Who is fooling who, This concept is fast food pizza at best. I hit the door and there is 6 customers sitting and eating. There are three ladies in front of me it's 12:30. I wait 5 minutes before anyone even notices me! Manager on the pizza oven, 2 other employees one helping the three in front of me. The other stocking ingredients! The ingredient stocker finally acknowledged me and asked what I needed, I'm watching my watch we are at 10 minutes in the door. Opps she is out of pizza dough and moving at the speed of a snail! Comes back with dough and presses out one then does a second! I responded with I only ordered 1. She responded back and rolled her eyes with I known I have to do an online order too! Mind you I've been already waiting 10 min, now I say hay I'm leaving if you are making an online order at the same time! She now gives me the death stare and girl number 2 kicks in! Finishing my pizza she once again has to ask the ingredients even though she had already written down. The manager then takes the pizza to the oven! The girl 1 and 2 get together and start talking about me and rolling their eyes! Manager rings me up pizza and drink 14.00 Small pizza and I ask are you the manager? Yes why ? I tell her my experience, and express that the most important person should be the one in front of them! She then corrects me with that all orders are most important and that the online order gets mad if their order in not done the minute they arrive! So the moral of the story is I'm there waiting and the online order is not! They are short handed because of the cost of employment which they should have at least two more in staffing! The manager never moved from the front of oven my entire whole 10 minutes in waiting thus not managing the restaurant! And the guy in front of her is not feeling that his time is respected! The guy who orders on line and takes his time getting there and his time is totally respected! To the ownership, please keep under staffing your restaurant and paying the manager to unlock and lock the doors, and not managing because she's really nothing more than a pizza cook and has a set of keys. I wish I could give 3.5 stars instead of 3 or 4. The pizza was terrific. The service wasn't great. All the employees didn't seem motivated to move very fast or work fast. They didn't look like they wanted to be there, which is why it took so long to make pizzas. The chick in the fishermans's hat took over the line and skipped over me, asking the customer behind me what he wanted to order. Pretty annoying. The other pet peeve is like most fast food places, their Point of Sale system "guilt tips" the customer. Super annoying. Lastly $3 for a large drink is pretty standard, even for fast food these days, but the size of the large cups is absurdly small. I want to drink my cold beverage all the way to my next destination. Went with the wife to get some pizza for lunch. We ordered two pizzas and while they were making the pizza, flies were flying around the ingredients, and I looked closer to the containers that they were in. Some of the tomatoes were soggy, the mushrooms didn't look good and it looked like the containers and the areas around the containers haven't been cleaned in awhile. OK, the pizzas were going to be cooked so if anything was on it, it would disappear. Sat down to eat the pizzas and noticed that the floors and other areas around the drink machines were filthy and nobody cleaned the place. Food was OK, but we will not be going back. read more

I then got attitude from the workers for no reason. I was still polite I understand if someone is having a bad day but this was uncalled for don't take it out on customers. Might update review after giving a second try... but as far as wait time I will not return unless pizza is amazing. We went to the one in Menifee a couple of weeks ago. The servers had no personality at all . I even told them we were new and didn't know what we were doing. I just got a blank stare. When we paid I tried to grab some water cups by mistake, for our drinks, and they were whisked away from me and thrown in the trash because I touched them. Pizza is good for a quick bite. You can create your own pizza and add whatever toppings you like. Their lemonade is delicious. They have very good cheezy bread as well. Placed an online order this past Friday, went to pick up wasn't really greeted when we entered. Just asked name, but whatever was really hoping that pizza would make up fir it, it did not. The meat lovers pizza was missing the meat, the other three pizzas were also lackluster, dry, skimpy toppings for what I paid. Didn't heat up well the next day for left overs. He was so rude in taking my order that I was astounded by his attitude and his response to me. He continued to have an attitude whilst taking my order and he basically threw my recipes me.
