Starts from sauce, they have their own red sauce and white cream sauce. You can move ahead after that. After it cook you can always ask for Olive oil or ranch dressing on side or on the top. This place is great! My second time eating at Blaze. I love that you can build your own pizza. Crust is not too thin not too thick. Crispy with a slight crunch and chew to it as well. Pizza came in 3 minutes! My daughter had the gluten free crust which was nice and thin. Fresh toppings. Not a Costco sized pizza by any means if that's what you're used to. Good individual size. Normally I love Blaze pizza but today they threw out half my pizza and my drink. I got my pizza as I normally do along with an Agua Fresca. I ate half my pizza then put the other half in a take home box and refilled my drink fully. I left it on the table right outside the restroom. I used the restroom then requested my uber. I uber was right nearby and I found that my pizza and drink were missing. I asked an associate and she said it was left there for a while, which was a lie because I only went to the restroom for a moment. They threw half of a full pizza and my full drink in the trash. All she said was "I'm sorry" over and over again. She never offered to replace my drink or pizza at all. I asked her for a replacement drink which she gave and I would have asked for a replacement pizza but my uber was already there so I would have had to pay a cancellation fee. So yeah I just lost half the pizza I paid for, never offered a replacement, and overall terrible customer service read more

My wife and I came here at the peak of the lunch hour. The place was packed. I was impressed with the system they had in place to move that many people through the store. We each ordered our own pizza. I loved the variety they offered. The portions were generous and the pizza was the perfect size for lunch. We sat down at a table and waited for our food to be finished. I went to the beverage counter and had barely filled my drink cup when they called our names. We enjoyed our pizzas very much. I'll return soon to try some of the other varieties that can be made. Overall impressive business model. Staff was efficient and strived to satisfy. Nice addition to the Plaza. This place is awesome. Great service and fun atmosphere. Some of these yelpers don't know what they are talking about when it comes to how the pizza is cooked. They cook it on the stone plate directly not on a metal sheet to get a crispy crust. And to say they don't clean what the pizza is cooked on is stupid. They have to clean the stone or else every pizza would be burnt. I got the Meat Lover pizza and it was excellent. It was cooked perfectly. Also had the s'more pie and heated it up in the oven... So far only pizzeria that has VEGAN CHEESE.Pizza was great Vegan cheese cost extra which is total bullshit.One thing I noticed they dont change their gloves when they handle meats,veggies and non vegan cheese (VEGANS BEWARE) this may also be a problem for people with food allergens..overall one of the best pizzas ive had that deserves 5 stars.
