Not what I ordered, does this look like tea to you? Main ingredient in an Arnold Palmer. Smells odd

Do NOT slow down, stop, but run away! Seriously I placed an order while traveling because I have been to this franchise in the location where my parents are and really enjoyed the food and service. This location is not your place to stop. Nor place on online order. I ordered early, when I arrived I was told they were out of one of the items as I stood there looking at it in the case. I said it would be fine to substitute. I was ignored, the very nasty tattooed young lady NEVER looked up the order and just said I was going to wait. I watched other people who came in after get there orders. I noticed that all the women would only speak to men "oh so sweet" until a black man came in who was National of Islam faith. He too placed an online order. Such a nice a calm and nice person, he in no way deserved how he was treated. When I asked the young lady where/when my order would be ready she was uncivil. She told me I could cancel the order (which I could not) and she would not cancel the order. Funny they can not fulfill the order and not supply the correct items and feel they get away with that. This is so wrong. There was a woman who came out to find out what the problem was and SHE is the person who Did Not correctly fill the order and complained about she didn't know where her head was when another person asked about their order Please take my advice and do NOT go to this place there are too many problems, no resolution and no one (but my bank) who would answer over 12 attempted calls. Save yourself time, trouble, poor food and poor treatment... go to a drive through.

What a delicious meal! It was a busy Sunday morning but our server was so generous. The sauce is amazing, it's got a kick to it. We enjoyed every bit of it, we even had leftover pancakes.

The store wasn't clean, food all over the floor. Under the tables as well. We were seated to a table that was dirty still with food particles on it. I said something & the sweet old lady said it was from the paper towel she used to clean them. My orange juice was water yellow water with bubbles in it. My hash browns were raw and awful. I would not recommend this store to have a decent meal. Even the salt shaker was wet and clogged up. I had to open it to get salt out of it. This was one awful breakfast.

Everything always goes well here. Our waitress was especially kind and we always love the music. We usually order a pancake breakfast but agreed to try something different today. Husband ordered the ham and cheese omelette and ate the whole thing! (Unusual for him!) I ordered the California Bacon Benedict and it was fabulous. Never disappointing.

If you are looking for white tablecloths, subtle lighting, or a quiet place to whisper sweet…read morenothings, keep driving past Coyote Bluff Cafe (often locally called the "Coyote Bluu" or simply "The Bluff") in Amarillo, Texas. But if your idea of culinary heaven involves a grease-stained paper liner, an old-school Texas roadhouse vibe, and a burger that requires structural support, you have arrived at the right place. Nestled just a few blocks off Interstate 40 in a historic, diminutive former dance hall moved wholesale from neighboring Claude, Texas, Coyote Bluff is tiny. With only about 12 tables packed into its 1,000 square feet, the atmosphere is alive with a loud, friendly hum, a dirt parking lot, and a vintage bathtub floating full of ice and cold beer bottles. The place is amazing!!!! The unique steaming process is really amazing. You have to try the chili cheese fries to go with it. The menu keeps its focus tight, centering around half-pound patties of lean Texas ground beef cooked to order. While traditional options like the Hickory Burger and the Green Chili Cheese Burger are stellar, the undisputed heavyweight titleholder here is the legendary Burger from Hell. I had to try it, my wife opted for the Chicken Fried Steak. Many approach the "Hell Burger" with great trepidation, expecting it to be more of a gimmick built strictly on painful, mouth-numbing heat. Instead, it offers a beautifully layered flavor profile. The beef patty with Tabasco and their proprietary "Coyote Hell Sauce," then smothers it in gooey melted cheese, grilled onions, and fresh, vibrant sautéed jalapeños. It arrived on a toasted onion bun, it lands a solid 7 out of 10 on the heat scale. But rather than scorching your palate, it wraps it in a vinegary, spicy, deeply savory warmth. This place also serves up classic, heavy-hitting Texas roadhouse appetizers: Each of these are amazing sides and are worth of mentioning, First the Cheese Fries with Green Chiles, which I had with my burger and my wife had with her Chicken fried steak, it is served on a massive aluminum platter, these fresh-cut fries are heavily blanketed in melted cheese and mild green chiles. They are a mandatory companion to the burgers.  Other appetizers worth of note, are the Texas Red Chili & Green Chili Stew: The thick, hearty green chili stew is packed with meat and mild green peppers, offering a wonderful warming comfort, especially during cool Panhandle days.  and any of the Fried options ranging from baskets of battered fried pickles, garlic mushrooms, and stuffed jalapeños. Because everything is cooked to order and the dining room is incredibly compact, expect a wait during lunch rushes or weekends. However, that time spent waiting in the dirt lot among locals and passing road-trippers is part of the charm. Coyote Bluff Cafe doesn't try to be anything other than a spectacular, small-town Texas burger joint, and it executes that identity flawlessly. This is a MUST Stop in Texas

We sat right down but by the time we left there were groups waiting outside for a table. The servers were busy and worked quickly. We had a Mushroom Swiss and a California Burger and a basket of fries and onion rings. The burgers are huge and cooked perfectly. Don't wear your nice clothes because these are drippy, messy burgers and that's what makes them so good. The fries are fresh cut and seasoned well. The onion rings were also really good.

We spent some time in the gift shop which has lots of cool things to see or get. (We got stickers for the kids, my husband got a magnet, and I got a coffee mug.) After that, there was a baby cow that we could get pictures with for 10 dollars. We did and my daughter kissed the cow . Then we sat on a bench for maybe 10 minutes. Our waitress was very nice I like how she attended to us regularly but not too much, if you know what I mean. Some men walking around playing guitars came to our table and my daughter lit up! My husband gave them some cash and they played you are my sunshine for her and she was dancing and giggling. Best thing we ever did! It's a tad loud because it is a big place and of course people cheering for any contenders who take part in the steak challenge, but we would come again. But it might be best to make a reservation ahead of time.

While we were able to eat quickly, the food was meh and the outdoor eating area smelled like sh*t so we relocated inside. I ordered biscuits and gravy with jalapeño bacon. I LOVED the jalapeño bacon. But neither the biscuits nor the gravy tasted good. The biscuits were more like crackers--hard rather than fluffy. And biscuits (plural) is a bit misleading because it's one biscuit sliced in half and soaked in gravy. Chick-Fil-A makes tastier biscuits. But we visited this place on a Sunday and, unfortunately, Chick-Fil-A was closed. It comes with eggs, but I didn't eat the eggs because they looked like the powdered variety instead of real, whole eggs. My husband wanted a croissant but was told it would take 30 minutes to bake. Maybe we're impatient, but that seemed unreasonable for a "bakery" that had been open for a few hours at that point. So he settled for the smothered burrito. He didn't like that concotion either. The passionfruit teas we ordered were small but good, but not good enough for a return visit. $35 wasted.
