You can really taste the care that goes into the food. Their cheese sauces are made from scratch with -cheddar and poblano -cheddar and chipotle - cheddar I tried the Classic Cheesesteak with the poblano cheese sauce and it was DIVINE. Then I had the Caliente Chicken Cheesesteak with mango habanero, the perfect balance of spicy and sweet. Don't sleep on this one, you have to try it! And the West Coast Tots?! We got it with cheddar poblano and got the chipotle sauces on the side and they were SO good. They were packed when we went, so clearly I'm not the only one who knows about this place. Definitely stop by for lunch or dinner or just grab it to go.

My biggest problem with this place is they are way too slow. You can come late in the afternoon after the lunch rush-hour and they are still way slow with only just two or three tables with people. Seriously too slow. No excuse for this other than management is NOT on top of their game. They need to step it up or they or they are going to lose business. You can't operate like this let alone in a downtown environment.

Obviously, nobody wants that to happen, but when you're serving hundreds of people and handling food all day, an occasional mistake like that can happen. One isolated incident doesn't necessarily reflect the overall quality of a restaurant. I also saw a reviewer accuse the staff of being racist because the restaurant was busy and the reviewer felt they had to wait too long. That's a pretty serious accusation to make against someone's character based solely on having to wait for service. Being frustrated with slow service is one thing; publicly accusing employees of racism without anything more to support it is another. It's disappointing to see a business and its employees hit with a one-star review over an accusation like that. Based on my own experiences here over multiple visits, the staff has always been great, and this location deserves far better than some of the reviews suggest.

The manager and the staff were really kind and attentive. The quality of the food was top notch. Chicken was flavorful and the steak was juicy and fresh. They even went above and beyond giving me a free 5 piece dumpling, and a sample of their thai tea because i have never had it before. Definitely will be coming again. You've been around for more than half of my lifetime, and you've been loved by generations of people. I understand that times have changed. I understand that food costs, labor, and everything else have become more expensive. But please don't lose sight of what made people love Wienerschnitzel in the first place. When someone orders a pastrami burger, give them a pastrami burger--not a burger with a couple of strips of pastrami. People are willing to pay for good food. They just want to feel like they're getting what they paid for. Wienerschnitzel has been around long enough to know what an American classic is supposed to be. Secondly, instead of a lightly fried egg that was still slightly runny, it was hard. Like, cooked all the way through hard. And I know it wasn't due to residual heat from the other ingredients, because it was very rubbery, the way overcooked eggs can get. I do hope this was just a one-time thing, and these are not permanent recipe updates, so I will give it another try and decide from there if I will continue to be a customer.
