He didn't file my toenails after he cut them, didn't clean under my toenails, My big toes were just barely touched and weren't filed and smoothed. Wasted $30. I can do better doing them at home. AS soon as I arrived, it wasn't very busy. I was seated quickly which was a plus. I also asked the girl who seated me what types of pedicures and other services did they offer they pointed at the wall where a list of services were provided so I ordered the Deluxe pedicure so I also asked for refills on my artificial nails so they had two different technicians work on me at the same time. I did ask the woman working on my pedicure I like it kind of hot when she was putting water for my pedicure. BUT felt she may not have understood how I like a pedicure done on me. I don't think she understands English that well but did kind of motion to her what I do want. After an hour 45 mins I was pleased wirh my pedicure and refills done. You do have to choose what color of nail polish you prefer so when you do come in be prepared to take a little time to select a color and services you may need. Located off Bee Caves you may have to seek where to find it I kept missing it until I saw where it is located very quiet spa like setting where you sit on a massage chair and chill out. Went today for a mani/pedi with my mom and sister- moms treat! (Thanks mom!) This place was impeccably clean and the ladies that did our nails were so sweet. They did such a great job- Made sure we were comfortable and happy the whole time. I was very nervous, (because I am an insane anxious control freak), but I was quickly relaxed and enjoying myself. Complete joke. They told me they could do pink and white (solar) nails. A young guy started on me and was going veryyyyyy slow. I realized soon on that it may have been his first time attempting this type of nail! Which, by the way, is a common style of nail that every nail tech should know how to do. After about 45 minutes of the tech going at turtle speed, he was only 1/4 of the way done. I politely asked if someone else could do them to speed up the process. No one else knew how. THEN they tell me that the guy who's been working on my nails doesn't know how either and he can only do one color. So, he was trying something on me that he didn't know how to do. GREAT. They ended up taking all my nails OFF that he had just put on. An hour later, I leave with nothing. read more

I went for the first time yesterday and had a French manicure. I really enjoyed meeting the owner and he did such a great job on my nails. He was very detailed on his work, painted my nails with baby pink tips and it turned out perfect. Its a family owned business, use OPI plus other good brands and they have great prices; I paid $15 for the French manicure. I would certainly return and next time plan on trying the pedicure which is $20 and I assume $25 for the French. read more

Huge mistake. If you like your acrylic nails to look good don't come here.bWent here because my old nail salon went way up in price &vmy favorite nail tech had left. I saw all the good reviews and gave it a shot. I deeply regret it. I got a full set of acrylic nails put on and it was about 35 which was reasonable. It took him a long time to actually get it done and once he had finished it was a very messy job. I had to go home & clean off the glue all around my fingers & Of course I hadn't noticed how bad they looked until I got out into broad daylight. They were lifting up around the cuticle area. Also the tips weren't the right size so they didnt cover my nail from end to end. He put a VERY thin layer of acrylic on so it chipped off on the edges the very next day. I went back to have them fix it & it turned out worse than before. Once it set for an hour, it started chipping off again. Im so frustrated. I will be calling and seeing about getting my money back & going somewhere else. I get the feeling he didnt know how to do it......why even offer the service if you cannot put it on right?!?! Terrible experience. We called ahead of time and made an appointment for 2:30 for 2 SNS manicures and a polish for a little girl. We showed up and they put my hands in a bowl of acetone and started on my friend and my daughter. They did a decent job on my daughter, it was just a polish. My friend and I explained we wanted a light pink color for my baby shower coming up. They didn't do anything to my friends nails except take the old polish off then started dipping in the SNS powder. They did layer after layer and it was still looking transparent. My friend attempted explaining this to the technician and I'm not sure if it was the language barrier or what but after at least 20 times of saying the same thing and having 3 different technicians look at her nails, they ended up dipping her nails in a hot pink color. It's now 3:30pm and they haven't started on my nails, I'm still just sitting in acetone. We asked for someone to start on mine and they explained the guy working on my friend is the only one who can do SNS, even though they had 3 other ladies, who came in after us, who were having SNS done. They then told my friend they were done with hers and they were thick and bumpy. My friend asked for them to fix them and they just put another coat of clear coat on top and said they could start on mine. I said no as we had already been there an hour and a half and couldn't stay another hour for crappy results. My friends nails look terrible. We're on our way to my normal spot VIP nails in Cedar Park (they are amazing and I'm never cheating again!!) to fix the awfulness that is our nails! read more

I visited BK 5 days ago for pedicure and SNS nail powder. The nails began peeling and chipping after 3 days. I went in to have the nails repaired. The salon workers shared there is only one person who does SNS and he is not always there. I was meeting with new clients the next day and could not wait, therefore had to get repairs at a different salon. This salon has been completely empty both times I have been. They also had only 5 SNS nail colors to choose from. I should have seen the warning signs. It is definitely not worth the time or the money. I'm not sure how they are still in business. I paid $20 for a horrible manicure. It looks like I did it myself(I'm not the best at it). There are bubbles everywhere, the polish layering is messy and the paint is even peeling off. This is just a few hours after I got them done. Not only that, but they didn't know what they were doing. I needed SNS nails taken off and it took them an hour and a half to finish. I'm very upset with this visit. I'm sorry to say I will not be going back. read more
