Today I ordered my kids a 1 topping pizza and it gives the option to have vegan cheese as the topping. They are always so skimpy on the vegan cheese I figured I'd get the 1 topping as cheese so that we could get a decent amount. Sadly the pizza didn't even have a reasonable amount of cheese let alone what I would consider extra. They only ever do this with the vegan cheese pizzas. My daughter has a dairy intolerance and blaze is her favorite place to get pizza but it's too expensive for the amount we are getting. TLDR: don't order VEGAN cheese pizzas from here. Holy hell. A prime example of a poorly managed store and team. For something so turn-key, there shouldn't be a 20 min wait to place your order with only one person ahead. However, if it takes that long, make sure to get the order right. Had to remind them of missing items and returned a burned s'more. Pizza was burned pretty bad. Hard to understand how something so simple can be botched the way it was. The store was filthy. Outside tables were a mess and not an option for those who want to dine outside. The cashier with the wild nails was also a mess. Seemed in a rush and overwhelmed. Really hope this isn't the shift manager but have a feeling they are. Could use some training and support. The person sitting at the table sweeping looked like he came to work but took the day off. Not sure if it was his first day or just clueless as to how to work but it must have taken him a good 15 min to sweep under the tables. The person putting the pizzas in the over seemed like the only reasonable character at the store. Although he seemed overwhelmed, he was courteous. This was on a Sunday at around noon. Whoever made this schedule needs better training. Corporate needs to do better here. Looks like you have a bunch of part-time students running your store. As a customer, I'd like assurance that I can bring my family in for lunch without concern over filthy tables, bad service, and extremely long waits. My son and I for dinner Thursday night. I have a surprise 9 PM fairly busy. Food - The food was really good. We each ordered a red vine pizza, our favorite, and it was delicious. If you haven't had the red vine, you should try it. It's a lighter pizza with lighter flavors. There is no meat. Staff - The woman who helped make her pizza was very friendly. The gentleman who checked us out was kind of serious, not very friendly. I chalked it up to being the end of the night. The food came out fairly quickly. Stopped at this location the other day. Plenty of parking outside as it is in a big shopping area. There was a pretty long line when I arrived but they were really well staffed and were able to keep the line moving. Hello, I traveled 30 minutes to your location on 9/25 for Blaze pizza. My wife could not make it because she was taking care of our kids after a long day of work. We both had two T-Mobile coupons ($5) which was available to use for online ordering but I had to run some errands first. At 6:30pm we were ready to order but the online order was disabled for Eastvale location. I waited 30 mins in the car and it was still unavailable. I notified one of the staffing members that we wanted to do online ordering but the app was down and if they can do two transactions. I can show proof my wife and I had two different codes. He said yes and I made my order and waited 15 minutes. When I was paying the gentlemen whose older appeared to be a manager or assistant manager said I can't use two codes very rudely. I assured him I talked to his staff and they said I could since the online system was down that's why I ordered two. He angrily said I couldn't use it and he screamed at his staffing member to not make decisions without his permission in front of me. I told him I already placed the order and that the pizza would be a waste since it's already cooking. He said sorry I can't do it. I love blaze pizza. I used to work as a manager at blaze Pizza a couple years ago. This location however is terrible. I ordered online the first time and they didn't get the order right. I had even called in to make sure they saw the notes and they said they see it... They still made it wrong. The second time I go I decide to go in because if I order online they won't make it right. The guy that helped me was super nice he made the pizza very well. I had added the red sauce dollaps bc I wanted to try it on top of my pizza. When I get home the first bite I take I had to spit out. This location is large and bright with a lot of seating. There are a lot of people working behind the counter so they get your pizza made to your specs fast. Try the white sauce with Italian sausage, bacon, spinach, olives and mushrooms. One thing I will say is that I hope they change the roasted garlic- it is very tasty and adds to the pizza but the pieces are large to be on a pizza - Chopped would be much better to spread the flavor around. Staff was polite, the one who helped us make our pizza she was very nice, we asked her if she could change her gloves, she did not hesitate to change them at all. My husband and I had the original dough "Build your own Pizza". $9.25 each includes as many toppings and sauces. They came out super quick it was quick service. a tiny bit burned but it's all good. I've been here a few times with my man and this time it was terrible. I placed an order for pickup around 9:30pm about an hour and a half before closing. We picked up our food at 9:50pm and it wasn't until we got back that I noticed a few things with my order. I ordered a bundle deal with two pizzas, two drinks, and two desserts. Out of the two pizzas one of them had alot of toppings and the other completely lacked almost anything on the pizza itself. The one pizza with it's lack of toppings also had a hair baked into the cheese near the top of the crust which was pretty gross (see my attached photo). On this particular pizza I ordered pepperoni, roasted corn, chopped garlic, olives, and a few different cheeses. It was pretty much an overpriced cheese pizza that I paid for (see my attached photo comparing the two). Between the two pizzas it seems as if two separate employees made each one when you compare the quality. It was a terrible rush job from what I can tell. After dealing with this pizza in question I definitely won't consider coming back to this location in particular if these are franchised. After paying 28 dollars for this bundle and having one pizza turn out this way I'd rather go to another pizza place. That night I also had a survey sent to my email in regards to my experience, let's just say they got the attached photo of the hair in the pizza and will be in contact with the owner of this particular store. read more

There was no sense of urgency and the service was lackluster, the employees seemed to be unhygienic and not service oriented. I ordered a salad with my pizza which I didn't get and had to ask for again three times. Once I got it - the lettuce was soggy, spoiled and very obviously not fresh. The pizzas tasted off and I couldn't finish mine. In general they seemed short staffed and unable to keep up with the demands of keeping a clean, well organized and functional store. Honestly, no thank you. The customer service here is mediocre at best, the pizza tastes so-so, and I've only been here once when there wasn't something in my pizza. The employees take a while to acknowledge you and then act like they're annoyed or doing you a favor when they do help you out. No matter what kind of pizza I order it always tastes bland, and I never even get halfway through them because I usually find something in, or on it, that's not supposed to be eaten. The second time I ever ate here there was a couple of pieces, including a whole chunk, of wood stuck to the bottom of the crust from those giant spatulas they use and I didn't notice until I had already eaten a piece and had a funny feeling in my throat. I stayed away for a while after that. Recently I ordered from door dash because I wanted to give them another chance and I honestly didn't want to deal with the staff just in case they were still the way I remembered. Even though I was very excited when I found out Blaze was opening in the plaza fairly close to me, I never checked it out until today aka Pi Day! On Pi Day, Blaze offers any pizza for $3.14, my oh my what a steal right?! I came around lunch time with my co-worker (around 12:30 to be exact) and she dropped me off to get in line while she parked. It's a large plaza so the parking situation wasn't too difficult as she found parking close by. The line appears to be long from the outside looking in and once you're in it may appear long as well but it moves rather quickly. In about 10 mins or so we were up in the front and ready to order. You can tell the staff was under a lot of pressure; however, they still greeted us with warm smiles and made sure to say hello. There's inside and outside patio seating and the tables were cleared promptly to allow more seating. I usually order the same thing: Art Lover pizza, no ricotta, lots of chicken, mushrooms, basil, spinach, garlic, artichokes, and that's it. After I paid roughly $3.27 for my pizza, I went to the bathroom and when I came out, my baby was hot and fresh out of the oven. I threw some crushed red peppers on it and it was good to go. I took a bite and my taste buds were in heaven since I created the perfect pizza for my taste. Paying $3 and some change for my pizza on Pi Day was worth it but to be honest, I'd pay full price for the pizza any day. And I chose the Green Stripe personal thin crust (white sauce, mozzarella, chicken, chopped garlic, red and green bell peppers, arugula, and pesto sauce drizzle) $7.95 and a custom built personal thin crust (white sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, smoked ham, Italian meatball, salami, mushrooms, red cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic, fresh basil leaves, and red sauce drizzle) $7.95. We were able to redeem a coupon for one complimentary pizza, so our total came to be roughly $11 with a refillable fountain drink! Although I did wish they added more toppings to the pizza (the meatballs look big, but they took one and just broke it into smaller portions and placed it everywhere), it still turned out to be good portions where one pizza would be shared between two people. We devoured as much pizza to our hearts content and had 3 slices leftover to take home. It was so good and definitely fits in the top 10 pizza favorite places for us. Mmmm....
