This was our first visit here in many years. We each ordered our own pizza. We like the flexibility to choose our toppings. It was around 12:30 and was busy, but we ordered ours and were eating soon after. I really enjoyed my gluten free cauliflower crust pizza!! It was the first time I had it. The edges were crunchy. I added a crazy amount of cheese. I also liked the artichoke all over. My son had the meat eater. He really liked his. My sister ordered all kinds of toppings. Don't bother. Every time I do an online order for pickup something is wrong. Tonight i ordered a Caprese salad with a half pizza. They ran out of tomatoes and instead of telling me , they gave me a Caesar salad. I stood there waiting another 5-10 mins to finally be told the truth. It's not my favorite place it always seems like the crust is really well done and your toppings are melted but they don't have like bubbly browned gooeyness for the cheese. This location left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness, a lot of the tables had crumbs or were dirty and a lot of the chair legs looked bent and the chairs are kind of all over the place. The staff was friendly but it seems like someone could've been working in the dining room fixing that up a bit. It looked really worn down even the tables were crooked and they're bolted to the floor. It's just a really average Pizza experience we ended up here because the place we wanted to go was closed on Mondays. This blaze pizza was not busy at all and we were there right at the peak of dinner hour. It's not our first choice and it looks like it's nobody else's first choice either. I ordered on the Blaze app and tried to get my free reward which was a free drink. To make a long story short I couldn't so I resolved to ask my question in store. After arriving at this Blaze location I showed Isabel my free drink offer in my email. She stated that I have never seen that so you won't be receiving a free drink. I asked to speak to a manager but her reply was there isn't one so there's just me. Lovely attitude I have not visited any Blaze location in months because A) I wasn't receiving Blaze flames for spending money B) Edward told me to call the restaurant if there was a problem but I couldn't raise anyone after calling different times C) Iced tea is no longer offered but sugary lemonades and various sodas are. Excellent pizza if you can actually get it hot after pickup. We always have to put it in the oven at high temp and cook it some more. We've only tried the margarita pizza ( that's not the actual name of the pizza on the menu), check out the menu it's the thin pizza with the cherry tomatoes cooked on top with mounds of mozzarella spread In spots and basil! We also accompanied the pies with a Cesar salad and the squash/ quinoa salad! The pies were very tasty!! What sets them apart from their competitors is that you get a slightly larger pizza along with a thicker crust which makes for a better tasting pizza. Everything that we asked for to be put on the pizza's they did their best to make it as we asked. No detail missed, and as Edwardo was making my pizza, at every stage, he asked me is that the way that you want it. Found this place via yelp and it was pretty good. If you "create your own pizza," you can choose your crust, type of sauce and all of your toppings but there are also several specialty pizzas on the menu that may suit your taste (and you can also alter those for no extra cost). Pizzas are 11 inches each. I got the "white top" pizza which comes with white cream sauce, garlic, arugula and mozzarella but I added basil, goat cheese, tomatoes and mushrooms. It was pretty good. I got a side Caesar salad as well which was delicious though a little pricey for the size of it. I'd definitely go back to try another pizza. They have online ordering which is a huge plus. When I got to the restaurant, I only waited one minute which is how long it takes to cook the pizza (they waited until I got there to put the pizza in the oven so it would be fresh and hot for me to take home). I'm talking bell peppers, mushrooms, basil, and zucchini with a spicy marinara base. I always order my pizza with daiya cheese, although most vegans aren't a fan of this brand. I think it tastes awesome! When you're in a hurry, I'd recommend ordering online. When your order is ready for pick-up, you just mosey over to the cashier and they'll fire up your pizza in the oven. If you want effective customer service, this is not the location. I've been coming here a couple times a month since I moved here 4 years ago but had to walk out tonight. I came in around 5 and there was only one person in front of me. I stood in line for a while before being acknowledged. Although there seemed to be several staff working they more concerned about filling the online and to go orders than helping the people that were standing in front of them. I was in a hurry and didn't have several minutes to wait. One of the great things about the Blaze Pizza concept is that get your food very quickly however, at this location that doesn't seem to be the case. The staff here needs to be better trained. One gentleman walked out and asked if they needed help. Yes, they needed help! However, the others just grinned and laughed and didn't respond. That let me know that they had no intention of helping the people in line so as I said before I had to walk out. I asked her on toppings and showed me what was on some ingredients which I would not have liked. What a relief! After going to PIEOLOGY and finding out that their crust is NOT vegan, I drove all the way over to this place because I seriously wanted some pizza. Kind of happy that happened because if it didn't I probably would have prolonged coming here. Sometimes unfortunate circumstances can lead you to tasty pizza. Atmosphere is chill here. Laid back music, simple modern decor and dining area. Even though it was super busy when I came in, it didn't take long for me to get to the ordering counter. The girl who started off my pizza creating experience was very sweet and even asked if I wanted employees to change their gloves for my order upon telling her that I'm vegan! Hell yeah. I feel needy when I have to ask for the glove change but for real I don't like the thought of animal juices touching my pizza. There's SO MANY options of meats, cheeses and veggies. Plus seasonings and drizzles. I love that they offer gluten free crust, vegan cheese and they even have vegan 'chicken' now as well. I don't love that out of the last 30 visits, they have had to remake our pizza about 18 times. Typically because they burn it. This last time however, was because they gave my pizza to the wrong person. The young adults working were more preoccupied talking to each other rather than paying attention to the customers. I waited about 6 minutes for 2 employees to finish their conversation next to the dough press before I was helped. I chose my toppings and my pizza went into the oven. 15 minutes later, still no pizza. Puzzled I walked over to the pickup area and I spotted my pizza ready to be sliced. I said to the young man, oh good my pizzas out but he said no that's not yours. Yours is still in the oven. This is an online order. Ok, back to my seat I went but then another 13 minutes and still no pizza. I asked for a manager. Turns out that was my pizza that had been given to someone else. Let me see if they have vegan options. This location is very easy to get to. Right off the 215. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. I was so happy they had vegan cheese and TONS of veggies to choose from. They even had vegan chik'n! Sidenote: Pieology doesn't have vegan meats :(. The pizza was very good. The crust was thick but not doughy. The sauce was very good. And the pesto drizzle at the end really set it off. I love Blaze!!!!! But today (10/6/22 at about 12:40pm) not so much! The boy who made my pizza was so quick and distracted that I didn't even get to customize my "build your own" pizza. Then the boy at the oven was no better. He leaned on the counter area where they lay the pizza out after they come out of the oven, with his long hair hanging down in front of his face. When we repeated that our order was to go, he boxed them up and rudely slammed them down on the counter. Then he replied with just a "thumbs up" when we thanked him. read more

If I could give this location a 7-star rating, I would! I love their pizza and this location so much! Growing up in Hawaii, all I ever knew was Pizza Hut or Domino's, and for the longest time I was totally against the thin crust. The pizzas here are always amazing! The pies are individual sizes, but could feed two people if you're willing to share, and you're able to custom build the pizza of our choice. What I love about them is that they have some specialty recipes already on the menu, and they still allow you to customize those too. I always order the Green Stripe pizza, and add on a few extra toppings. I love the green stripe because it shows doesn't come with any sauce-- just good 'ol mozzarella cheese for the base. I always ask that they brush pesto on the dough before the cheese is added. Although I will never completely surrender my pan pizza crust from Pizza Hut, Blaize Pizza's crust is pretty good.
