Amazing! Great visit today, built and baked to perfection! Super attentive and professional staff, greeted up entry and during meal. Restaurant was super clean and the pizza was BOMB!

Every time I come into the store, they have fast friendly service. The food is very good here, one of the best pizzas they have is the herbivore. Sometimes the music is a little loud in the lobby, but it is good music. It reminds me of when I was in high school.

I change my BYOP every time we come! I love doing the take 2, with a half pizza and salad too!

This place is always busy! Always cranking out so many damn pizzas it's insane! I didn't want to review until we had come a few times, but we've now come when a line is out the door, and also on a fundraiser night. A DoorDash guy had to tell us why it was so busy. They make do with the oven they have, and you can definitely tell they've been short staffed for awhile. I applaud how hard everyone in this place is always working. Kevin I believe was working the oven one night we came in, and absolutely was a savage trying to control how many pizzas were coming through. The manager I believe cause we always see him, he wears the round Harry Potter looking glasses is boss. Moving like a mad man. He was trying his hardest to make eveyone happy and calm in the madness. We like to come more often on the weeknights when it's calmer, but I have to shout out this great staff! We enjoy coming every time! The pizza is awesome, the lemonade is good, and the staff is great!

I took a chance 3-nights ago to visit Blaze. I hadn't been since before COVID. I was thoroughly disappointed at my visit, definitely my food, the customer service and lack of courtesy & training from the employees. I ordered 2- gluten-free pizzas at about 730pm. Blaze closes at 9pm. They only had 1 gf dough left, which was according to the employee, was damaged but I opted for that along with a cauliflower pizza dough base. I also ordered the meatballs which they were also out of, so I then opted for a salad. After seeing the annoyed look from the employees I opted out of the salad. When the pizzas came out the lady boxed them up. I asked her aren't you supposed to tell me my options of drizzle for the top. She rolled her eyes and asked what I wanted. I said actually it's ok. I didn't want any more negative energy in my dinner. The atmosphere was empty, definitely lacked customers, counters were dirty. The bathroom was out of tissue and paper towels and needed a good cleaning. My order was to go. When I got home ready to dig in I noticed the pizzas didn't look like they were baked long enough. I then had to plug in my air fryer to cook them longer. Overall truly disappointed to see what has become of the Blaze Pizza I once loved.

WOW! This place was rocking tonight and the 3 people working absolutely killed it! John, Alyssa and Amari were all working diligently at making pizzas, greeting guests, cleaning, and even restocking in between And with smiles on their faces! They worked great as a team and managed the chaos well. This place is a favorite and always exceeds my expectations!

Cheesy bread and two build your own pizzas

First time trying Blaze, and wow, blown away by the exceptional customer service by Anthony and David! Explained the different crusts, sauces, types of cheeses, proteins, and veggies they had. The atmosphere is great for hangouts and very clean. Very welcoming and patient, and gave us fountain drinks and cheesy bread on the house! Pizzas were fresh and hot, and cheesy bread was delicious and good cheese string pull! We would definitely come back soon!

Ramon Julian and David took great care of us! Delicious pizza lots of fresh toppings. Happy happy happy

    Four Cheese (11-inch)

When they started to change their policy about the amount of cheese to use for the pizza. This place became very much not worth going to at all. I don't plan to come here again and I hope they see this and change this policy.

Staff were walking around constantly, dusting and rearranging chairs to make sure everything looked nice for guests. Our server was wonderful, quickly bringing a little plate of bread with a garlicky tomato bruschetta spread and a bit of olive oil. I think the restaurant should swap for a nicer EVOO, but the complimentary bread was a nice tide-me-over while we looked over the menu. My only other note: cleanliness of the dinnerware. He found a food bit dried on his fork and requested a new one, but then (the exterior of) his wine glass was smudged with something crusty, too... Not the server's fault by any means, but definitely something we hope the restaurant will pay closer attention to in the future. I got chicken Parmesan, and he got the traditional gnocchi. The server was kind to accommodate my request for Alfredo on the pasta side, and we were both super impressed by the house made tomato sauce. My chicken was perfectly cooked, and the pasta wasn't overcooked - which was a marked difference from M'Tucci's (and other Italian-American restaurants we've tried in the ABQ area). We agreed that we want to return to Joe's because it was a quick, easy, affordable, and super satisfying meal. Thanks, Joe's Pasta House! See you again soon.

Best pad see eww / jungle noodles that I've had in New Mexico by a long shot. Absolutely loved it. The ingredients tasted so fresh , you could tell nothing was from a can or frozen. The sauce at the bottom was just to die for. Pineapple fried rice 10/10. This tied for first place, it's possibly the very best fried rice in New Mexico but it's just so close. What I loved is that they spared no expense on ingredient quality, they even used cashews rather than cheaper nuts like peanuts. Each veggie was cooked perfectly and they actually put tomato which I've never had in fried rice but man it was good! Believe it or not the pad Thai was only 5/10, not too bad; nothing to write home about. I was surprised about that since every other item blew my socks off. What might have been the worst part of the pad Thai was the regular chicken was dry and chalky. Most Thai places have thinner softer chicken they use, luckily for the other meals I had shrimp which was really good and fried chicken which was also really good I'd love to try more of their food,

In a rare turn of events, both kids got the same thing, the Korean chicken bites with the sauce on the side, which was a great decision bc it did have a kick to it. The chicken itself was a bit dry. Both adults also got the pork belly flatbread. I found it a bit unbalanced with too much sauce and not enough other toppings, and the base wasn't as crispy as I prefer. Speaking of crispy, we opted for the appetizer brussel sprouts, and they were a bit chewy and on the not so super crispy side. Service was fine, and glad to have a little break from heavier New Mexican cuisine on this night. Lots of variety on the cocktail and adult beverage menu too.

Crispy Brussels sprouts had great flavor but way too much cayenne pepper (which adds nothing but heat) my husband ate them but said he would prefer less heat. I had 2 bites and gave up. Baked brie was amazing I loved the granny Smith apples! My husband loved them too. We also got the hummus duo which has dates on it and I used a date in the brie that was fantastic! I'll ask for that next time! It was the bomb. Hummus duo was good the watermelon radish was beautiful on the plate but gave both hummus a bitter flavor. Shrimp and grits. We live in Alabama currently and this was our least favorite dish of the day. Shrimp were cooked well and so were the grits but there was just something else it needed. Parmesan cheese and some onions maybe. Greek salad delicious. The flash fried chick peas made it. We needed more dressing and the wait staff was prompt and sweet about it. Spicy Lime Ceasar was ok till he requested more dressing then it was amazing. I was afraid of ordering it but the dressing wasn't too spicy . White sangria I had was disappointing it was more of a 1995 wine spritzer than a wine infused with citrus which is the very essence of sangria. It was ok and had I ordered a wine spritzer I would say yummo but I ordered sangria. Pork Belly flat bread was the winner of the night the tomato jam made that dish. I would love more on it next time but we will definitely be ordering that dish again! Yes we had a lot of left over food! But I love sampling a menu and this menu has a lot to offer. We will be back to try 4 or five other things. I look forward to my return.
