Seriously, I love this place. We eat at Blaze at least once per week, if not more often. The staff is so friendly and remembers us each time we come in. There are so many options, but we always do "build your own" for $7.95, you get a pizza with whatever you want on it. Unlike other places, you can add as much or as little of a topping as you would like too. There are choices in dough, sauces and so many toppings. The pizza than cooks in 90 seconds. There have been a couple times where a topping runs out, but normally this isn't an issue. Great location, great pizza, I highly recommend! read more

It's decent if you don't order delivery. I have been in the store a few times and it's okay, the place it is bit dirty and the employees ate very young but the pizza was alright. My main issue is the delivery, I've ordered delivery from this store 6 or 7 times now and they mess up the order literally every time. Every single time I order I do not get the drizzles and sides of sauce I ask for. The ticket right on the box has the additions I requested, yet they overlook this every single time and it's getting really old. Wow! I had the pleasure of meeting a guy named Austin at this place. I watched this young gentleman with his two little girls waiting in line to order pizza. There was another man with him in line and I briefly saw him shake his hands. I didn't think anything of it. Moments later it hit me, he was feeding this homeless man pizza! This is the most amazing thing ever. I tried to offered him a beer, but he said he had to hit the road. I'm not a huge pizza person but I wanted to try Blaze. It's basically a chipotle style place for pizza. I ordered a gluten free crust to try it out and added onion & bacon as my toppings. I guess maybe they "blazed" it too much or something but it came out like a super thin crispy layer with the cheese also kinda hardened so it wasn't that good. After 2 slices my jaw sore from chewing it so much. My husband had salad on top of his so it wasn't that hard to chew compared to mine even though he opted for the gluten free crust as well. It reeks so you can't even dine in without wanting to gag, to be honest I don't know what makes me gag more the pizza or the smell. The service that I had received was horrible. The lady had kept screaming at me due to the fact that I had wanted 5 Build Your Own pizzas. Guessing she was the manager since she had a different color hat. Then the next girl that I had spoken with to add my meat toppings had somehow said there was a maximum amount, however it was just 3 different meats. I've been a fan of this chain since I tried them in Ft. Lauderdale. This location had a very short line when I went in and the staff was super friendly and helpful, even suggesting items that I may not have originally thought of. You can at the moment eat insider, there are just a few tables. I'm so happy that you get to customize the pizza any which way you want. After informing the staff this was my first visit they broke down the process plainly and simply. I designed a pepperoni, bacon, & spinach pizza that tasted wonderful. First time here a few days ago. I was delighted to see that Blaze offers gluten free crusts. My overall experience here was just average. i waited a long time for my pizza because someone dropped it when it came out of the oven.The cook did apologize and quickly remade my order. My husband and I had to come back here after attending an event there a couple months ago. We totally dig the custom and delicious pizzas they have for the customers to try. The girl building my pizza just kept throwing tiny amounts into the center of the pizza, leaving a 2-inch band around the outside void of toppings. I had to keep asking 3-4 times, "please add some more", throughout the entire process for every time, along with "please spread it out evenly to the end of the crust". At no point did she catch on and simply appeared to get more and more irritated at my requests. Bottom line, it was the sloppiest pizza build ever, and most unpleasant experience ever. Then when I got to the cashier with my $5 off card (from gift card), she wouldn't accept it and said the pizza had to be ordered through the app. That's never been the case at the two Blaze locations I normally frequent, and given they couldn't build a good pizza with me instructing them every step of the way, I can only imagine what my app order would have looked like. It was my first time here and I came for an Elite event and it was totally worth it. As usual, Yelp Elite events and the time to get together with great people and for me has been the opportunity to meet new friends here in soflo. Blaze pizza is awesome. What I love about this place it was you can totally tell their ingredients are fresh and you can 'customize' your pizza. Even though they didn't have Hawaiian pizza on their menu (which is one of my favorites), they did it for me and I have no words to describe how tasty that pizza was. I was surprised about how nice were the staff... young people and really good vibes from all their staff... Manager was really nice and he explained it to us the menu and all the options we had. Again, I like my fresh food and of course I love a fresh pizza and this is definitely the place to get it. Came here with a group of friends and our kids. The pizza was good but the menu is confusing. I asked what a simple salad was & they pointed to what looked like a salad bar right before the pizzas are put together. Still didn't answer my question, so I didn't order the salad. I ordered 2 regular pizzas & they were good. For the prices they charge, I feel the small pizzas should come as a combo with a beverage. Also, add some damn pricing. Great make-your-own pizza, first of is kind in Wellington. Imagine an assembly line similar to Chipotle, but for pizza. Then add about 40 additional topping options! The menu is essentially limited to Pizza or Salad. The pizza is very economic, $7.95 for all the toppings you like. The toppings are grouped into: Meats, Veggies, Cheese and Sauces. Each has a great variety. For example, Meat options include: Bacon, Meatballs, Grilled Chicken, Sausage, Pepperoni, Salame and Ham. The pizzas are very thin, nearly 12" wide. They appear a bit larger than a single-serving but due to the very thin crust, you won't have any trouble finishing a pizza to yourself. The reason for the very thin crust is due to the 3-minute cook time. This is how they're able to make pizzas on-demand without the wait. NOTE: There is one down-side to the $7.95 -with- unlimited toppings: the staff tends to be very light-handed with the toppings. For example, I like a decent amount of cheese on my pizza. Not enough were I'd normally order extra at a pizza place, but a good layer. Here you'll have to ask them for extra cheese because the default is one cup, leaving plenty of cheese-voids that, in my opinion, need to be filled! All of the toppings are well maintained and good quality. None of the toppings, including the cheese, have that cheap-pizza or fast-food taste to them. Everything appears fresh and well-kept and this comes through in the taste of the pizza as well. In short: Blaze probably isn't the absolute best pizza you've tried, but it's fresh, quick, and made of good quality ingredients. For a quick, inexpensive option, that's pretty good! Side Notes: Service is decent, but like any new restaurant, you have to be prepared for a few hiccups from time-to-time. One unique feature of Blaze, they list the calories on the menu board. You don't typically see this when ordering pizza, one of the highest calorie foods! I am dairy free due to a severe dairy allergy. This is the only vegan cheese pizza place I know and when I ordered my food, I asked for the salad to have no cheese on it. In addition, when I ordered my Buffalo chicken pizza I asked for there to be Buffalo sauce on it. Mind you, I ordered online through the app. I called to confirm that my allergy note was seen and there would be no diary- they confirmed the note via phone call. When I got there, there was cheese all over my salad, almost no cheese on my pizza and the crust was black. All I asked was for the salad to be re-made because I have a dairy allergy. The manager gave me an attitude and said he was "willing to remake it this one time" as if I had done something wrong. Then, I check the pizza and there is no Buffalo sauce on it. I asked them to please add some Buffalo sauce. The worker dumped a pound of Frank's red hot on my pizza. I told them that was hot sauce not Buffalo and the manager gave me an attitude and said he wasn't going to fix it, and that was what I asked for. When I got home I took one bite of the pizza and my lips were swollen from how much red hot was soaking in my pizza. It made me gag and feel sick to my stomach. I threw the pizza out and I honestly think I'll never crave Buffalo chicken pizza again. $30 later I threw all my food out, hate blaze pizza and their workers, and have a horrible stomach ache. read more

I'm utterly disappointed. I've been to the location in Fort Lauderdale and had a pleasant experience. I took my dad to this location on Monday in between running errands. Not only did we wait 30+ minutes for a "quick" gluten free pizza but THERE WAS HAIR in our pizza. The worst and insulting part was when I brought it to the cashier and they shooooed me away and sent me to the front of the line to speak with the individual making the pizzas. I was shocked when they questioned if here was even hair there - I offered to pull it off the pizza and give it to them. They never offered a refund or another pizza. I had to ask for a full refund. It too two employees to call a manager to receive full instructions on how to refund a customer. Bottom line - never coming here again. Talk about an epic fail. While the food is generally fresh and tasty, they have always, since opening, provided military discounts along with Police and Fire. Just learned today from cashier that Corp instructed all locations to no longer provide those Military/Veterans discounts. Very disappointing given there are many other restaurants to choose from that do such as Mellow Mushroom which is just down the street or Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza in the adjacent shopping center.
