Uhhhhh.... What is going on here????? Honestly what to say? This location really needs to get their act together because I have never been to a more dysfunctional Blaze ever. In fact, I usually have amazing experiences at Blaze. (even the crowded one at Disney Springs). But there really wasn't an excuse when we came in and there was barely anyone in line. When we placed our order (which honestly was so simple) it must have been repeated by us at least 10 times and then the people taking our order even more than that. We ordered two one topping pizzas for us and two kids pepperonis for our kids. And I asked that my slice have the pesto drizzle. That's it. But for some reason the people taking the order and the people taking the trays and adding toppings, etc were having a terrible time communicating and a lot of errors were made. I even noticed they weren't writing stuff down on the paper that I had for so I would remind them of the pesto drizzle and I was told "you'll get that after it cooks..." Yea but... how will they know if you don't WRITE IT DOWN? And guess what never happened. Yea. You get it. I think this staff needs to have a nice get together and learn some communication skills. Slow down. Take a breath. Listen to your customers and be proactive. read more

This I my 1st visit. I'll start with the employees are very friendly and the wait wasn't that long and the price was reasonable While the pizza was good, it isn't even close to the best I've had. I realize that I'm old school but when I go to a pizza place, I want to go in, sit down and have a server. I'm not a fan of this newish idea of putting your order in then having to wait for someone to scream your name. It was like ordering pizza at a McDonalds. I've had blaze before as dine in and this was my first attempt at delivery. Would 0% recommend doing this as a delivery because by the time I got the pizza it was cold and wet. And no matter how long I had it in the oven (like recommended to reheat) it was just getting hot but it was just a soggy pizza at this point. My order was the keto crust, spicy red sauce, mozzarella, ovalini cheese, parmesan, spicy chorizo, ham, kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and pesto drizzle. I didn't like this order very much. Maybe because the pizza was not as fresh or maybe because some of the toppings I chose didn't work out together. The huge slices of ham did kind of gross me out and the pesto was a little too overwhelming in combination with the spicy red sauce though. But despite this experience, I know that if it's eaten right away and not in a car for 45 minutes then it's actually decent. Today my friends and I went to the winter park location for lunch and we got down to the toppings and guy with a choker necklace on had just grabed the vegan chorizo which has soy in it for the customer ahead of us. Then a worker with a grey shit asked us what topping we would like, and put on the sausage and asked the choker worker to put the peperoni on the pizza, as he grabes it we ask him to change his gloves due to an allergy. The grey shit worker grabes the pepperoni out of his hands and puts on our pizza. Nowing there is an allergy. I am unhappy that this accured and hope this business fixes this issue and learns allergens and what to do when a customer comes through the line with one. read more

I recently transitioned to a plant-based diet and my girlfriend is dairy intolerant. This is such a fantastic option to suit both needs. We came here last night and ordered a veggie pizza with vegan cheese. The staff were very accommodating to our needs and proactively offered to do a glove change. The price point was also super affordable at about $10 for one pizza. This is extremely reasonable, especially considering that 1) the pizza is vegan and 2) the location is on Disney property. We loved the variety of veggie options they had. They even had squash! I'd never had squash on a pizza, but it was great and I loved that they had it as an option. (FYI, this was a seasonal option, so they may have something different when you go!) The pizza was delicious. We will definitely be back!! read more

I'm so glad they brought back Keto Crust! I'm able to enjoy pizza night with my family! There is no Blaze near my house which is a bummer. I have to make a 20 min drive but it's worth it. You walk in, order your crust (and any garlic knots or salads) then your sauce and cheeses and toppings, then they bake it in a fire oven really quick! It reminds me of Subway or Chipotle with the ordering but it's cute for a pizza place. Let me make one thing perfectly clear: the ONLY place to be on Pi Day is Blaze Fast-Fire'd. Today all 11' pizzas - regardless of topping - were $3.14. I had downloaded the app beforehand but I didn't actually need it by the time I got to the register. My wait was approximately 30 minutes, but one bite told me it was well worth it. I had my doubts about Blaze - who wouldn't with words like "Fast Fire'd" in play? But my Green Stripe pizza featuring chicken, pesto, mozzarella, garlic, and no sauce was a revelation. And a delicious one! I loved this large, airy eatery and have EVERY intention of returning. Considering the more I order gets me closer to a free pie using the app, we'll, I'm gonna need A LOT of cardio to fight off these pounds. FYI - the Green Stripe came in at UNDER 800 calories! Good customized personal sized pizza for a fair price. You can add as many toppings as you like although for me since I'm vegan, vegan cheese is extra but worth it! Staff was super friendly and accommodating - even offered to put on new gloves so nothing will be contaminated since they do touch meat (highly appreciated the offer). Aside from being quick and delicious, they offer vegan cheeses AND Gluten Free crusts for anyone needing those options (disclaimer: cross contamination may happen, so it would be more for the Gluten intolerant folks). This place is not "gourmet" but if you are wanting fast pizza with unlimited toppings, and completely build-your-own, then this is is! When we arrived inside it was quite busy, but the line moved at a decent pace. The employees were friendly and helpful. We ordered the thicker crust pizza (I forget the actual term for the crust) with the meat pizza and added extra chorizo and Italian sausage, plus some roasted red peppers (the roasted red peppers were great!!!). We also ordered a side of garlic knots. The pizza was delicious for the price and my husband and I both were pleasantly surprised. The garlic knots were good as well. The crust and pizza overall were cooked great but the combination of the pesto chicken pizza flavors was just not right. Definitely a cool concept pizza place. Like the idea of getting to pick all your ingredients from dough, sauce, cheese, meat, and toppings you can customize your own pie. I went with their classic dough (they offer other styles even keto but you pay extra for it), spicy tomato sauce, mozzarella and goat cheese, pepperoni and ham, mushrooms, fresh basil and roasted garlic. There's a bunch of choices to choose from it really depends on how you're feeling. Pizza took like 15-20 minutes to cook and came out looking delicious but unfortunately the dough wasn't cooked all the way and/or crispy so that's why my ratings aren't higher. Also I ordered some dough knots which looked really good on the picture but when I got them they were totally not the same. They looked sad and meh (couldn't even take a picture of them) also flavor wasn't something I'd really want to order again. It was a little overwhelming for me, theres tons of cho. The employee was very patient with me and explained the process. I did a BYOP (build your own pizza). Went with a white sauce, monzarella and fresh monzarella cheese, salami, red onions, red pepper and mushrooms. It was unlimited toppings. The pizza ended up only costing me a little under $10. I had a blackberry hibiscus aqua fresca to drink - their drink selection is really unique. The pizza itself was delicious! The crust was cooked perfectly and the flavors melded together really well. My BF loves his traditional one with meats. The counter and oven staff were pleasant and funny and the floor staff were helpful. We were even given a coupon for a BOGO pizza. A not well known secret is they have the option for a high rise dough, SO GOOD. But usually their pizzas are very thin which isn't my favorite. They have a variety of sauce options available, from spicy red to regular to white sauce. TONS of toppings, different types of cheese and once you're done choosing the pizza of your dreams, you wait about 2-3 minutes and it's all set! The service here is always super friendly. All the employees are a pleasure to be around and happy to answer any questions. My only gripe is sometimes the pizza dough is inconsistent but I can understand when it's so busy there.
