I was very excited to hear that a new Blaze Pizza location had opened by my house, it's always been one of my favorite pizza restaurants. My sister and I have been here very frequently, and the faculty have been especially nice to us and have recognized us as regulars. Sebastian has done a great job at giving us his best service as he makes conversation with us and makes us laugh as we customize our pizzas. There was one time someone accidentally burnt a hole into my pizza and they offered to make me another pizza for free on top of the pizza I had originally ordered. I love Blaze pizza and I used to go to the Monrovia location until this one opened up nearby. I was disappointed that the few times I came in at around 930 pm was turned away when they were going to close at 10 PM. Their management sucks and half of their staff don't give a ship or burnt out. I lived in Pasadena for 6 years and found the Blaze on Colorado to be my favorite pizza in LA. After moving to Arcadia, I was excited to hear about a Blaze nearby. The three times I've had the Blaze Arcadia pizza though have been very disappointing. You'd think with a giant franchise, you'd have pizza cooked with the same consistency, but the quality of cooking on the crusts (I always order The Simple Pie) has been mediocre at best in the Arcadia location. This place is by far one of the best pizza places I have gone to. I have gone to this place several times and most of the times I was treated nicely but, I came across a problem once. I got 1 build your own pizza which costed me about 10 dollars with tax and I paid with a 50 dollar bill. I only got 30 dollars back so I told the lady at the cashier that I was supposed to receive 40 dollars back. She thought she was still right and I told her that it was wrong. It got to the point where she had to take out her phone calculator to realize she was wrong. I would give 0 stars if i could. First time in this Blaze pizza. All the other Blaze pizzas I've been to are great! Placed an order online for curbside pick up. Confirmation said order would be ready at 9pm. When we arrived it was 9:06pm and no idea we're the curbside pick up was. No sign was seen anywhere in the parking lot so we just parked it and went in to pick up the order. Order wasn't even ready. Waited another 20 -30 minutes for the online order that was suppose to be ready before we had arrived. What was the point of even ordering online when it seemed like it was faster if we just had gone in to order. Service was horribly slow and not only that on one of the pizzas we had order did not come with any ham whatsoever. Felt like the skimped out on all the toppings and forgot the ham. Was my first time ordering from here, so maybe it was just a bad night or maybe the last order of the night, but usually toppings are distributed more evenly on a pizza. Mine were more like they just dropped a handful of spinach here, a handful of pineapple there, and a couple handfuls of ricotta cheese over there and then threw a whole bunch of bell peppers over the whole thing. And threw in a couple of slices of pepperoni because it was on the order. I mean the quality and taste of ingredients was there, it would have been better it was more evenly distributed on the pizza instead of clumped here and there, and a more even ratio of ingredients instead of lots of pineapple ( way too much pineapple) mounds of ricotta on 4 pieces only, and bell pepper all over and very very little pepperoni and mushrooms on any of it . But I do have to say their ranch dressing was fantastic and I liked the crust and sauce. I will try them again hopefully with better results read more

I have been coming to this location for two years . After today that will no longer be the case. after ordering my pizza through the mobile app, I arrive to pick up my pizza 30 minutes later and am notified that is has yet to be made. I ask for a refund and they tell me a manager will be with me shortly. I wait an additional 10 minutes So that an employee can tell me that the manager will not be in and I will need to return the next day to get my refund. Sadly this is not the 1st time this location has done this to me. This will be the 3rd time and enough is enough. Very bad customer service. First attempt, I ordered from this place, I ordered a "Family Fun" DIY pizza kit ( where it said enough for 4 kids ). It turns out that it was only ONE 11" inch dough with 7 toppings, not even enough for 2 kids. Complained to corporate and they apologized and said the store packed the wrong items and complimented me. Second attempt, Ordered family pack at a "different" blaze location and they gave me TWO 11" inch dough instead and manager claim that this is the expected portion -- agreed and enough for 4 as mentioned in the description. Third attempt to give Arcadia ( Naomi Ave ) blaze location one more chance for their correction, still gave me ONE 11" inch dough, said its the standard size and Blanca ( so-called supervisor ) claimed that its the CORRECT order. When you look at the order menu, one individual diy 8.95, double diy $15.95, and I ordered $18.95 diy family pack, what makes her think that $18.95 and $8.95 are same dough size = ONE 11" inch dough??? Didn't understand her logic and I already mentioned to her that previously I mentioned to corporate and I got double the dough size at different location and she still claim that its the correct order. Seriously, I rarely write a review on yelp unless its absolutely outrageous. Also, I order pick up at 3:30, arrived exactly at 3:30 and order was not ready for pick up or even being work on, argued back and forth with and took over 30 mins for them to wrap up the raw dough and toppings. Did not leave there until 4:15. Not efficient and poor customer service at this location. Especially when I do not want to be waiting around the store too long at COVID time.
