Oooh yum, just what I ordered! A nice burnt crust!
    Teamarie O.

I think this place is incapable of making pizza that ISN'T burnt on the bottom. It's so disgusting, no one wants bitter and burnt crust. We hadn't eaten here in years and now I remember why. CLEAN YOUR FREAKIN OVENS.

I love this concept! It's like a make your own pizza place that gives you a delicious wood fired pizza at the end. You can pick from a small selection of appetizers - we had the pesto garlic bread, and then either choose a recipe offered or choose your own toppings. A 2 topping pizza is about $10, and a handful of toppings are available for free. My partner had the chicken BBQ pizza and I made my own pizza with white sauce, ricotta, gorgonzola, and arugula. For 2 pizzas, the pesto garlic bread, and a large drink we spent just over $30, which I think is a fantastic deal. I will say the selection process could be a little clearer as to which toppings are free, but other than that the process was quick and simple and the pizzas only took about 15 minutes. The place is clean and open, and I'd come back to dine in but also I think it's a great take out option.

2nd time I've ordered from here and they mess up the pizza. Where is the black olives and Gorgonzola? Staff needs to pay attention to orders, details and when orders are suppose to be ready. Got there 10 minutes before my order and let them know I was there. They handed me the salad and told me the rest of my 5/$35 would be out in 5 minutes. Order was suppose to be ready 545, they never called my name after already knowing I was there. Finally I had to ask again and they told me it was just sitting there. Cost goes up and service goes down. I think I'd rather have dominos cheaper and atleast they get order right.

First time in Blaze. Everyone was really nice, food was good. Only negative, tables need to be wiped down by the employees more often.

Arrive just before 11am, there was a few waiting to be seated. Pro tip: get on the waitlist using the app! We were seated very shortly after arrival. The entire space was still bright, clean, spaced nicely and the staff were hopping! As for the food - it did not disappoint! We ordered the Seasinal Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich, and The Hits Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos. The food was delicious and we left more than satisfied. Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich Million Dollar Bacon, a Jones Dairy Farm all-natural pork sausage patty, an over-easy cagefree egg, smoked Wisconsin Gouda, fresh arugula and Mike's Hot Honey drizzled on a griddled English muffin. Served with a side of Seasoned Potatoes Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos Three wheat-corn tortillas with scrambled cage-free eggs, Cajun chicken, chorizo, Cheddar and Monterey Jack. Topped with fresh avocado and housemade pico de gallo. Served with seasoned black beans. And their Project Sunrise Coffee is one of the best tasting coffee I've had. And the best part is you can buy a bag, or three of their coffee to bring home or to the office.

We stopped in for an impromptu early Father's Day dinner and, despite a busy dining room, they seated us right away and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We've probably dined here 20+ times over the years, and the experience is consistently excellent. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and arrives surprisingly fast. The pomegranate chicken is absolutely delicious and a must order. The pesto hummus is another favorite that never disappoints. Whether you're in the mood for Greek or Italian, they do both exceptionally well. The decor and ambiance create a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the live music on select nights is a great touch. The wait staff is always attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. You can tell this is a family run restaurant that genuinely cares about its guests, and that pride shows throughout the entire team. Highly recommended. Market Grille Cafe is one of, if not the best, Greek and Mediterranean restaurants in town. We'll continue coming back again and again.

I was in Vegas for two days, and I ended up having dinner there both nights. The food was fresh and flavorful, the portion sizes were generous, and the restaurant was clean and very well maintained. The service was exceptional as well. I was helped by a young woman at the counter who was kind, respectful, and very helpful. She recommended one of the bowls to me, and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be visiting again the next time I'm in Vegas

It's still mostly like Hummus Republic but now offers SIX Indian Fusion Dishes. It's a bit different than it used to be and Indian Music fills the air. I thought we'd start off by sharing the Pani Puri Appetizer because they usually are the most delicious appetizers in Indian Restaurants. They weren't made to their description on menu or even the way pani puri are in every Indian restaurant anywhere. On Hummus Club's own menu they say that the pani puri are suppose to be filled with potatoes, chick peas and onions. Ours weren't filled with that and instead had cabbage, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, and tamarind sauce. The water on the side to fill them was much thinner and less herbed than I ever had anywhere else. The biggest fault might have been my husband's build your own bowl. All the food was barely warm and bordered on being cold. I don't know if the equipment is not functioning correctly or possibly they set up in a hurry and just didn't heat up the food? Either way this is a problem. I tried the chicken tikka masala bowl. It was suppose to be served with yellow rice but they gave me white rice. This bowl was made fresh and wasn't the best but was a lot better than my husband's bowl. They also only had one person working. She made the appetizer after our bowls. If they couldn't put something in a dish that should be in a dish (pani puri missing potatoes and chic peas ) I would understand if someone cared to take the time to say something to me.
