She remained patient, calm, and professional while assisting four different customers at the same time as I worked on enlarging my font size. The final product looked great. I left the store at 2:00 p.m. and will return after 6:00 p.m. to pick up my order of 250 business cards. A year later I returned and asked the employee (Mee) at the print center for help and she told me I had to order online. I said "OK but last year when I was here somebody helped me. Can you help with me with these so I can get them today?" She repeated that I would have to go online. "OK, so I just wanna be clear-- you're not gonna help me?" She reluctantly helped me and printed a of couple flyers (which took less than five minutes) and then I ordered the rest online. I should've known better than to order more flyers, so I should probably rent myself one out of five stars as well. I placed two orders by 2 PM on a Tuesday because I needed them on Thursday so I knew they would be ready on Wednesday. They were NOT ready by Thursday. I needed some of the items on Friday so I went in to see what the holdup was. Mee was there. She could not explain why nothing was ready. I asked, "How long will it take for me to get to one flyer?" She told me 30 minutes. "30 minutes? To print ONE flyer?" "Yeah, because it evolves cutting." Really? One piece of paper that you don't have to cut at all will take 30 minutes because it involves cutting? I did not have 30 minutes to watch her print one simple piece of paper because I had to go to get ready for this event. One of my orders was ready on Saturday and the other one was ready on Monday. Apparently someone messed up the second order because even though I received a phone call that it was available, I could not find it in the order pick up area. I looked through each order three times. Then Mee couldn't find it. She didn't seem to believe me that someone called me, so I literally played the voicemail for her twice. She found it in a different area where packages are delivered. Apparently my order was shipped to another location and then someone caught the mistake and shipped it to Alameda. I would never trust them with another order again.
