When you get up to the counter, you pick your personal pizza crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. Within minutes, your pizza is fired up and ready to eat. Blaze is the best place to get a quick, FRESH, well priced pizza inside a Disney location. There are several places that offer quick overpriced pizza but for the cost and the taste of the competition, it's not worth it. Some of the pizza in the parks in just yuck. I think Blaze makes their dough fresh every day, it's so good! Blaze allows you to BYO or choose one of their pre-styled pizzas then you go down the line (Subway eatery style) and watch them assemble it. You can then opt-in/out of toppings if you change your mind. It goes straight into a 500+ degree oven and in 90 seconds, you've got an absolutely great pie! They do not have plates or utensils and the bathroom to wash your hands is outside the actual restaurant. but they do have napkins and someone who comes to take your garbage away. Pros: fast, as fresh as it gets, great price, custom made, offers wine/beer. Cons: no plates/utensils that I saw, no where to wash hands before eating, alcohol is expensive ($8 for 6 ounces of "draft white wine" Bottom line: We will be going back! read more

Well one day I finally decided to check it out when they offered a bogo pizza and have been back many times since that day. This place is awesome. You can choose from multiple sauces(the spicy red is incredible) and pick and choose from dozens of toppings. I prefer the thin regular crust they offer because the high rise can get a bit doughy. People need to pump the brakes a bit on this place. It's good, but it's not line-wrapped-around-the-restaurant-and-out-the-door good. The toppings are plentiful in selection, of very good quality, and you can load on as much as you want. That is really the big advantage this place has over the top local pizza places around. However, the basic pizza components of the crust, sauce, and cheese is not very remarkable. I'd much rather have a cheese or pepperoni slice at Lazy Moon, Pizzeria Valdiano, Antonella's, or Nino's to name a few. For me, Blaze is its own beast. It doesn't replace the need for traditional pizza joint. I think you really have to load up on toppings to get good flavor here. I would give it 3.5 stars if I could, however I am going with 3 instead of 4 because I think the ratings on here are too high for this place. read more

Good. Fast. Pizza. No, it's not NY authentic, but it's better than chain pizza. The crust has that good chewy consistency, and baked to perfection with the nice blackened edges. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the pies were dressed well. The arugula was such a nice touch, and I'll probably order it on everything now. The service was quick and staff friendly. This was an all around great experience. The prices are great and the pizza is super good. The service was spot on! Everyone was so helpful, and really informative. My husband did the build your own, with the gluten free crust (best gf crust in town!) it was fabulous. My son got the BBQ chicken and he loved it. I got the 1 top pizza with pesto, feta and Italian meatballs. My only complaints are that there wasn't nearly enough pesto, so my pizza was a dry, and I couldn't tell you what the pesto tasted like. Also they don't have it visibly posted on the cost of the up charge for g/f crust (it is posted that it will be an additional charge just not the amount). So I was a bit surprised that it was an additional $2.00. Other then that it was an all around good time. I highly recommend it to anyone. Quick and delicious. The line was long but it moves quickly. You can choose your own ingredients or you can order one of their specials. We had 4 different pizzas (BBQ chicken, artichoke special, cheese, and something else) and they were all great, no complaints. Kids enjoyed it too. 4 people, 4 pizzas, 1 beer, a tea, and 2 free waters for $35 total, not too bad and we were all stuffed! Salad available too, didn't try it but it looked like a good set up. This pizza place is fantastic. It's basically chipotle but with pizza. From starting the order to getting my pizza was maybe 10 minutes or less. The ingredients were so fresh and The staff was very friendly and helpful for our first time being there. The fact that they had sriracha available to put on my pizza was a win as well. My husband and I go to a lot of pizza places. This is definitely on my top 3 list. We love a good specialty pizza. The crust was superb! The topping were fresh. They give you plenty of sauce so you don't have dry bread and toppings. This was just an all around good pizza. We had to order on the app so we could pick it up. They had it prepared and ready to go in the oven when we got there so we brought it home fresh. I hope this place continues to do well. The one at Disney Springs had a line out the door.
