I spoke with Cory and from the jump he was very kind, honest and helpful. I explained my situation, and how my vehicle that needed work is my only mode of transportation currently. I was given a fair timeframe of when they would be able to get my car done by. I live about a mile and a half down the road from the shop, and was going to walk home. To my surprise, Tim stopped me in the parking lot (as they were concerned for my safety walking along the highway), and Cory gave me a ride home AND when my car was done, he came and got me from my house! They looked my car over and found a couple of additional things that needed to be done to it, they called me to let me know and gave me the options vs assuming and just doing. Not to bring THIS aspect up but it can be a reality sometimes: as a woman who's not well versed in the car repair world, it can be easy to be taken advantage of. Not here however, I felt beyond taken care of, educated and respected by these guys! Cars are expensive, but I was happily surprised at my total by the end of it all. A HUGE thank you and my continued patronage will be given to these guys, as they are AWESOME!

I bought a used Jeep with 120,000 miles and I took it to them to have the timing belt checked and…read morereplaced if necessary. (120,000 mi is the life expectancy of timing belt on a Jeep). They tried to charge me $750 to put a new timing belt on. I chose to take it elsewhere because that was too high in my opinion. Turns out it was an EGR valve that needed cleaning out and the timing belt had already been replaced by the previous owner. I spent $96 dollars verses the $750 it would have cost me had I let them do the work.
