After reading through the reviews, it seems like this isn't an isolated issue. Many customers have the same complaints about inaccurate orders and poor customer service, yet nothing seems to improve. That reflects poorly on management. If you're going to offer customizations, the staff should take the time to actually read and follow the ticket. Consistency and attention to detail would make a huge difference.
