Everything we ordered was delicious and tasty. For half the chicken, I went with the original but added green onion and their special oriental sauce drizzle. The other half was spicy soy garlic. I'll admit, I liked the original better. I second-guessed myself when the owner's daughter mentioned soy garlic was their number one most popular flavor followed by honey butter, but I thought I would be different and try the spicy version. The spice kind of drowned out that garlicky soy flavor, so lesson learned. Next time I am going straight for the soy garlic and honey butter combo. For drinks, we tried the Korean coffee and cold yuzu drink, both refreshing and a nice complement to the food. By the end of the meal, everything was so good that I even found myself asking about catering their chicken for future events. The vibe inside is really comfortable with soft K-pop playing in the background. It is just enough for atmosphere but not too loud, so you can talk easily. The only tricky part is parking since it is in a busy plaza with a lot of other restaurants, but at least it is free. Overall, this was one of the most unique dining experiences we have had recently, made extra special by Esther and her daughter's hospitality. I love supporting family-owned spots like this, and I will definitely be back to try that famous soy garlic and honey butter chicken next time.

After I paid for my burritos I came back to the table I was sitting at. But my tray, napkins, and drink was gone. I wanted to order as much as I could from their menu, so that I could verify if the hype was real. The hype is real folks!! I ordered The Sando, Shake Fries, Collard Greens, Potato Salad, and Sweet Peach Tea. We also ordered the following dipping sauces, which are must orders: Comeback Sauce, Tennessee Tang, and Sweet Money Mustard. Their Sando comes with a boneless breast, slaw, comeback sauce, and pickles encapsulated in a butter bun. I'm a fan of spicy chicken sandwiches, so for my spice level, I chose Medium. I wanted to enjoy my food, which is why I went with medium. Rico gave me a sample of a Medium Plus piece of chicken and I'm so glad I chose medium. Medium Plus was really hot, so imagine what the high spice levels taste. The Sando was huge, the chicken was tender and flavorful, and the components all ate really well together. Their collard greens were juicy and satisfying. Arguably some of the best I've eaten. The potato salad was creamy and dill infused. So yummy!! Loved their seasoned shake fries, which were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing after dipping them in the variety of sauces. I am definitely a Howlin' Ray's convert and wholeheartedly concur with my daughter's positive accolades of this chicken sandwich institution. I don't often review but this incident really pissed me off. Don't even want to give one star(I wish I can give a zero star). Terrible customer service, rude employees and newbies all the time you visit the store. I went there so many times and know that their service is not good but rather than improving their service it is getting bad every time you visit. I think it is because of new untrained employees. So rude......I hope they are treated same way as they treated me today when they go to other store. This evening I placed 2 separate online orders for pizza and cheese bread. I was able to pick up first order for pizza (15 min late then the pick up time) and she said another order is coming up. After another 15 minutes, I checked my order status and she was not able to find my order. Whoaaaaa!!! I show her order number and still she can't find. I show her email and she just turned away and refused to help(rude!!!). There comes another girl and she said she can't find my order with order number. I show her the email that I received and still she doesn't want to find order and doesn't want to listen anything(so rude!!!). I show her my phone with email and she was like don't put your phone on my face. I said wait I was just showing you my phone for whatever information you needs to locate my order. After 2-3 minutes, she said I don't have access to find order by order number. Great !!! Why didn't she told me first place so that someone else could have helped me. Then comes one black(sorry I am not a racist and I don't know his real or fake name) guy and he was super rude. He said we don't have your order although I show him order confirmation email, which he didn't even want to see. After 15 minutes of arguments, they found my order paper(they should have look for it initially!!!) which was first in line of many other orders. That guy put my order paper at the end and rudely said you will get your order after all of this order in line are done. Really !!!!! I told him that I already waited 45 minutes and instead of serving me ASAP you moving my order back of the line? I was at store for 45 minutes with my 2 kids and that guy was like lets go outside the store and settle this. He was in fighting mood. There is zero service at any blaze pizza store. I been to this store many times. So many times they even forget to charge for the pizza and we have to remind them after eating the pizza. Also, all the time you see newbies working there which doesn't have any sense on how to treat customer. Not sure its companies training fault or new employees without training. Blaze Pizza, please improve your service and manage your employees better. They even said to me that they don't even care for customer service and call whoever you like to call. And that guy was calling me outside the store with my 2 kids to have a fight. Really!!! I've been a regular customer at Blaze Pizza, visiting about twice a month with my child, so I know what a normal portion of toppings looks like. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing. One of the staff members, a man with a beard, was rude and seemed to be intentionally giving me less toppings. He only put seven pieces of pepperoni on my pizza, while the customer before me got a pizza fully covered with pepperoni. When I asked for extra mushrooms, he told me they were out of mushrooms, but his attitude was dismissive. I also ordered pineapple and spinach, and both were given in very small amounts, much less than usual. The poor service and unfair treatment make me question whether I should keep coming back. I hope management addresses this issue because this is not the kind of experience I expect from Blaze Pizza. read more

I used to really enjoy Blaze, but lately the experience just isn't the same. They've started charging for tomato sauce containers, which feels ridiculous considering it used to be included. The quality and hospitality have gone downhill too -- it used to feel like a fun, customizable pizza spot, but now it just feels like they're cutting corners. The pizza is still decent, but the small things that made Blaze stand out are fading fast. Went in expecting it to be like every other blaze I've been to so went in and they were very disorganized was asked have we been helped like 3 times and the workers didn't look like they knew what was going on. Ordered a green stripe and they left things off the pizza even though the girl looked on the paper to see what goes on the pizza...... also got a build your own and they were very stingy with sauce, cheese, and toppings compared to other blaze locations. The worst pizza I have ever eaten. the first time pizza was terribly salty. contacted the store and was told the feedback would be passed to the team. second time , pizza was just as salty with missing many ordered ingredients. I even put the ingredients I like again on the comment section to make sure they didnt miss them, and sure it was: artichoke, garlic, fresh garlic and BBQ sauce were all missing. I laughed to myself and thought, "Next time, I'm definitely ordering one level lower." A few minutes later, Patty came back to check on me because it was my first visit. I told her the food was great, but I'd overestimated my spice tolerance. Without hesitation she said, "I'll change it for you." I immediately told her, "No, it's okay. Parking: Mall parking is plentiful and depending when you go, it can get busy. We went around 6 pm and we were able to easily find a spot in their underground parking lot. Environment: Located inside the mall, it's on the first floors and not too far from Macy's. We told the staff that we brought our doggo and they seated us in the area that was closer to the mall side. We were even given a coloring set for the kiddo. Staff members were attentive and came by often to check up on us. What was ordered: - Avocado Club Egg Rolls (crispy) - BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad (good) - Wild Mushroom Pizza (tasty mushrooms) - The Works Pizza (yummy classic toppings) - Chicken Piccata (flavorful) - Cedar Plank Salmon (good, salmon was nice and moist) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Overall, we had a good dining experience. The kiddo was happy, we got yummy food, and our doggo got to join in on dinner time with us. Staff members were friendly. Credit cards are accepted.

I was at the mall and wanted a quick bite, so I decided to dine in. After getting seated, I immediately noticed there were quite a few flies around, which already made me a little weary about eating there. A table next to me was seated shortly after I was, but the server went over and took their order first even though I had been sitting there before them. Between that and the flies, I decided I would rather just get my food to go. When I told them I wanted takeout instead, the lady told me I needed to go to another counter to place my order. I ordered the avocado egg rolls there and waited about 10 minutes for them to be ready. Since it was takeout, the egg rolls came in a box with the dipping sauce in two small containers. When I opened the box, I was honestly a little disappointed. The rolls looked smaller than what I usually get at CPK, and they didn't look nearly as stuffed either. Flavor wise, they still tasted like the avocado egg rolls I normally enjoy, but the skin was overfried. It was so hard and crispy that it actually scraped the roof of my mouth while I was eating, which made them pretty unpleasant to eat. The filling was also meager compared to what I'm used to, so there wasn't enough of that creamy filling to balance out the fried wrapper. I've had these avocado egg rolls plenty of times and normally really enjoy them, so I know what they're usually like. Unfortunately, between the dining experience and the quality of the egg rolls this time, I can't say I enjoyed them nearly as much.

First of all, highly recommend…read more I ordered this on DoorDash for pick up and unfortunately, I went to the wrong location, which was about another 10 minutes from the direction that I was in. I went to two locations that day, but the workers were friendly when I made a mistake and they directed me to the correct. Both locations did have a small parking lot so parking is limited, but they had a few tables for seating. They did have some dark lighting, but it felt like a nice place to have dinner with some beer if you're enjoying a weeknight or weekend night. Although my pizza was cold by the time, I got it due to my error... It was still delicious! I ordered a combo pizza and a salad and some wings.
