I gave two stars because they were able to get in me in quickly when I wanted to be seen. However I my experience was 1 star. I was in shock when I finished my visit. I wanted a simple teeth cleaning and cavity filled, and thought that's what I was going to be going to do. They gave me an exam and X-rays and said I needed more work than a basic cleaning and cavity filled, and that my gums were in bad shape and my insurance would not cover it, and I would be paying out of pocket and that they wouldn't be able to do the work that day anyway. Waste of time! Never in my adult life and with my good insurance have I had to pay out of pocket. I went back to my old dentist and she cleaned my teeth and filled my cavity and I paid my normal co-pay. I saw how rudely Dr. Blash responded to a previous reviewer and didn't believe it was a real patient so here you go Dr. Blash- my name is Lauren Rivara and you can look up my name because I really did visit your atrocious and horrible office. read more

Had such a horrible experience with Dr. Blash. As a teenager I thought all dentists were like him: rough mean and inpatient. My mouth would be extra sore since he was not gentle at filling cavities. It was not until I started seeing other dentists that I realized he was just awful. Would never recommend him to family or friends. My younger sister had work done with him (she's 5 years old) and he yelled at her saying "shut up!" all because she was crying. Talk about compassion! Not kid-friendly. Update: It's a shame the owner can't recall these events. Must be the way be just conducts his business/practice. read more

Dr Blash did an excellent job repairing my wife's 3 front teeth after a fall on concrete. It took 2 hours to repair, but dr Blash and his staff made sure she was ok every step of the way. My wife's mouth was very sensitive to any pressure on the injured teeth, but they made sure there was enough Novocain so she didn't feel any pain read more

Had emergency. Bad tooth ache and need a dentist real bad. Found him on yelp. Called at 8.00 am very efficient lady answered the phone and took all my info for appointment at 10.30. His office manager is named Tina, no words can tell you how wonderful she is to the patients. A true "GEM" to work with. NEVER one problem in 10 years. They accept my insurance, bill directly and preschedule my cleanings, etc. Tina takes care of all of this....again, not ONE problem in ten years. The staff is so nice I wanted to keep going back to this dentist, but I really didn't like the way they handled our last visit. The last time I went the dentist (not Dr. Blash, but the lady who was filling in for him) said my 4 year old might need 2 fillings. The marks were barely visible on the Xray, and she said they might fix themselves and the decision was up to me. When I went to the front counter to leave the receptionist told me I needed to get them done, I told her the dentist said it was my choice, and she said she needed to set up an appointment. I decided it was better safe than sorry, and went ahead and set up the appointment. She said it would be a quick visit, and after what my insurance covered I would owe $100. When I took my daughter in she was pretty nervous. When we checked in I double checked with the receptionist that they were going to do the 2 fillings, and it would be $100. She told me it depended on whether or not they could get her numb, they might have to do the 2 teeth in 2 different visits. I really didn't want to have to drag my daughter back a 3rd time, so I waited to talk to the dentist about it. She said they were going to give my daughter nitrous oxide and depending on how well she handled it she would try to do both teeth in that visit. I sat right outside the room where I could still watch what was happening, and my daughter handled it really well, and maybe 10-15 minutes later the Dr. was finished and putting away the tools. I said, "Oh great, I'm so glad it went well so we wont have to come in again." and she said, "No, I only did one tooth this time, I dont like to do too much in one visit." Maybe this is normal, but my daughter was doing so well I'm sure she would much rather have sat there for 10 more minutes than have to dread another visit to the dentist. It cost $70 for the first visit and it was going to be another $70 for the next, and who knows how much they were charging my insurance for each office visit, but I decided to switch dentists. read more

Dr. Blash and his team are awesome. Dr. Blash is meticulous and wants his customers to be happy. He took the time to ensure I was happy with my veneers and bridge. I did a large overhaul of my upper teeth solely for cosmetic reasons. He was patient and listened to my concerns. It took a few times to get the veneers and bridge correct. When needed, he sent the teeth back to his Vendors to ensure they got the color and contour correct. Bottom line, they wanted to ensure I was happy. Dr. Blash was pleasant throughout the entire process at understanding my wants and the end result is superb. I highly recommend him and his team. I believe you will be very happy too! His assistant Donna is al;so very helpful and kind. Lastly, is Tina. Tina is great a scheduling the appointments and advising what my insurance will or won't cover and what my out of pocket costs will be. I am VERY happy with my smile. read more
