As we walked in we were greeted by a hostess and offered complementary margaritas in small flutes. We ordered flavored margaritas to start which were delicious. The house chips and salsas were also very flavorful. Unfortunately, the food that we ordered was just ok. We ordered the enchiladas and a tablita. I would give the food 3 stars. Initially we were waiting for Cheesecake Factory, but it took so long so we walked across to check this spot out. It had good music bumping and a lively atmosphere visible from the outside so we felt intrigued. I was a little hesitant just because most of these upscale Mexican restaurants end up looking amazing but taste so mediocre and charge a ridiculous price. We walked right in and were able to be seated. They offered a complimentary margarita upon arrival and that flavor was peach. It was a nice touch and super smooth! Came here last night for the first time and it did not disappoint! Be aware it's in a very busy shopping center and parking was tough even on a Tuesday night so plan accordingly. Upon arrival we were offered complimentary glasses of their peach margarita which was a nice touch. Very aesthetic and cool vibe. We were sat immediately and greeted by our server quickly. They have a great menu with a good amount of options and even a special summer menu. We got the tableside guac to start which was very good and then I got the Cadillac taco and beer battered taco for my entree. Met up with my friend Dough for dinner here on June 18th. He had been before and said their happy hour was really good. We arrived and checked-in at the front and were told there was a little bit of a wait which we didn't mind, then the hostess asked if we would like a complimentary margarita while we wait and I said yes-please! She grabbed a carafe that was sitting on ice in front of the register and proceeded to pour our margaritas in a champagne flute. The margaritas were delicious and shortly after we were seated. Our server was this really nice Asian girl/lady. I wish I got her name, because she was so on top of it. Immediately she asked if it was our first time and I said it was mine. She suggested a few of the things she likes that were on the menu and I found that super helpful and went with the birria quesitacos and the house margarita that I had when I walked in. We were there to catch up on 3 weeks worth of stuff and our server read the room and was so polite when checking in on us. The food was great and the tortillas were what really stood out to me. I hadn't had tortillas this good since dining at Pour Vida. I ate one taco and some beans and then for dessert I had the Churros Royale and they were everything you would want in a churro dessert. I would come back here again and try to make it to their happy hour. We arrived just as it was ending around 7 pm. Our server really made our experience excellent and the complimentary margarita while we were waiting was an nice touch. I love when I go somewhere and they have complimentary drinks in a champagne flute ready to go. I was expecting to have a great Saturday night experience, but it ended up being just okay. The hosts welcomed us with a peach margarita, which had a very good flavor and was a nice touch. We sat at the bar, and all bartenders were super friendly and attentive. However, one bartender took a very long time to take our drink order. When I asked about my margarita, he said there were not enough glasses available to serve it, which seemed like a strange explanation. Later, when we ordered a second round, he again told us we would have to wait for glasses to become available. We didn't mind waiting, but the service was noticeably slow. Fortunately, another bartender noticed the delay and kindly stepped in to bring us our drinks. There were also a few mistakes with our food. That said, the place itself is beautiful, lively, and very popular. The food was good, and we appreciated the complimentary chips and salsa when we arrived. Despite the service issues, we came back a week later on a happy hour at the bar and sadly again the service was super slow, bar tenders are super nice but they need more people working in the bar. It took them almost 10 min to take out order and the people next to us said it was a slow service for them. Have been here a few times. Had a great day experience in the outside patio area. Did a brunch with my mother once it was amazing. Although came here at night and the service was horrendous to us people-of-color. Our server completely ignored us, continued to pass by and say she'd be back, and left to talk to other tables. We ended up only getting 1 bottled beer and guacamole that took a 1-hour wait. We had to find a random near-by server to check out and they grabbed the manager for us, received no compassionate apology from the manager, charged full price- although a great continuous apology from another server who saw the whole service and grabbed the manager herself! My husband took me to Flecha Cantina for their Sunday brunch as part of our Mother's Day celebration. The brunch included unlimited mimosas for $50 per person, although I overheard it is normally $45 on regular Sundays. I accidentally made my reservation for Monday instead of Mother's Day Sunday at 11:00am, but the staff was very accommodating and still allowed us to be seated at the bar area. We came with our baby, so it was a little challenging since the high chair sat lower than the bar seating. They had a wide variety of food options including prime rib, ham, omelettes, tacos, quesadillas, chilaquiles, premade mole, and pozole. The tacos and quesadillas were pretty good. The prime rib was decent, although it was sliced very thinly. There was also a large dessert selection, and they even had cotton candy available which added a fun touch to the brunch experience. On a recent visit to Flecha we had excellent food but terrible service. We went on a Monday night around 7pm and the place had a small crowd but plenty of open tables and plenty of staff working. Initially things looked promising service side but quickly got bad. The server failed to be attentive to anything we had ordered. Our initial drink orders still hadn't arrived by the time main entrees were being served. On top of that half our table got their meals while the other half had to wait an additional ten minutes for their food. This definitely falls on the sever for not paying attention to her tables especially when the food runners are bringing out the meal. Once they noticed the error they definitely started trying to correct which is why I'm giving four stars instead of three. The food was also amazing which is the other reason for our higher rating. We will be back to give them another chance. Hopefully this was just a one off with the one particular server we had. read more

It's not the food an abuelita would cook in a little hole-in-the-wall. It's what you'd expect at a Mexican resort. It's gringo for sure- the heat level never exceeds one on a scale of ten. We went with a large group and there were serval large groups there that night. This is something they are very prepared for. The front of house really are excellent here. My last review I said I only rated them 3 stars bc the HH at the time was not spectacular, I wanted to update my review after I went to their Sunday brunch bc I so much wanted to give them a 5 stars review. I did go to Sunday brunch in 2024 right after we voted and needed to celebrate but I had forgotten completely till today, we had a glorious time at the Sunday brunch extravaganza so I decided to rate it here instead of Google review that would reach billions diners. The 1st time we came here, I was beyond thrilled, I thought I was at a banquet for the emperor of China or Thailand. Right at the door, we were greeted with a mimosa and got a table in 10 minutes. The patio was unlike any other, all the tables were like booths, very comfortable cushioned seats not garden chairs like most patios. The buffet was endless, there was a long table and on both sides were enchiladas, birria, chile Colorado, BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken, chicken in wine, refried beans, friend rice, there were 3 more stations, salad bar, huevos rancheros station and salsa bar. That was not all as the buffet was in the patio, inside the restaurant were 2 stations, a cotton candy maker and a long table w delicacies such as cakes, fruits, churros, chocolate and oatmeal cookies. They were all so good, you just don't know what to start, well I started w pozole and menudo bc these 2 specialties were not offered anywhere else, not only that, the pig feet were cooked to perfection even the pork and cartilages were so delicious, they fell off the bone. I also loved their birria, it was again cooked to perfection, I was in Cabo in the most expensive all inclusive hotel on the beach and their menudo was full of chewy meats. The chicken cooked in some sort of wine was so delicious, they did not have a name so idk what it was. The only thing I missed was carne asada, they used to have a taco stand, maybe I did not see it, I had an amazing huevos rancheros, it was so yummy bc they tilted it so the flmae was licking the eggs giving it a flambé taste to the omelet. All in all it was worth more than $49, it was reasonably priced. The last time I had cotton candy was in Coney Island, it brought back memories of Coney and Jersey shore, I felt like a kid again watching the dude spinning the candy, I'll upload a video clip later. This definitely the cantina to be in for the best Mexican food ever, better than anything I had in Mexico lately. The only thing missing was the grilled carne asada but even in Mexico, this spectacular buffet would be about $60 to $70, unfortunately the margarita was expensive, $16 plus tax so I skipped it, it is still the best bargain in town, my next table diners drove here from Ventura just to come here! I'll be back not just bc of the quality food but I also admire Mark Wahlberg as an actor and a wonderful family man. read more

I can't believe I let a few years go by before trying this place. I love great Mexican cuisine with some style thrown in, and Flecha checks those boxes. We went for brunch before a movie and after devouring the chips and salsa (5 stars!), both my partner and I went with Benedicts. When in a Mexican restaurant, GET THE CHORIZO!! Perfect flavor without being too spicy, perfectly poached eggs--loved every bite. My partner had the smoked salmon and it wasn't what he was expecting--it was warm flaked salmon and didn't have any smokiness to it. Skip this in favor of other meats! Vibe comes down to preference. I loved the green and black ambience. All the little details were classy and upscale. Music was a little loud for brunch but it put me in a good mood. Others in my party weren't fans. I've been a customer here for years, and unfortunately the experience has gone downhill. On June 12 around 9 pm I brought friends in for drinks because I've always enjoyed the atmosphere and cocktails. I ordered a whiskey sour with egg white. When the drink arrived, it didn't have the usual texture or foam, so I politely asked the bartender, Frankie, if it was made with egg white. Instead of simply answering the question, he threw an eggshell onto the bar in front of me and said, "Here's your proof." At first I thought it was a joke or an accident, but he repeated it and made it clear it wasn't. The attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. When I asked what his problem was, he became confrontational and accused me of being difficult all night, which was completely false since we barely sat down . The moment I pushed back, his tone changed and he immediately started apologizing, but by then the damage had already been done. I asked to speak with a manager. After a long wait, Daisy finally came over. I explained exactly what happened, but it felt like she wasn't interested in understanding the situation. Her response was that she wasn't there to witness it. Meanwhile, the eggshells were still sitting on the bar where Frankie had thrown them. The issue wasn't the drink. Mistakes happen. The issue was the complete lack of professionalism, respect, and accountability from both the bartender and management. I've recommended this place to friends, family, clients, and visitors for years. That ends today. I will not be returning, and I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone. In fact, I'll be sharing this experience with everyone I know so they can decide for themselves whether this is the type of place they want to support. Customers deserve basic respect. You're greeted with a welcome margarita sample which is really nice and sets the tone for a good time. Service was slow (our server apologized several times for this) but we weren't in a hurry. The drinks were tasty! The food was ok, although it did have nice presentation. I'm knocking off 1 star because of the food. The soup was delicious and the salsa that came with the chips was great. An out door sitting bar area, as well as indoor seating for many in your party. We however celebrated a really cool milestone there. We met over 23 years ago and celebrated our 23yr of meeting for the first time. The service, quiet, non invasive, helpful when needed. Our server was well versed with the menu and what was great. ( love the tequila recommendation!!) We ordered a corn off the cob as an appetizer and it was Insanely great! The fajita for two well worth it and amazing melts in your mouth. We got the fajitas for two and it was a lot of food. The carne was better than the chicken. The onions and peppers were super flavorful and we wished there was more! The guacamole was being prepared and I noticed a bug crawling on the preparation table, which I pointed out. Our server Anabelle tried to dismiss it real quick by crushing it by a salt Shaker. None of the apps are great, it's truly just to have something to pick out while you have a drink. I also came to Father's Day brunch here on Sunday, which solidified my thoughts about this place. Our reservation was at 12:30, I checked in, and they decided to give us the worst table in the house (tucked in a corner next to a big party of 8/10 people) after I put in the reservation notes we would like the patio. We waited about 30 minutes to get seated again, which was at a decent table, but I would assume they would prioritize reservations first or understand their capacity. It was a buffet style brunch, but every time I went to go check for something that I wanted, it was almost always gone, and their replenishment was very little to no service. Met up my sister, bil, and baby nephew at Flecha's for brunch today. Waited a little while for a table. It was a nice out. Was offered a mimosa when I checked in. Once someone came out to get us we were walked to our table. We were sat inside of the restaurant but right by the door to the buffet. Server took our drinks order. My favorite buffet options were the street tacos they had chicken, al pastor, asada, and carnitas but absolute favorite were the chicken tacos. Only thing I would have liked better was if they had green salsa as an option for the tacos. Tried the pozole but did not care for it. They had an omelette station but did not get one. Saw them make chilaquiles at the taco stand but I was already pretty full. They have a chafing dish with mac and cheese and tater tots and a blue colored ice cream at the end of the dessert table. They have a chocolate fountain with marshmallows and strawberries and a cotton candy stand. A table with a variety of desserts which included flan that was pretty good and small cakes/pastries/cookies. Self serve horchata, jamaica, and lemonade, horchata was pretty good. Lots of options. It's a close race! Between Red O and Sol, Fletcha is coming in hot! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and full of good vibes. Upon arrival we were offered a sample of their watermelon cranberry margarita, which was a nice introduction. We were seated right away and offered complimentary chips and salsa which was delicious. Warm chips and fresh salsa, yum!! I ordered the beer batter tacos but requested that the fish was grilled with salad instead of rice and beans. We also tried their lobster enchiladas with a skinny margarita. The food came out quickly before our drinks and it took a bit longer for our drinks to come from the bar. Once my drink came it was wrong unfortunately so I had to send it back. They were able to remake it and it came out perfectly the second time. Besides that minor delay, we really enjoyed dining here and exploring more of our new town. We'll definitely be back to try their brunch! read more

this restaurant was opened by mark wahlberg and you can't forget it from the photos of him hung around the restaurant. in a busy, popular plaza, this restaurant is beautifully decorated inside and out. parking is free at the plaza but pretty crowded, and i'm sorry to say i was so sorely disappointed by the food. although beautifully presented, this is definitely a more caucasian-catering mexican restaurant and you can taste it in their food. Carnitas Flautas starting strong, this was the best thing we ate in this meal. the flautas were crunchy and filled with just carnitas. they tasted more like taquitos than flautas in my opinion. they were served with rice and beans. the rice was a little bland and the beans had a strong boozy, vodka taste to them which wasn't for me personally but i'm not a big drinker. i did like the little salad it was served with! Burrito Bowl w/ Carne Asada with your choice of meat, this could be a good healthy meal choice. this bowl had a good mix of ingredients but overall was pretty bland lacked seasoning. Chilaquiles w/ Achiote Tequila Chicken if you know me you know i love good chilaquiles but these ones were quite unenjoyable. every element, salsas and cheeses included, were incredibly bland. the tequila chicken was meaty and had a nice charred taste, but was also quite bland and the flavoring did not match the dish at all. overall this dish tasted unharmonious and it was hard to eat for me. Flan this flan was a decent size and actually pretty good! the texture and consistency was perfect without being too hard or too runny. it was super sweet since it's a caramel custard so i couldn't finish even half but this is a solid dessert choice. Complimentary Chips and Salsa thin chips and bland salsa Complimentary Strawberry Margarita if you're of age they will pour you these little complimentary margarita flutes which was a fun greeting! the margarita was nice and sweet without being too overwhelming and elevated the classy atmosphere of the restaurant. read more

We had a great experience at Flecha! They offered us complimentary welcome beverages upon arrival which was a great touch. We came in for happy hour and it did not disappoint! It goes longer than any other local happy hour and has some incredible offerings. The portions were great and the food was delicious. Keep it up and we will definitely be back! read more

My husband and I have been wanting to try Mark Wahlberg's Flecha since they opened, but we've not had the time to make it happen. We finally made that happened last night. My husband and I celebrated our birthday at Flecha with another couple who are our closest friends. We arrived at the restaurant first. We checked in so we could get a couple of drinks at the bar. We were greeted by the host with complimentary watermelon margaritas. It was delicious. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our margaritas along with their chips & salsa. The salsa was pretty good. While at the bar, my husband had a double woodford reserve and I had a tequila cocktail, Honey Bee. The set up at the bar was pretty neat. The bartender retrieved the liquor bottle on the shelf by lowering the shelves with a click of a switch. It's almost like we were in a Harry Potter themed bar as my friend would say. Lol! Any way that was entertaining for my husband and I because we don't normally see cool things like that haha! Our bartender was great! Very attentive. The whole restaurant had a nice vibe to it. Our friends arrived and the table was ready. They sat us at a high table. We were greeted by Gina. She was awesome! Really friendly. Since it was our first time there, she told us about the menu and her suggestions. She knew her food/stuff! She took care of us. Made sure we were good with our foods and drinks. For cocktails, I ordered the honey bee. It had tequila, honey, and lemon. It was pretty good. I ordered it twice. :D For dinner, I ordered the queso birria tacos. It came with a side of Spanish rice and refried beans. I mixed in the salsa that came with the chips into my beans and it was good. Made it spicy! The tacos alone were already good, and then I dipped it in the consomé ...made it extra tasty! My husband and friends enjoyed their food. We talked about coming for brunch! I'm always on the lookout for great happy hour spots with good drinks and tasty finger foods, and this place definitely caught my attention. I really enjoyed the Fletcha Frosty Margarita. For my second drink, I added passion fruit flavor, but it ended up being a bit too sweet for my taste. For food, we ordered the truffle fries, birria quesadillas, and chicken fajitas. The birria quesadillas were easily the highlight of the meal--flavorful and delicious. The chicken fajitas, however, were disappointing because the chicken was quite dry. That said, the restaurant itself is beautiful, spacious, and has a great atmosphere. Our waitress was very attentive and provided excellent service throughout the meal. Even though some of the food didn't quite meet expectations, I would still come back to try other items on the menu. read more
