I had a very disappointing experience at this WaBa Grill. Kristaly took my order, and I specifically requested no rice and no sauce on my bowl. When my order was handed back to me, it still had rice in it. I politely asked for it to be remade, but the replacement was then prepared with sauce even though I had clearly requested no sauce. After I pointed out the mistake, Kristaly kept my bowl and did not refund my money or provide a replacement. I paid for a meal that I never received as ordered. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expected better customer service and a fair resolution. I hope management addresses this situation so future customers don't have the same experience. After I posted the review, they called me back to the counter and they gave me my money back cash and they also gave me a coupon for a free bowl. I just don't think that it was right everything I had to go through. My coworker stood up for me because she saw the injustice in this situation. read more

Worst waba. I gave this location 2 try's. I thought the first time was a fluke but the second time no excuse. I always order a side of steak for my kids lunch. Every other location fills the tiny cup to the top with meat. This place used to. They no longer do. They barely make it to half the cup, if that, both times you could see the bottom of the cup through the meat, that's how little you get. The second time I ordered and opened it there then I asked the employee , why do all other locations fill up the cup to the top and this location does not, can you fix it please? He said no, that's the portion they give now. This statement Confirmed I will never return and now drive to the lonehill location. When you pay $6 plus tax or a small cup of meat you expect to get what you pay for. This is the only location that does this. Came here for lunch and checked in on yelp and got a 15% coupon to use but the guy taking my order said I can't use it. That it's only for online orders. He didn't know what he was saying but whatever I let it go. You get that coupon for checking in as a first time customer. I ordered the chicken bowl with veggies. Chicken was good but veggies had no flavor and were just somewhat steamed. Not worth the extra money for veggies. I go to waba grill at least once a month and order the same thing all the time, waba bowl extra meat. This is my first time at this location. When i got my food I could instantly tell it wasn't extra meat. I asked them and the cashier gave such bad attitude but said they would add more. They had me standing there with my bowl for a good minute, and continued to make at least 8 other orders, instead of just give me the extra meat like that said they would. then the manager came out and questioned me. Unfortunately we keep giving this franchise location a try but they always disappoint. Last time I got a bowl and the tofu wasn't cooked, still cold and they didn't include avocado that I paid for. I spoke with the person working and he told me to go online to get my money back for the avocado. I asked him to show me how to do that. Then he proceeded to say you can't do it online and he'd talk to his manager and if I was really stressed about the money to call back. Safe to say I never got my money back after calling multiple times. It's scary when places you eat at are run by kids only. So disappointed. Also I should include, after the business owner just commented. I did try to get in contact through "contact us" and no one has gotten back to me weeks later. This was my first time coming to WaBa grill since the new ownership and the service, and food quality has completely changed for the better. The new owner Mr. Waraich is always at the store making sure everything is running smooth and giving great customer interaction.
