a bunch of new places by the outlet mall, I chose BJ's. They have more options and I like that there are healthy alternatives like zoodles(zucchini noodles) Our server Nicolette was awesome. Super sweet, knowledgeable and helpful beyond words. She really made our experience the best of the best. We selected Brussels sprouts, cheese curds and then our entrees were ahi tuna and noodles and chicken Alfredo zoodles. Lastly BJ's is all about their pizooki desserts which are basically deep dish cookies with ice cream and whip cream. This place is cool, modern, new, and has tons of drink options as well. Definitely a winner out of many of the options by the outlet mall! So glad we came back. We had been once before to try their deep dish pizza special on Mondays. The atmosphere was good too, couples having dinners and I did go later at night so there wasn't any family's and it was a week night so the bar was a bit busy but other than that it was chill. The food was ok, the nachos were so so. I also got the macaroni balls and they were ok I didn't really care for them. I also got the Sals brewhouse chicken, the sauce was amazing along with the chicken and mashed potatoes but the asparagus had way too much salt and pepper so it was ok. The tri tip salad was pretty good too. I also got the Spooky Pizookie and it wasn't very good, maybe it was just the seasonal one but it wasn't very good, the ice cream didn't taste like anything and the cookie was just ok. I was here a little over a week ago, I got a burger and fries and it was FANTASTIC. So I decided to bring my family here for Mother's Day. The burger that my sister ordered did NOT look the same as it did the last time i was here it looked rounded and much thinner and she even said it tasted like it was microwaved.. that wasn't the worst of it though. All 4 of us were served McDonald's fries.. now we all know the look and the taste of McDonald's fries and that it is in the same parking lot. These indeed were not their usual fries that I'm very familiar with. What a huge let down and embarrassing Mother's Day dinner...you should atleast tell your customers you are out of fries and not go and get what I could for $1 right next door. read more

Eating out during the covid pandemic January 2021. All the Employees were wearing mask and were actively cleaning every time a party finished their meal and left. Each booth was separated with plexiglass. This is your typical bar food and drinks spot. Although we didn't order any liquor. The food taste good and menu had a wide variety. Only complaint is that my chicken was supposed to be grilled and I received it blackened with such a salty season that I couldn't finish it. I ordered the quinoa and rice bowl which had a mix of delicious flavors and was edible without the additional protein. Time of day - 3:30pm on a Saturday Vibe/Atmosphere - First time to a chain restaurant since COVID has let up and places started to open. It was a VERY hot day and we were just walking in without a reservation. We were able to get right in at the bar area. They are social distancing and the bar tables are spaced out well. The bartenders seemed all over the place but they might've been in between shifts. Oh they also had dripping ceilings in the bar area which was interesting as I figured COVID would give you plenty of time to make repairs. Food - okay, I probably made this up but I thought their avocado egg rolls were a very popular dish. I sold my partner on it and got it as an appetizer. Somewhat underwhelming. I fudged up. The sauce that came with it was way too sweet and honestly they were better without the sauce. We weren't terribly hungry but we did split the ahi tuna salad. They were nice enough to split it for us and it was a very generous size. I was pleasantly surprised as it easily looked as if we got a separate salad each. The vinaigrette they used was delicious but it was drenched over everything. I would have preferred less. Overall, I'd go again as they have an extensive menu. Half priced pizza on Mondays as well. It was dark brown, overcooked and tough. He ate half and could go no further. We showed the chicken to the server and the attitude was basically "sorry about your luck pal".
