While we don't typically like to place orders near closing (out of consideration for the business), we were very hungry and placed an order about 15 minutes before closing. Our pizza was immediately in progress based on the pizza tracker. We arrived a few minutes later and within a few more minutes, our pizza was ready. We were able to place our order and pick up our pizza before closing. The people at the location were nice and friendly. The restaurant was very clean. Haven't had Domino's Pizza in years and today we decided to give it a try during an afternoon trip to Menchies. We always see a Domino's delivery person in our neighborhood several times a week, so I got curious as to how this location stacked up compared to other local pizza places in the area. While we were at Menchies, I downloaded the Domino's app and quickly placed an order. Their app is great, easy to use and had lot of deals available to use. We decided to keep it simple and order two cheese pizzas (a thin crust and a Brooklyn style crust). The app was great to track our order, which took about 10 to 12 minutes. After stuffing our faces at Menchies we skipped over to Domino's and picked up our pizzas. Both were cooked to perfection and the order was accurate. We got home and dove into each pizza and they were really good. I didn't mind it all, especially for the price we paid for two large one topping pizzas. I'd give them a try again, most likely for pickup rather than delivery. read more

What a debacle at this location!! We tried to order for a group of kids at the park and after an one and a half hour, 4 calls and 2 visits. They finally got the order together but we had to come and make sure they made it and we had to pick it up even after they said the would deliver at one point, but they never did! Our pick up time was listed for 5:20 pm, we waited in our car for them to deliver it until 5:45 pm before going in to check on our order. When we asked if our food was ready, the team member told us they haven't even started our order and the only solution offered was to cancel our order now or we could just continue to wait - there was no offer to do anything to take care of us in any way, nor expedite the order since we already surpassed our wait time. Gave this place two tries - first try we had to cancel because it was taking so long, they said they would refund but that never happened so we had to call and deal with a painful refund process over the phone. Second try they decided that our neighbors would rather have pizza instead of us (after waiting over an hour for delivery), so we had to wait all over again for them to remake the pizza and try again. We're not even in a complicated neighborhood and house numbers are clearly displayed. A brand new location in the Northwest of the Vegas valley. Ordered online and told about fifteen minutes until pickup. Got in the car and drove over, the pizza was hot and barely pulled out of the oven right on time. The store itself is very nicely done and looks great inside. The pizza when we got home was perfect, the crust, cheese, sauce and toppings were all in good portions and taster wonderful. Call back and she informs me they're busy and she doesn't know what happened. But they're gonna make it right. They'll give me a full refund. What a joke. I ask to speak to a manager she thinks a second and says she's a manager. I inform her I feel I should get more than a cancelled order for waiting two hours for a pizza that never came. She puts me on hold to get the "general manager". She comes back and says "all we can do is give you credit for one free pizza". Pretty sure she wasn't a manager and never talked to a manager. I always order from here- at least a few times a month. Today I placed 2 orders. When I picked up the pizza I didn't count the boxes (my fault!). I dropped the pizza off at home and went to pick my son up from school came home to realize one specialty pizza was missing. Called the store- explain to a worker who told me to speak to the manager. It's not been an hour and I asked them to remake my pizza he said fine. Went to pick it up again within 10 mins and it was warm- just like pizzas are under a warmer. Told them that it's not been remade and the manager lied to my face! I'm pretty sure at this time in my life I'd no the difference from a hot pizza fresh off the oven and one that's been under the warmer.
