It was very nice to see that the staff was actively wiping down booths and tables and chairs to make sure that it guests who were arriving had somewhere clean and nice to eat. This is a spacious location. They also have outside seating. I did want to make a note that there is no drive-through. Next-door to In-N-Out there is a very very busy drive-through. I believe this is why they are not able to have a drive-through at this Chick-fil-A location. It would just be too much and there would be too many people if there were two drive-through's. Anyway, even if there is no drive-through here it is a very busy and very efficient location. We ordered two Cobb salads and a Chick-fil-A sandwich meal. I also ordered an ice cream cone. Our food was delivered to our table in about 10 minutes and it was made perfectly. Everything tasted well. Overall, I will come back to this location because the customer service is very good.

Super impressed by this build-it-yourself pizza hotspot. My husband and I took our three daughters here one week ago, and Jay was so gracious with us: giving the girls a cookie when he saw they were upset, giving high fives to them, and being over-the-top friendly to them. His kindness made our meal fantastic because the girls started to not only enjoy their delicious pizza, but they started to have a wonderful, fun time! That's HUGE for parents so that they can have a peaceful, happy dinner too. We were so struck by his attentive and gregarious service. Everyone we interacted with was great, and the pizza was the best of its kind that we have had. We were so impressed by the service (especially by Jay that was so memorable we remembered his name and our daughters remembered him) that we took my parents and nephew back tonight! Thankfully, we got to see Jay again to thank him for his great service in person! And again, phenomenal service and pizza! read more

I usually enjoy Blaze Pizza, especially the "make your own" option, but my recent visit was a major letdown due to the poor customer service. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting, no welcome--nothing. When I started to order my "make your own" pizza with the toppings I wanted, the staff member made a face, clearly annoyed that I was choosing multiple toppings. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by customizing my pizza, which is the whole point of coming to Blaze! Her attitude made me feel completely unwelcome, and I left with a sour taste in my mouth. I understand that it can get busy, but a simple smile or a "thank you" would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this experience has really turned me off from coming back. Blaze Pizza needs to seriously improve their customer service if they want to keep customers coming back. read more

Awesome thin crust pizza in a flash that will please everyone. It can be stressful on a busy day to order because you feel pressed to make a decision as you walk down the line of topping choices but the truth is if you don't like your pizza it is likely your own fault. I've been here several times and am never disappointed. One tip I've learned is to order multiple cheeses or extra mozzarella. This is of course only in order if you aren't worried about your waistline. I typically get the shredded mozzarella, the fresh ovalini mozzarella and Parmesan. The combination really lifts the flavor no matter what toppings you add after that. read more

hnnngh...Blaze...Blaze, blaze, blaze...What have you done to me. This is by far the best chain pizza I have ever had. Their production line is very efficient and they pump out pizzas pretty quick. And E V E R Y time they are delicious. They have a gluten-free option which is great, and tastes exactly like the gluten-included option. It gets busy but has a decent seating area that accommodates a large dining room. Drop by and experiment. They'll throw whatever you want on there and cook it up right in front of you. read more

This pizza is great! For about $7.50 you get an 11" personal pizza with unlimited toppings. The pizza is classic thin crust so it cooks in only 2-3min. I got the "white top" and added chicken. I recommend starting with one of the "signature" pizzas and building off of that. This is a great place to go with family or friends if you're in the carlsbad area. It's an easy, high quality meal at a very good price. Plus a beer before and/or after shopping is always a nice treat. Cheers! read more

I was at Blaze last monday for first time and i must say my experience was amazing. Food was great, my wife really enjoyed it and so did my kids. everyone was really helpful and friendly and when i mentioned that its my first time, they explained me the whole process in a good manner. workers were really consistent towards helping people specially jay, he was checking on all the tables while i was there, i will definitely will visit again. read more

Amazing pizza made fresh and FAST! Dakota was a great employee,, went out of his way to get me extra plates, ranch and napkins. The line was long but the employees moved through it quickly.. I ate nearly the entire pizza by myself, and shared a S'more with my better half. I stumbled on this place by coincidence and will be sure to make a trip just for the pizza here. I came here opening day and was very impressed with the service, décor, and pizza quality! Blaze Pizza is an assembly line format that lets you be the artist using a canvas of delicious, airy dough. The toppings are fresh and high quality and for only $7.65 you can add as many as needed to create your masterpiece! I will def be coming back to Blaze and I can't wait for more to open. read more

I love how you have so many toppings to choose from, you have so much control. Also gotta love the wood fire grill. Its fast too, no 45 minutes here, its about 15 minutes after you have ordered and you are eating. I like the nice thin crust, you can taste the toppings and not just dough. read more

The pizza offering were supreme, veggie, pepperoni and i believe one more if i recall. I ordered their pepperoni and my wife got the supreme. The pizza is the size of the pizza hut personal sized pizza one use to get as a kid from elementary school for reading.. (i'm that old). Price per pizza was around $11-12 ish dollars and drinks range from $5.xx-$22.xx depending if you opt for their souvenir cup with refills. We got the souvenir cup with refills that was $21.xx but afterwards i realized there was an option for two days refills (if you plan to come to the park again the following day). The souvenir cups have a chip embedded on the bottom of the cup that the refill station sensors pick up. So it will know if you have authorized refills or not. If you opted for the one day refill but end up coming back to the park the next day you can reactivate the refills but for a price between $8-9.xx. At the time they had an exclusive legoland lemonade that was a green smash color. Did not get a chance to try it as we got powerade. For the pizza i thought it was good for what it was. It had a good amount of pizza sauce that taste good and not too acidic. The pepperoni was decent portion about two to three per slice i would say. The meal itself filled us up for the afternoon to power through the day waiting in lines.
