My friends took me out here to try their prime ribs, their clam chowder, and the pizookie. My friends ate at this restaurant a week before they took me here. So when we came in on a Monday, the waiter remember my friends from their order and their drinks! Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but he was awesome! Their prime rib was so succulent & juicy and HUGE! I couldn't even finish it. The clam chowder was delicious and very flavorful. It did not have a fishy taste to it and they always used real clams. Staff was very friendly and the space was big and clean! Great happy hour and lunch prices. The 4$ in house brews could keep me there all night long!! I had the Nashville hot. Very disappointed, the last two times around 9 PM I ordered avocado egg rolls to go, I get all the way to the parking lot and the they tell me they out. How can this happen twice in two weeks? The only reason I go there is for the avocado egg rolls. If it happens again I'm never going back . They could at least offer me something for my time and gas to get there. What a horrible experience!! I have worked in the service industry my entire adult life, including restaurants but this was by far the worst experience. The food was cold, we didn't get several of the items we ordered. When I spoke with our waitress Ashley (who was good) and told her to please let the manager know she came back with something lame like she said they were short staffed in the kitchen. My response was how frustrated I was that she did not have the courtesy to come out and speak with us personally. She passed the message to the manager who still did not come out and speak with us. The customer service is horrible. This will be my last experience with BJ's. A service company who does not care about customer service is not where I am going to spend my money. Their own brewed beer is also fantastic and their pizookie (cookie with ice cream) is a must. They do have a qr codes on the table but also have menus available as well. I was recommended this restaurant by a colleague of mine in reference to the double cut pork chops. When I ordered first thing was the sampler appetizer me, and my family of four including myself could not eat everything. The portions was plentiful and the food was great. I also ordered the sampler beer which I prefer the BJ's RED...it's a amber beer which I don't drink, but the waiter insisted, and it was good. I also ordered the ribs dipped in the root beer glazed sauce which which was delicious. Needless to say I did not make it to order the double cut pork chops, but I will be returning to do so. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful. Tables are set to where your conversation stays at your table. My family and I stopped by after a day of shopping in New Orleans. Everything was superb! The food and service were exceptional. Loved they way they provide a snack for the little ones while they wait for their food. They can sometimes become restless while they wait. Thank you for an awesome experience. He hands us a slip of paper and says we can order using the QR CODE...and then swiftly walks off. I'm like, wait...what??? So I read the paper. No instructions on how to scan. I'm hoping someone passes by so they can help me figure this out. No one. By this time, I'm getting aggravated bc I'm having to waste time on trying to figure out how to scan this qr code. I have not been to BJ's in so long, so when we were in the area it was no surprise that we were absolutely stoked to go, even chose it over the undeniable favorite, Chipotle. The service was as good as it could be, although they seemed under staffed and overwhelmed. But Laura handled it very well and was very fun. I was very nervous to order mahi tacos from a chain restaurant but they were fucking phenomenal, exploding with a creamy cilantro lime based sauce that was equivalent to an orgasm in my mouth... yea I said it. This is my second time eating at Bj's and a different location and I was left impressed once again! Our order was messed up when they brought some things out but it was quickly fixed and they apologized endlessly. Our waiter was very nice and brought out refills and our food very quickly. The food is delicious, you definitely spend more than expected for two people but getting an appetizer, and dessert it quickly adds up but it's worth it!! I've gotten something new every time and loved it. (Except the mac n cheese, not my favorite at all.) You HAVE to get the queso it was so delicious and of course the dessert is as well. ALL of the desserts are so good it's hard to even pick. Definitely recommend getting some though. The definition of stupid is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results. So i must be stupid because I came back here yet again for a disastrous meal where they get everything wrong , make you wait a ridiculous amount of time for the easiest thing on the menu and then have staff and a manager who apparently don't get paid to give a shit. 40 minutes for a kids mac and cheese while the other three children and busily eating theres in front of him. Funky tasting tuna...something really wrong with it. Mistakes on other dishes and then a manager who seems to be mute. Ended up leaving and going to five guys for a hot dog. I have been to many different BJs locations, including this one several times. It seems as though this certain location never fails to be a poor experience. I'm here visiting my sister and her family from out of state and went out to dinner for Veterans Day for her husband who is active duty military the last 20 years. The service was poor from the start, host/hostess were not the friendliest. Also the food runners were rude to brother in law, who is the veteran we are going out to dinner this night for, he simply asked if the stake was 8oz and the response was "YUP" and a walk away. It's understood it's a busy night, I personally work with the public so I understand the pressure in the flow of business when it's busy. Also to note my dinner came out not top tier. I would like to atleast recognize our waitress who although new to restaurant work, was very kind, patient, and professional. If it weren't for her my review would be one star. read more

I'm already a big fan of this chain after visiting the one in Orlando and frequenting the one in Pensacola. I went for an early lunch which was a great time to go because they weren't very busy and it wasn't too loud. There is a menu option for absolutely everyone, but it can be hard to choose! I got the Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese with fries. Now, I did find the bread to be way too soaked in butter, so I kind of ended up just taking the bread off. However, the fries were the best I've ever had! The food came out quickly. The only bad thing I have to say about the service is the fact that the waiter brought me my to go box with the receipt book inside. That thing is so full of germs...it was very gross. Anyway, I'm still going to come back here and give it another go since I've had such great experiences at other BJ's. On my second trip, the food was excellent. I got a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. It had excellent flavor and wonderfully crispy chicken. The downside is that the fries weren't hot. I also had the fried artichoke appetizer. Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. I downloaded the rewards app and got a free pizookie. I chose the Monkey Bread and it was so delicious. The creamiest ice cream and the perfect ratios of cinnamon and Again the service wasn't the greatest. Our waitress seemed so depressed the entire time, but she did help me out with downloading the app. sugar. Third trip: I got that Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich again....it's just so good! And the French fries are always killing it. We also got the Hickory Brisket Burger...whoa! It's a must try! Service was still a little shaky, but we did have a couple of to go orders. BJ's is and has been our 'last resort' stop. Past 10pm and all other options are closed? BJ's. The food and service is usually 'last resort' quality as well. I tried the spicy peanut chicken soba noodles the other night and they were alright? A super goopy peanut sauce (more than likely based from peanut butter) left a weird texture in my mouth. Sparse with the chicken and broccoli. It's worth mentioning this dish is featured on the 'light' options menu. After eating half the meal, I pooled all the oil from the plate to one side and...yeah. 'Light' option my ass. Our server was Nicole. She was great. Will probably ask to be seated in her section next time around...and I'll probably be ordering a burger or pizza. read more

It was not because they were busy either time because we got here around 11:15 once and 4:30 the time before. Drink refills were hard to come by both times. This place was a surprise for me! I am not typically a fan of supersized type restaurants. I find that the menu is too large and the food isn't the best. No so here. The menu was a bit overwhelming, but our server helped us to narrow it down. Avocado Egg Rolls for the appetizer win.
