Bad service. Charged me for build my own and not the two toppings I ordered. They said they will refund me in a few days. Not sire if that will go through. Dirty floors with maybe 9 pieces of trash on the floor. No condiments like chili flakes, cheese, or hot sauce. Again lots of ingredients missing like mushrooms and arugula. I've given this place many chances but it seems like the staff need better training or just bad management. Seems like no one cares. Blaze pizza just reminds me a little bit of New York pizza where I can have my thin crust and enjoy simple, oven pizza with a nice crisp crust and chewy center. It's also nice that you can customize your pizza to either overfill or undersell your pizza, so you'd have to gauge for yourself of how much you want to put in to get a balance of being under/overfilled. It's a good pizza for thinner crust that's baked in a pizza oven. It doesn't have an artisan feel to it, but it satisfies the pizza craving. read more

Improve service. We came here we felt rushed by the girl who was attending us. A thick woman. She then helped other ppl but was not rushing them. I was able to find parking during lunch time and inside was empty of few customers. I got my pizza from the pick up counter. I ordered special large $12 pepperoni w/pesto drizzling and cheese bread. The cheese bread looked so cheesy as I took the first bite. The pepperoni pizza was thin crust and it has a really tasty crust. At first the pizza was kinda salty from the pesto drizzling. My most recent visit to Blaze was perfect. Everything tasted great, and the service was outstanding. I think it's time to raise the rating to a 5. First of all, someone was messaging my Yelp saying that Blaze is not allergy-friendly anymore. It's not true. I went, and they took care of my daughter. She is allergic to peanut, treenuts, eggs, and dairy. The person taking the order verified with the shift manager to make sure she was inputting everything correctly. She asked if I wanted a clean-cut and glove changes. Yes! The regular dough is vegan. We got that with the regular red sauce, vegan cheese, smoked ham, and grilled chicken. My daughter loved it, and ate two slices. I tried a slice. Even though it was vegan, it tasted good enough that I would probably share with her, if I was less hungry. My daughter had no reactions and was able to eat safely and happily. I was glad because she was feeling blue earlier today because everyone had a birthday cupcake but her at daycare. She needed a safe yummy treat, and Blaze cheered her right up. I got my pizza with spicy red sauce, and a drizzle of pesto, regular cheese plus gorgonzola, bacon, chicken, Italian sausage, bell peppers, whole garlic, chopped garlic, artichoke hearts, mushroom, sea salt, and oregano. It was so stinky and good. It reminded me of the vampire dip at Slaters 50/50. I was full after half my pizza, but I kept eating because it was good. When I ordered two signature dishes, he was quick to add all the toppings without even asking me if I wanted anything else (normally they ask).
