Very clean and very spacious. Nisha made my Pastrami sandwich. It was legit the best pastrami sandwich I've ever had. Nisha was very sweet and friendly. Her dad also took care of my payment. He was very nice & friendly as well. I feel like I made two new friends & I will definitely be returning often to get sandwiches or beverages. 10 out of 10 market. I found this Diamond of a spot aptly called The Black Diamond Market on Somersville Rd just across the street from the Auto repair shop on Somersville and Fairview Ave (where the old Aquarium shop used to be) It's a new place for Food, Beverages and a whole lot more! It really looks Great from the outside and Beautiful inside. We stopped in to try their sandwiches and were totally surprised with the Great food at reasonable prices! I loved their #3 with the works! And the owners and staff were Absolutely great! Do not hesitate to give them a try! A new store that just opened in July that I saw posted on TikTok. Honestly, this is such a good use of this space. I pray more businesses come into Antioch as we have many abandoned buildings. First of all, I have to say that the ladies in the store are so sweet so kind so helpful great energy. They made me a bomb sandwich. I've been back twice. It's so clean in there. I've been hearing good things about this market via Nextdoor. Had a chance to check it out and as soon as I walked in I was impressed! I was greeted immediately and the shelves are so beautifully organized. Was craving a sandwich so I decided on the Kaya caprese. It consists of grilled chicken, mozzarella, arugula, tomato, pesto and garlic aioli on Dutch crunch bread. Very pleased with my choice! Full of flavor and perfect for a hot day. Spontaneously decided to drop into Black Diamond Market as we noticed it is now open and needed to pick up some liquor for a small get-together that we're hosting at our home today. When walking in, I was immediately impressed by how beautiful the interior was. The right side holds liquor and the left side will soon be a cafe. Ironically, I was just telling my boyfriend that a cafe would be very nice in this plaza -- so I was definitely happy to see that coming together. The owner of the store, immediately greeted us upon walking in. He was very nice, we actually even left with a bottle of tequila that he personally likes -- he wasn't even trying to sell it to us but his genuine passion and how hyped he was about the bottle (& the fact that we haven't tried it yet) sold me! I look forward to returning & seeing the progress of the store once the cafe is up & running. This store is exactly what the community needs (especially the cafe!) Super excited to have them in the neighborhood and wishing them great success and business in the area! read more

The place is beautiful and surprisingly big inside. Besides the deli and coffee, there's a huge selection of wine, beer, whiskey, tequila, snacks, drinks, and more. Honestly some better prices than most gas stations nearby too. I made a last-minute large order for my workplace (we're used to going for Starbucks) and the owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready and brought over. The owners are amazing! Always service with a smile which is few and far between in this area. I went in for some beer and was let know they just opened the deli. Of course I went with it and they had horseradish cheddar (hard to find in deli's and great on a london broil) so I went for it. Be kind; it is worth the wait. This is a wonderful new shop. It is a litttle more reminiscent of those old corner shops in the big city thst cary a little of everything. Theu have coffee and, i believe are working on the licensing for some fresh food. That AND they have a great big beautiful wall of spirits and a good selection of wine. I am not much of a beer guy, so I didn't look, but i would be amazed if they were lacking there. I purchased a bottle of top shelf tequila that I have been looking at for a while. Thier prices seem competitive with BevMo which is great. The owners are amazingly nice folks. We are very lucky to have this in our community. Please show this business your support. I tried the #1 Golden Arya and the #5 Loaded Pastrami -- both had great flavor and fresh ingredients. Only minor feedback would be the meat-to-bread ratio. A 1:1 ratio or even slightly heavier on the meat (up to 1.5:1) tends to make for the best sandwich experience, with the bread ideally making up around 25% of the total sandwich volume for structure without overpowering. A small adjustment on their ratio, they'd be top tier. Overall, a great local sandwich spot that I'll definitely be back to. read more

I absolutely love their lattes and their deli sandwiches! Tried the Black Diamond Italian and the Moms Veggie sub today and absolutely loved them both. The proximity to black diamond mines also makes this a perfect spot to pick up a couple subs, drinks and snacks before a hike and picnic.
