We hired Kico for two projects in different locations. The first, a small project, was absolutely perfect. On the second some issues arose but overall was fine. All the people who work under Kico know what they're doing and their work is top quality. The issue in the second job was project management. We had lots of remodeling work and I needed several hires to get everything done quickly . Kico would tell us his team could do a project but then it didn't get done, leaving me to find another way to do it. Kico needs a task manager app to stay organized! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good countertop installation at a reasonable cost. Both Alex and Kico are so easy to deal with. They gave me a good and firm quote, came by for a measurement, picked up my quartz slabs from a supplier, fabricated in their shop and came back a few days later to install it. They showed at promised time and did a nice and professional job with a lot of attention to details. Kico spent a lot of time to ensure that the strip on my window sill is properly installed to avoid water from the sink getting into the window. After the job was done, they cleaned up and even hosed down my back yard since there was some dust from cutting the back splash. We wanted to get new countertops. Their Sales guy ( Alex) came with us to MSI to choose a countertop. We discussed the next steps and he said they will do everything including demo, install and plumbing. He said he will come the day of the demo. Demo day instead of the promised 7:30 am no one shows up till 2pm after repeated calls and that too only demo guy. They finish the demo and ask us to pay for demo and stone instead of the previously agree stone cost only. We paid and asked for an invoice. The owner Keiko said we need new plywood and we agreed. They show up 3 days later arnd 2pm. The guys came and started installing quartz countertop. No new plywood. We asked to the owner Keiko who yelled and insulted us saying we don't need plywood( something he said we do 3 days ago ) and he won't do plumbing( something they said they would before starting ) . He held us hostage to pay before job was completed and left and unfinished Job with the materials we had paid for. After negotiations they returned Monday. Full 1 week after demo. We had to get our own plumber to get plumbing. All this in a pandemic with a toddler. I would not wish such a bad experience even on my worst enemy. The owner is rude and hothead and doesn't know how to talk to customers. If zero stars were an option I would do that read more

This was a horrible experience from start to finish. I found this company on Yelp due to the reviews and the fact that they are licensed. He gave me a quote online for installation of a quartz slab & since then it went downhill. When he came to do measurements off of my Restoration Hardware vanity he said he'd be able to get it done that Saturday. I said ok & gave him the receipt to pick up our slab. I call Saturday, no response. I called Sunday, no response. I called Monday and still no response. Fed up, I called the office phone, and they had no idea who I was but will find out and call me back in 10 mins. 3+ hours later after no response ,I called back and they finally tell me yeah yeah we'll be there Wednesday morning since they still haven't picked up the slab yet. I ask them what time, and they told me 9-10a. When no one showed up, I called Alex again and surprise, no response. I called the office line and they said they had me on the books but no one wrote down the time. What?!? He then said 3-4p n don't worry we'll get it done today. Surprise at 5 I get a call, wont be installing today. Someone will be out at 8a Thurs instead. Thursday rolls by and no one. I call AGAIN. Finally his workers show up at 11a. He installs it and as soon as he leaves I noticed 2 dents AND a whole glob of glue stuck to my vanity which they tried covering up by putting my faucet box on top of it. This is a $2000+ vanity! They did try fixing it, but what they promised was an easy fix, after his worker spent 3+ hrs trying to get the glue off, told me Alex will be by to fix it.
