I asked for a different bread and they accommodated me, however they put the burnt bread that was touching my salad back into the bread section. I think this could cause issues potentially if anyone were to get that piece of bread and were allergic or had a food intolerance to any of the items in my salad. I prefer the pineapple lemonade over the strawberry lemonade. I would prefer being able to have the ability to put a cap myself on my drink instead of having to carry the drink back to the counter to have it sealed and then given back to me. There are a good amount of seating areas and there are also seating areas outside. I found the service to be reasonably timed each time I have gone. The coleslaw sounded great on the menu, but in reality the flavors didn't stand out, no real hint of jalapeño, just a fairly standard slaw. Overall, the food descriptions felt more impressive than the actual execution, though the to-go fries portion was more generous, which was a nice surprise. Would I go back? I'm not sure. Maybe for a casual visit with a few beers and fries with an assortment of dipping sauces...I am a sucker for those.

It's a shame this location went downhill. It's pretty apparent that ownership and management have changed . Where a few months ago,there was a friendly, hip, and competent crew ; it seems that they have all been replaced by relatives of management or the owner, which is very common in some cultures. Unfortunately, this location seems to be cheating the customers now- everyone I know who used to go here mentions how none of their coupons they they accrue for reaching a certain amount of points ever seems to be valid, or subject to whatever exception the Indian or Asian guy at the counter says makes him unable to give you the discount on the automatic coupons you accrue through signing up. This place is absolutely horrible, the workers are treated like dogs and the food is horrible, I don't recommend you spend your money here at all, there are a hundred better places for pizza, Blaze pizza makes eating dog food sound absolutely delicious. The crust had a nice crunch to it and it wasn't hard to chew. The service was quick. The place has seats but it isn't welcoming for huge groups. I happen to pass by this place and decided to call them. Luckily they were responsive and was able to take my order even tho they were not opened yet. They were able to get 4 pies ready before 11!
