The biggest and best Chase Sapphire lounge yet! For me, at least, this lounge is STUNNING- and has ample variety of seating options. Love the made to order menu and being able to customize. Food comes out in about ten minutes. Drinks were well crafted; even the NA mocktails were delicious. Love all the nods to local Philly- sports, beer garden, Ben Franklin. The amenities are the game changer. Showers were really spacious and soooooo luxurious. The rest pod was a peaceful break from the airport noise. And my absolute favorite- the free facial! You have to sign up via QR code for any amenities, which you can only access once you're in the lounge. So pro tip- soon as you sit down, check the amenity schedule first- even before cocktail or food. read more

This lounge is very specious and had a decent variety of food options. My phone did not work to order things so I had to use a tablet; unfortunately the tablet was removed from my table and I wasn't able to place orders for additional items. I do wish the bartenders had more authority to stop serving patrons. There was an absolutely obnoxious man and woman two tables down from me who were reading every text message that they received out loud and then laughing uproariously. They had at least three glasses each on their table and got two more while I was there. They ordered a massive amount of food, didn't eat it, and then shifted two tables down and ordered more food. When the servers came by to clear their initial table, the couple laughed and said Oh yeah - the people who were here didn't like that that much. So not so much a commentary on the lounge itself, which is very nice and probably one of the better lounges that I have been in, but to the quality of some of the patrons that you might encounter, should you choose to spend some time here. read more

I've been to this lounge like 3 times in the past year. I must say the made-to-order menu is extremely unique and nice because the AMEX Centurion Lounge is just a little buffet. The lounge does get busy around peak hours but the food is amazing. I remember in the spring where the rotation menu at the buffet area was meatballs with pesto sauce which sounds lovely, but ITS SO DAMN GOOD! Now the waiters/staff are extremely patient, busy, professional, and respectful. They would come around and ask you politely if they could clear your table. Additionally, seats are extremely comfortable, there isn't enough seating when busy but it's still a great lounge. I will state why I gave it 4 stars, unfortunately the credit card to get in called "Chase Sapphire Reserve" they kept raising the rates from $800 to $1100 in a one year time span. Unfortunately, I'm canceling my card unless they give some large discount or a huge amount of points to make up for it. read more

I had a 7 hour layover in Philly due to weather, and was itching to get into the lounge. FYI I tried to get in earlier, but was told (which I totally understand) that you can only utilize the lounge three hours or less prior to your flight. So I hung out in the airport and set an alarm a few minutes before three hours so I could score a spot. This lounge is located between terminals D and E. If you blink you may miss it. There are sliding glass doors to get in. You can either take the elevator or you can take the stairs: fyi, the elevator takes a while, so if you can carry your carryon( take the stairs. When I arrived I was greeted by Shawn. He promptly checked me in and gave me a rundown of what the lounge included.: food was to the left (buffet), bar was in the middle, and then quiet areas were to the left. If you sit at tables or the quiet area there are QR codes on the table where you can order food and beverages and someone will bring you your order. I scored a nice booth seat in a the quiet area. The booth was equipped with an outlet. I got my work station setup to maximize my three hours here. I also ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a lemon drop: Everything came out in 15 minutes. I was it expecting much when it came to the burger, but it was surprisingly good: it wasn't overcooked( the bun was fresh, and the cheese was velvety. The fries were ok, not super crisp. The lemon drop was good and I was able to get Tito's in it. There is also a play area for kids. They also have a kids menu. I also ordered a GF brownie, which was prepackaged, but was good. This lounge (especially the bar area) was really nice: The bathrooms were clean and they also had it stocked with feminine care items, toothbrush kits, and shaving kit. Mind blown! This has to be hands down the best lounge i have been to. Its extremely fancy with good decor,ample seating and huge modern bathrooms. They have a nice bar and a scannable menu you order food from. Theres feshly prepared food and my favorite was their burgers, fries and pretzels. They have a small beer garden section with drafts. Theres also a ready salad station which is not run of the mill-eatermelon feta salad,eggplant tahini, roasted cauliflower,caprese etc. Sodas on tap and canned drinks too. The p ly thing lacking was the dessert section too the biscottis they had were amazing. Service can be a bit slow because its crowded. We visited twice on our trip. Yes, I am giving an airport lounge 5 Yelp stars. Much deserved! This lounge makes the AMEX Centurion Lounge look like a joke. First of all, it's huge. Large bar, several comfortable seating areas, a game room, a spa, and all bathrooms are either private rooms, or the stall doors and walls go right down to the floor. It would be George Costanza approved! You can visit the buffet or order from your seat using a QR code. Everything was incredibly delicious! A gorgeous Chase lounge! This was my first time flying in/out of Philly so I was super stoked to be able to visit the Chase lounge on my flight home. When you first enter, you're greeted by a rather large front desk with many smiling faces. They are all more than happy to greet you and explain all of the amenities that they have available. Right behind check-in, they have their main dining area and bar. I love the decor and the amount of seating that is available. If you go to the right after check in, you'll find the buffet area. They have a drink station (coffee, tea, canned drinks, water) and they have their grab and go buffet station. I appreciate that everything was pre-portioned onto plates so that I did not have to worry about people sharing serving utensils. If you go to the left after check in, you'll find multiple seating areas with different themes. One is geared towards children/families, one is more of a meeting/quiet room, and then there's another casual seating area with booths. This lounge also has a wellness station that has complimentary facials! Sadly, I did not get to book a time to get a facial but maybe next time! read more

The inside of this lounge is pretty spacious with a bar area, multiple lounges, hot food area, two coffee/drink stations, and a place to get facials done and take showers. There is also a gaming/arcade area and a separate bar just for draft beers. The food and drink ordered via QR code took a while (we eventually said something and they did a good job prioritizing our food and communicating that it was coming out) but we were happy with the quality of our food and drinks as well as the portion sizes. I'm glad this lounge is open and located on the opposite side from the Amex Lounge near Terminal A. It's conveniently situated right past security in Terminal D, so there's no long walk to find it. However you do have to take the elevator upstairs to reach it. The space is very large and thoughtfully designed, with wide hallways, game rooms, and several separate chambers for different uses. They offer both ready to eat options and made to order food. It appears they partner with the Middle Child Clubhouse, I was intrigued with the pretzel and the impossible burger, but didn't have time to order this time. Located right past TSA at the terminal D/E connector. My flight was out of terminal A. I dropped my checked luggage at the proper spot in terminal A and then had my ride drive me down to Terminal D/E. I went thru pre check down there. Worked out great! After I visited the lounge, I had to walk to terminal A.. there were 4 or 5 moving walkways but two were out of service. Took me 15 minutes to briskly walk to gate A21 from the lounge. I arrived at the lounge around 6:45 am and there was no line. They scanned my priority pass app (have as part of my chase sapphire reserve benefits) and my boarding pass. The lounge was beautiful. Front desk staff was friendly. Explained all their offerings. Facials weren't available until 8 am. I chose some ready made items for breakfast and then also ordered a cinnamon bun and an alcoholic drink via the QR code and my phone. Food took abt 10 minutes to arrive and drink took abt 12 minutes to arrive. As others have commented... it's best to just walk up to the bar and order yourself for faster service. The ready made items were not very good. The French toast bite was a little raw. The bananas foster waffle was cold and mushy. The cinnamon roll was great but very sweet. The drink...which was an option w white rum and pineapple juice was very strong and I did t drink it. Bathrooms were very nice and spacious. In the bathrooms they had makeup wipes, tampons/pads, lotion and hand sanitizer. I was very happy to have been able to use the lounge and have the experience! read more

Entering the lounge is so seamless. Just show your Reserve card and boarding pass to the front desk people. Once they scan them you are able to enjoy this great lounge. This is one in the newer and bigger ones in the Chase lounge network. It very clean and well maintained. Was there around 11:30am, so the lunch options were available. Got the fried chicken, carrot fries and s'mores cake from the buffet. They all were fine, the s'mores one was surprisingly light and sweet. From the online menu ordered the sapphire chicken sandwiches and a noddles dish. Chicken sandwiches were good and they come with a side of fries which are fine. What's the best thing about waiting for a delayed flight at PHL airport? The Chase Sapphire Reserve Lounge. I could pretty much live here with the sleeping pods, facials, speciality cocktails, made to order food, and more. There's a buffet on the far right of the lounge where you can grab a couple dishes and sweets, but you can also order food from a QR code on any table, which is brought out to you. I was able to try Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Soft Pretzel, Philly Cheesesteak Sliders, Okonomiyaki Tots, Tomato Pie, and Sapphire Burger. Oh my, the Philly cheesesteaks were so delicious and I loved that you got two different mini versions. When in Philly, this is a must! The Brussel sprouts are also the perfect pair for a healthy crunch while the unique fusion of the tots were to die for. I was truly blown away by the food. I also had some cocktails but those were just ok to me. Our 4 hours here flew by getting to be wined and dined. With the increase of the Chase Sapphire Reserve card, these lounges almost make the hefty price worth it. Plus, I have to give it up to the staff here. They are some of the friendliest people. I've visited the Chase Sapphire Lounge at PHL five times so far this year and it has been consistently excellent. The food and drink selection is always impressive, and the space never feels crowded even during busy times since the lounge can hold nearly 700 people. It's honestly the best airport lounge I've ever been to. We've actually started booking flights out of Philly instead of Newark just so we can use this lounge. Our kids have food allergies and the staff is always incredibly accommodating, which makes a huge difference for us. They even encourage guests to take a few snacks or drinks for the plane. Philly's sapphire lounge has everything! I came here once for breakfast and again for dinner and the service/food/drinks were on point. The check-in itself was quick and easy and the lounge is enormous. There's plenty of seating, tables, charging outlets, and food/drink options. This lounge is so big that they even have a second drink/cafe section opposite from the main buffet area. What sets this lounge apart is that they have a pretty big arcade with several gaming options. The room also has several televisions to cover all your sport needs. I only wish they added a Philly cheesesteak to the menu! Since Philly's terminals are all connected after security, it makes it easy to get to especially with the moving walkways. There is plenty of seating and some areas have TVs and arcade style video games making this a very family friendly area. The made to order food was mostly American fare with a solid menu to pick from. If you're tired or need a shower, there's a quiet area where you can relax and even get a free facial! Caution about the facial, make sure you have probably at minimum 2 hours prior to your flight as the list can get long. Lastly, there are multiple bars but the main bar area was pretty impressive. They have a pretty full bar selection to pick your drink from to include local spirits and beers to have to make for a unique experience. Not only can you select a cocktail from their menu, you can also have them craft a custom drink for you which I thought was a nice touch. The bar area had a lot of open seating and the low lighting makes the experience feel very chic. The space is huge, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the runway. Awesome lounge! As an amex card holder, I'm usually b-lining for the centurion lounge whenever possible. However, for my most recent trip through the phili airport, this lounge was much closer. Also, priority pass holders get to visit a Chase lounge once a year- so, I popped in here during my short layover. Ordering via QR code was easy, and I got a lovely asian noodle dish and a Queen Bee cocktail (yum!). There were grab and go buffet options as well, so I had some soup and squash salad. I was so happy with how fresh and healthy the options are. Not to mention they had izzie sparkling drinks in the cooler. My layover was short, so I didn't have time to try all the amenities. However, the arcade room looked like a blast. Also, the free facial treatments would have definitely been something I tried if I had more time. I think the biggest draw to this lounge is that it is spacious and there are a lot of different areas. The space was huge and I had no problem finding a spot to sit. It's also easy to get walk-up bar service, find a quiet area, or eat lots of nice foods. Completely a full-service area. If I wasn't already satisfied with Amex, I'd be tempted to try the credit card associated with this lounge. Those Jennifer Gardner commercials are getting annoying though. There are several amenities in addition to the usual food and beverage, including a spa area, arcade games, shuffleboard, kids area, and relaxing cubes. They have a full service bar, a beer garden, a game room, quiet space to work, a buffet, and food you can order to the table. If you aren't sold yet, you can also book a shower or a facial. I booked a shower after a trans-atlantic flight and never felt so nice. There was a dyson hair dryer in there!! The food and drinks were solid. I got a burger delivered to my table and a couple Aperol Spritzs, all of which I could order (no additional cost) through my phone. I also got to try their sweet potato fries with pesto sauce and their beef stroganoff pasta as well. They also had tomato bisque too. . For the coffee they use the local brand Roastery which is called elixir. I love the idea that they use local brand coffee which is really creative and a great way to try out the local coffee beans. . They also have amenities like free facial which is 15 minutes and as well sleeping pods and shower rooms as well. . A lot of people have amazing amenities and food and I can't wait to find out more often in Philadelphia Airport. If you have a Chase Sapphire card is worth coming here or paying for the small fee. Note: You have to order from the beer garden to get the made to order food specific to that area. The other area by the bar has made to order food from Middle Child. In addition to the beer garden, the lounge features an arcade room, sleep pods, and a spa. One of my favorite features of the lounge was the on tap cold brew. That's what dreams are made of!
