It's is actually a drive through, but we were able to order at the window and sat at one of the picnic tables. I order my beloved arepa con "carne mechada" DELICIOUS and my husband chachapa con "queso de Mano" DELICIOUS. The owner is from Caracas, me too! and his wife from Nicaragua, they both run this amazing Venezuelan restaurant with "tequeños, agua de papelon" and more.
