First 3 pizzas were great. Steve the owner working the pizza sauce was old, got sick. tried to reheat another piece and got more sick. Prior lifting piece of pizza you would stretch the cheese and could reheat 4 days later and be good. Owner Steve forced his staff to cook old sauce, less cheese and not care AT ALL about his customers or service. Have had this bookmarked for some years to try and just had our first chance a few weeks ago. We had the 5 cheese blend pepperoni my style pizza. It was ok but it reminded me of the pizza that we got when we went to the drive in theater back in the day. Tastes good at the drive in theater but probably not what you would think of for dinner otherwise. Also the prices seem quite high compared to the other options in the area. Would I come back? First and last time, paid almost $80 on two XL pizzas and it's the worse pizza I've ever had, no flavor at all sauce taste nasty.

This is a very busy pizza restaurant. The staff was running around truly working hard. The menu is a little confusing and the restaurant doesn't look like much. However, once you get past the aesthetics, the food is very good. The menu is broad and offers something for just about anyone including kids. I had the turkey sandwich and pizza sticks (pizza boat) and spent $20. Wow that was expensive. Frankly I was shocked by the price. Not 100% sure the food was good enough to justify the price. 5 stars because the food was definitely good and the employees were very attentive and nice despite being very busy. Where to start..... the pizza is pretty good, I had a pepperoni & a Hawaiian w/garlic bread. I also ordered a sausage & pepper sandwich. The sandwich was fair, prob won't get that one again, it was a bit dry. Service, well ..... moving on. It's a mom & pop pizza shop so don't expect much in the ambiance dept. but the pizza is pretty good. A bit pricey but what can we expect these days. My father-in-law is an old man. He called to order us a pizza and when it came time to tell the person on the phone where we lived the fella' (employee on phone) said we don't deliver that far and hung up on him (this was on speaker phone). My father-in-law called a second time to order for carry out and he asked the guy why he hung up on him and then he (my father in law) asked for the owner. The guy on the phone said that he was the owner and when my father-in-law said he didn't sound Chinese, the guy on the phone said "fuck the Chinese" and then hung up on my father-in-law again. Wow. Great service! First time here and craving some handmade pizzas. Orders the A's special had lots of yummy toppings. Crust nice and crispy. Tried the meat lovers and didn't disappoint tons of meats. Chicken wings were good, would of liked them tossed in the sauce and not the sauce on the side. I loved their ranch dressing. Owner was very nice and cashier so helpful. Hot and fresh pizza delivered to the boat, YES PLEASE! Spent the day on the lake while visiting our friends. Called it in as we came thru the "tunnel" and it was ready by the time we got down to east lake. Sent the kids up to retrieve it so we could continue lounging and what came back was much better than I was expecting! Toppings were plentiful and pizza was steaming! They offer a weird variety and I was skeptical to try the pastrami pizza, but it was good once you got past the idea of pickles on your pizza! UNEDUCATED AND DISRESPECTFULL PHONE PERSONAL I called to order a small pizza for delivery they charge $5 . Which is fine. But when I gave the lady on the phone my order she begin raise her voice stating that they can not deliver any pizza unless it's over $20. I try ask about $5 charge and she keep talking over me stating that those are the orders of the owner and if I didnt like them I can come later and talk to the owners later. So I tried to be the adult in the situation and told her ok I'll pick it up and ask her her name. She went off on another tantrum asking me if I had a problem. I responded I dont know is there. ? Then i said I just want to pick up a pizza. . She went off again stating she has the right to refuse orders and I offended her when she was trying to tell me about the delivery. She lost me by raising her voice since the beginning of the call .What the heck is going on?? This person needs to be taken off the phones. No manners. No customer service skills. Very defensive and zero communication skills. You would think answering the phone taking pizza orders was a no Brainer job but I guess this girl has a learning disability. Instead of up selling me she verbally attacked me and then try to taunt me by asking me if I had a problem. I asked her what time will the pizza be ready, and what ever she wants to discuss . We can talk about it when I pick it up cuz im on my lunch break. And i was not going to contunie listening to her yell and not let me respond. So she hung up on me. This was such a horrible experience, it makes me not want to order from them ever again. who treats customers like this. Everytime I come to visit family in Canyon Lake. I have to have A's pizza. I typically get just cheese or a topping of tomatoes or mushrooms. The pizza is amazing. The cheese they use is superb.
