I normally pop into Delicias Pizza & Fried Chicken for their delicious single slice of vegetable pizza. It was served fresh, hot and sauce rich in flavor. The restaurant appearance is like the customary NYC pizza parlor. The large oven behind the long counter with tables alongside the mirrored walls. I decided to have a Mexican fare, another speciality delivered to my home. My fave is Chicken with onion, red and sweet peppers with a side of rice and red beans. The hot food delivery arrived in about twenty minutes. The chicken dish was tender, the onions and peppers nicely seasoned. The red beans were cooked down perfectly within it's own gravy, not soupy. The only setback, the overcooked rice. I found it a tad bit mushy for my liking. The dish was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! The dish would have exacted five stars but for the rice. I will continue to patronize this restaurant. The employees have always greeted me upon entry, are friendly and courteous. They are very professional. read more

This place has a very long list of things to order. From hotdogs, fries, burguers, to even pasta. We ordered for delivery from work. My coworker had a fried chicken with fries and they were good. Me for the other hand I ordered a chicken quesadilla, barely had cheese, it comes with lettuce which upset me, because who wants lettuce in a quesadilla? it doesn't come with sour cream or guac, so is no only missing flavor but also missing the adds on that you usually get. I know a lot of people from work order pizza from here so must be worth it but I have never tried. Overall very disastified with the food quality wouldn't recommend for the quesadilla, but based on other people order might be worth it to try the pizza or Their fried specialities. read more

My friends and I ordered some sandwiches for lunch today. Out of the sandwiches we ordered, one of them have mold on the underside of the bun the size of a quarter in which none of us noticed till my friend put the sandwich down to answer his phone. Called back and asked for refund and was informed they can't issue a refund and I am stuck with the sandwich. This is poor service. I used to work in a restaurant and depending on the problem such as a mistake in the order, or if there were any problems I would exchange the item, give a discount, or issue a refund and give free food depending on the situation. Delicia's is located right across from an elementary school and a lot of middle schoolers come here during school days. They offer slices of Cheese Pizza for $1.25 on those days until 4PM. Wanted to try something different so I got Onion Rings and a slice of Broccoli & Mushroom Pizza. One of my friends stopped by a couple minutes later and ordered a Mozzarella Cheese slice. Big mistake. The Onion Rings tasted funky, and the oil that was used to fry the rings was probably many days old or reused so many frickin times. The Broccoli & Mushroom Pizza was not fresh and the shiny layer of grease did little to alleviate the heavy clouds that were looming over my head. I totally agree with a fellow yelper that if you want to avoid a not-so satisfying eating experience, then order the items on the menu that are the most popular. I'm sticking to the regular cheese pizza slices from now on. For pizza pies, I'd rather get those at Singas. read more

After placing an order, and more than 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting for that order to arrive, I called to check up on things. Not only did the owner say, AND CONTINUE TO SAY through 3 latter phone calls, that they were on their way, were 10 minutes away, and to wait outside, but then he proceeded to cancel my order (after close to 3 hours of waiting) because he didnt have any drivers to work! Ordered from this pizza shop on April 17,2018 for a group gathering. The pizza was delivered fast! It was hot and fresh which sometimes does not always happen with pizza. We order a supreme, pepperoni and a few cheese pizzas. One of the cheese pizzas was a Sicilian pie which was good not dry and nice and cheesy! We also ordered salads which were fresh as well. So I decided to go in physically to order some tacos. The restaurant is extremely small with 3-4 tables that can seat 2 people per table. This is more of s takeout restaurant if you ask me. I ordered the same exact tacos I got for take out and boy was I disappointed. I ordered the spicy chicken taco and it probably was made the same as before but.... It didn't taste as good the second time. Overall I'm pretty disappointed. You can't expect much as this is a pizzeria. DO NOT EVER ORDER FOR DELIVERY I placed an other through YELP at 4:52PM for delivery today. Estimated delivery time was 40-60 minutes. I did not receive my pizza until after 6:30. Honestly, I should have just told the delivery guy to take it back! 1. It genuinely looked like someone sat on the box. I opened the box in front of the delivery guy and showed him that the cheese was stuck to the top of the box, and all he said was, "oh." 2. I ordered a large mushroom pizza and an orange soda. It wasn't a very difficult order, yet they still managed to forget the soda. The delivery guy just said no one gave it to me. He did not offer to bring one back, did not offer to refund me the money or anything! 3. The total of the order was $18 and change WITH the soda. Now, they did not bring the soda, so the total was less than that. I gave him a $20 and he did not even offer to give me change. He literally took it and turned around and walked away. I was dealing with a very upset six year old (due to the missing soda) and didn't even realize he had already walked away. By the time I looked him he had already turned the corner. I generally tend to not leave reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with pizza. The cheese was stuck to the box, the pizza was cold, and they forgot the soda. I used Seamless the other night to get my greasy burger and pizza fix, and Delicias did not disappoint. I ordered their Cheeseburger, fries and drink combo with their two small pizzas for $6.99 deal. I appreciated the fact that they give you a selection of cheeses for the burger (mozzarella, swiss, provolone), as I'm not a big fan of plain ol' American cheese. The fries were of the typical pizzeria/chicken place variety, which is to say they were fried fried fried and delicious. The pizza was above average especially for the price. Not too crunchy, but not too doughy. My only negative comes from their delivery. I live in an apartment building, and unbeknownst to me, the buzzer system was defective. The guy calls me, and the first words out of his mouth were, "Why you no open the door man? I've been waiting here pressing the button." When I apologized profusely and explained that the system was probably broken, he muttered under his breath and told me that he was coming upstairs. When he got to my door, I apologized again, but he kept telling me that I should've pressed the buzzer as he was waiting for me. Honestly, I regret the tip that was calculated into my Seamless order. The fried chicken is pretty awesome for a low rent hole in the wall. Great batter, decent meat quality, just the right amount of greaze. Bliss. The closest to find REAL AND AUTHENTIC Mexican food. They mainly sell pizzas and sandwiches, but they added Mexican food. Flushing don't have Mexican food, so the fact this hidden place makes and sells Mexican food is a gem. It is expensive though, but they pack on the portions. I mainly get their philly cheese steak sandwich and chicken parm sandwich. By far in the area they make it the best. Their pizza is great too. If you order a plain whole pie and you pick it up then it's only 8 bucks! Great deal for a local pizzeria. The place has limited seating, but since it's local I can always carry it home to eat. They have school lunch hour deals, since they are located in front of a elementary school. I hope they stay open long. I would cry if they close. read more
