    Complimentary margarita
    Priti P.

Early dinner at Flecha in HB. Parking can get tough but we were greeted by a complimentary Margarita by the hostess. Ambiance is rustic modern. Service by Jaylin, was on great. Served with chips and salsa, always nice to he ave while waiting for appetizers. Drinks: The mango passion fruit martini was a miss. Texture was more like a smoothie, tasting lacking. Replaced this with Rum elderflower cocktail, perfect and hot the spot. Food: enchilada mole with tofu chorizo was okay, dry. With separate small plate of beans and rice. Expected more for the price. Might return to try the other dishes.

    Heat Wings- Good !

We were back at this place which used to be PUESTO 4 years ago. The interiors are still the same - No chance in ambience whatsoever. People working here are still awesome ! Great Service ! Food also was on the mark. We got the Heat Wings , which were good and also their sampler appetizer. The appetizer was really heavy - huge portion ! The Margarita drink was solid ! We wanted to order more stuff but were so full with the appetizer that we couldn't build appetite to order more food. Next time, we will jump straight to the main deal and skip appetizers. Overall - Very good experience !

Upon entering, I was rocked by the huge bar at the entrance to the restaurant and was greeted with a margarita that was perfect on this warm and humid day. If I was here for a drink, I think i could sip about seven of these margaritas just to set the stage for a wonderful dinner. The restaurant is gorgeous with plants flowing from the ceiling like a tropical rain forrest. The food is relatively inexpensive for such nice ambiance with lunch specials and brunch menus available during the morning and mid-day. The menu has all the favorite Mexican/Spanish cuisines and really fills you up. But wait, there is dessert that follows, which can include flan or loaded churros to round out the experience. I would try the Newport Beach location next, which is located on PCH.

Came here for Sunday brunch. Large party so we got seated in the open air area, which was not the vibe in this heat or humidity (not the restaurant's fault) Buffet had a large offering of Mexican items like chilaquiles, enchiladas, pan dulce, birria, chile verde, and juevos rancheros, along with more traditional American stuff like bacon, sausage, eggs beni, and waffles. There are a couple of stations where staff will make fresh omelettes and tacos, along with pancakes, concha ice cream sandwiches, and cotton candy, of all things. Overall, the food was not bad. Most everything tasted good and staff was definitely on top of replenishing. The stewed meats were on the fattier side, which is how it should be. The good thing is there is a lot of variety here so even pickier eaters should have no problem. It's decent. Nothing blew me out of the water but I also can't say I didn't enjoy. The price was also not bad compared to how much you pay to eat out nowadays. Service was the best part of our meal. We had Brandon and some other gal (name is slipping my mind) - maybe Michelle? They were both fantastic. Empty plates were cleared quickly, drinks were always full, and (Michelle) even took the time to walk me to the dessert section. Ambiance is cool. Very modern, open, and airy. Parking sucks at Bella Terra so I'd just use the structure. Plenty of spots there. Good spot for Sunday brunch, especially if you've got a large group

Review is for happy hour. Great deal. 6 dollar tequila shots. Birria quesadilla was solid. Not salty. Good to share. Very good Carne asada fries. Asked for extra crispy fries. Good happy hour dish at a great price. Fun spot. Good vibes. Great service. Great happy hour spot that ends at 7.

Came back to Flecha Cantina after bringing some guests here last time and having such a good experience. This is Mark Wahlberg's Mexican restaurant, and I really like the modern vibe. They even greet you with a complimentary mocktail when you walk in, which is a nice touch. Right now they have a $20 lunch special that comes with unlimited drink refills, chips, an entrée, and dessert. Such a good deal, especially for this area. I'm pretty predictable here and always get the Burrito Bowl with salmon. For dessert, I switch between the flan and churros with ice cream, and both are really good. Good food, nice atmosphere, and a great lunch deal. This one has officially made it onto my regular rotation! Flecha Cantina 7821 Edinger Ave #110, Huntington Beach, CA 92647

Food was pretty good and service was great!. We enjoyed our evening. Giving it a try. So far the salsa and chips are delicious. Happy hour is inside only, keep that in mind. Blake is our server tonight.

Ordered a mojito and can't remember what he ordered lol but we stopped in after dinner elsewhere at Bella Terra and sat at the bar on a chill Saturday night. Marky Mark owns this place, and the decor around the bar area is well done. Drinks were good. I'd like to come back sometime to check out their food. Bartender was great on service - recommend :)

I visited fletcha for dinner as they were one of the participating restaurants in the inkind network. The restaurant itself is beautiful. As we walked in we were greeted by a hostess and offered complementary margaritas in small flutes. We ordered flavored margaritas to start which were delicious. The house chips and salsas were also very flavorful. Unfortunately, the food that we ordered was just ok. We ordered the enchiladas and a tablita. I would give the food 3 stars. The food wasn't bad but it also wasn't anything special or unique, it was just ok. Overall I probably return for happy hour since the margaritas were delicious. However, I will probably not be returning for dinner.

Met up with my friend Dough for dinner here on June 18th. He had been before and said their happy hour was really good. We arrived and checked-in at the front and were told there was a little bit of a wait which we didn't mind, then the hostess asked if we would like a complimentary margarita while we wait and I said yes-please! She grabbed a carafe that was sitting on ice in front of the register and proceeded to pour our margaritas in a champagne flute. The margaritas were delicious and shortly after we were seated. Our server was this really nice Asian girl/lady. I wish I got her name, because she was so on top of it. Immediately she asked if it was our first time and I said it was mine. She suggested a few of the things she likes that were on the menu and I found that super helpful and went with the birria quesitacos and the house margarita that I had when I walked in. We were there to catch up on 3 weeks worth of stuff and our server read the room and was so polite when checking in on us. The food was great and the tortillas were what really stood out to me. I hadn't had tortillas this good since dining at Pour Vida. I ate one taco and some beans and then for dessert I had the Churros Royale and they were everything you would want in a churro dessert. I would come back here again and try to make it to their happy hour. We arrived just as it was ending around 7 pm. Our server really made our experience excellent and the complimentary margarita while we were waiting was an nice touch. I love when I go somewhere and they have complimentary drinks in a champagne flute ready to go. I experienced this while on vacation recently at a few places and this is the first time I've gone to a restaurant in California that does this. The experience here is top notch.

Initially we were waiting for Cheesecake Factory, but it took so long so we walked across to check this spot out. It had good music bumping and a lively atmosphere visible from the outside so we felt intrigued. I was a little hesitant just because most of these upscale Mexican restaurants end up looking amazing but taste so mediocre and charge a ridiculous price. We walked right in and were able to be seated. They offered a complimentary margarita upon arrival and that flavor was peach. It was a nice touch and super smooth! Our server was energetic, polite, and helpful as it was our first time. We started off with some drinks and she brought chips + salsa over. We weren't that hungry so we skipped the appetizers. We ordered the chipotle crema enchiladas with asada (comes with side of rice and beans) and the birria plate. I will say that towards the middle and end of our visit, the service definitely slowed down and wasn't as attentive. It took a bit of time to flag her down to get the check and close out. However, the food and ambiance coupled with the service in the beginning definitely made up for it. The 100% blanco used in my cocktail was extremely pleasant and smooth. I want to go buy a bottle from total wine lol. We would definitely come back to try the brunch and maybe the tequila flight of blanco, reposado, and anejo! Their dessert options looked so good as well, but we were STUFFED! The amount of food you get is food for the price point. The flavors were insane and the meat was cooked to perfection.

Stopped by for Taco Tuesday with my sister and we were greeted with a complimentary small fruity cocktail served in a champagne glass, which was a very nice surprise. Service: Friendly and attentive. Food: I ordered the 3 street carne asada tacos with a margarita for $15. The meat was very moist and flavorful, though the avocado salsa offered with the tacos was lackluster. The tacos were smaller than traditional street tacos, they looked more like tapas. The chips and salsa were good. Chips were crisp and fresh. The salsa was a little too salty for me, but my sister liked it. The machine for a blended margarita was "broken," so we settled for a mixed watermelon margarita, which was delicious. Ambiance: Flecha's interior delivers a lush vibe packed with cascading greenery, warm hanging lights, wooden tables, and a gold sunburst chandelier. Good background music played during our meal and the place was clean and comfortable.

The windows that open to the outside were closed because it's super hot in SoCal, but inside, the high ceilings and dark, moody atmosphere made us feel like we had escaped somewhere else. The cucumber appetizer was delicious, with what tasted like a sauce made from freshly squeezed, all-natural fruit. The spicy dumplings were also excellent--the sauce was incredible! But the star of our lunch was the fried rice with crab meat. I have never had fried rice this good anywhere! Definitely recommend it to anyone who loves fried rice and crab. Excellent service, too. I loved the high ceiling, the dark green chopsticks, and those thick paper napkins--little details that made the whole lunch feel special. A fancy lunch with Tony, and a little escape from Southern California for a few hours.

We've been here a few times before and always thought it was decent. So, we made the last minute reservation online and got here 15 minutes early. When we arrived, there was a short line, but per the reservation instructions, one of my friends went in to check in while we waited outside. Friend: Hi, I'm checking in for a reservation. Bartender: What time is your reservation. Friend: 10 Bartender: What time is it now? Friend: 9:45 Bartender: Then I'll see you at 10pm. Friend came back annoyed and explained what happened. The bartender didn't say it in a joking way, but with attitude and annoyance. Most staff would respond "Thank you for checking in, we will let you know when your table is available." We weren't going to let this ruin our night, so we waited and were seated by the hostess. The bar itself is dimly lit and very tight. The music was loud enough that we had to almost yell to hear each other. The waiter came by soon after and was extremely friendly. We said we'd been here a few times before, but it's been a while. He refreshes our memory by saying they specialize making variations of classics. They want customers to focus on the flavors and that's why the menu doesn't list the spirit in their drinks. Also, they only make drinks on the menu because their drinks are prebatched/premade. We ask for recommendations which he was happy to give. We each order a drink and a snack for the table. As we're talking (very loudly so we can hear each other), we lose track of time before we realize that it's been 20 minutes and we haven't gotten our drinks yet. For something that's prebatched, it shouldn't take long. Before we can flag down the waiter, he comes by and apologizes that they lost our order and had to put it back in. We appreciate the honesty and say it's no problem. 5 minutes later, our drinks and food arrives. He again apologizes for the wait and has a second order of our food that he's including for free. Honestly we were ok with just the apology, but extra food too? Hell yea. Sounds like it was turning around. The drinks were okay. Not amazing, but definitely above average 3.8 / 5. The snack, bread and butter, were surprisingly good. 4.5 / 5 When we asked for the check, the waiter brought the credit card reader and told us we can swipe our card any time and left it on our table. We look at the bill and realize the waiter not only gave us the 2nd snack for free, but comp'd 2 of the drinks also. We all agree this waiter is GREAT. So why the 2 stars? Well first let me say, I would leave it at 1 star, but the waiter definitely earned them another. We wanted to pay cash, so we waited for him to come back. Instead, the original rude bartender comes by and realizes we haven't paid yet. We ask if we can pay with cash. He explains that they don't accept cash. Friend: Are you sure? *Proceeds to try to insert cash into the chip reader slot* Bartender: You're pretty stupid, aren't you? Friend: Maybe if I swipe it instead *Doubles down and proceeds to swipe the cash through the magnetic strip reader* Bartender: Wow, you really are stupid. My friend is a 100% a goofball and having fun with the bartender. It was OBVIOUS that he was joking. Was it funny? A little. Was it stupid? 100%. But for the bartender or ANY customer service staff to call a paying customer "stupid", that's simply unacceptable. We're all pretty pissed at this point and simply swipe the card and the bartender leaves. As I said earlier, we've come here a few times. We don't live especially close, but when we're in the area, we would always consider coming here. Now, there's no chance. For any business, even if your drinks and food are great, customer service can easily DESTROY your experience and that's exactly what the bartender did. Note to the male bartender with no hair: You really shouldn't be interacting with customers. You were rude from the start and have no sense of humor. Could you be having a bad day? Sure, but that's not an excuse to be rude to customers. I know management saw my original post because it was removed, probably because I referred to the bartender by his hairstyle (or lack thereof) multiple times. If they rather remove my post than deal with their bartender, that's another sign to avoid this place.

We wanted to take some pictures but it's quite dark inside and the flash would definitely light up the whole interior. Would definitely consider coming back here the next time I'm in the area!

When I said "Bar" and "Santa Ana" in the Yelp search - of course it said "Club 616" in the first…read morespot - OF COURSE IT SAID 616!!! I was lucky enough to stumble across this gem of the center of OC when they first opened - and I am proud to be a regular here. I don't know how to go somewhere else - because I feel like the staff are giant gems in this jewel of a spot. Winters is a curator of boozy information that has helped me learn about "gin" and "root beer whiskey" so I can sound like an adult-ish purveyor, when really I know close to nothing except being a willing student to his creations. Dan the Man and Jacob always see me raise my hand in the corner of the bar, like the student I am, and have been willing to fill in the blanks for me when I know I am of thirst, but do not have the words for what to order. Every person working in the well has treated me with kindness - they have taken the time to get to know me, and I will be forever appreciative of how they have taken care of me over the years. But the real joy has been the transformation that this spot has for building a community of people in Santa Ana for real recognizing real. I have been bringing my Dad with me to play pool for the past few years. Sometimes people ask me if he plays professionally, I am terrible, and my skill incline is slow, he is patient and plays with the same level craftiness that the staff offer the cocktails. My Dad is always stoked when we have time to go have a few hours of games at 616 - especially now that there are regulars on 4th street that are excited to see that he is there playing - and they rush to write their names on the chalkboard to challenge him - or beat him in a game they really earned the W. On lazy Sundays, I watch couples sit with their drink, listening to Jazz, and watching my Dad whoop my ass while making amazing shots. I am forever grateful to Memo who sometimes takes a break from his shift behind the bar to give my dad an actual challenge - which allows me the chance to watch my Dad enjoy fellowship around the table. Knowing the table was a relic of the bars former self, and knowing the history that this spot has in Santa Ana is a reminder that so much around us can change - but it is those moments of the crack of the rack, the cheer of getting the combo shot, and the shake of hands when it's over that shows that it's not just about the pool table - but about the energy of a place that is welcoming and curated by people who care about what they do - and care about who comes through their doors. Thank you Jason and Mike B to bringing this to 4th St and supporting the community that was already here - and for building a community for the future. Thank you to Christina and Brandon for always having amazing pictures, decor, and fun events at 616 that help introduce new folks into this great spot. Time is short. Learn about Root Beer Whiskey. Write your name on the Chalk Board. No one lives forever.

I love the vibe here. It's about the energy and atmosphere for sure. The drat beer selection is solid and the cocktails are well crafted. Highly recommend this spot. One of my favorite it's Downtown Stabba Ana
