i don't think i can give this place another chance & i am VERY hard to disappoint. this is a culmination of 3 visits, so it's accurate that i've come to a negative conclusion. first time. my buffalo pizza wasn't cut but my pepperoni one was. no biggie. second time. i got the KBar. it was floppy and not cooked throughly. no problem. maybe an off night. third time. unacceptable. i got a crimson ghost and ordered online. i got there 4 min after the promised time to be ready. when i got there not only was the host aloof, but they said they needed an extra 20/25 for my pie. there was only 4 tables and at the end of their meals. they clearly forgot. it was about 28 minutes when i got my pie. it was missing basil... and it was cold. it's like they're trying to give me bad experiences. do not recommend going here. trust me. i've tried three times. just go to lazy moon instead. regards, GTB read more

Went here with friends who claim this place has the best pizza, personally me and my bf did not enjoy the pizza AS much. Food was tasty but we aren't the thin pizza kind and a friend mentioned the dough wasn't a normal pizza dough but made from sourdough! Never had Sourdough pizza, it was OK. As for ambience we sat outside and kids were running around and screaming the whole time . It didn't bother me but did bother my friend who can get overwhelmed quite easily. So keep that in mind. As for the 2 starts our service was not the best. We went inside to let the lady know we would be sitting outside and she said in a rude tone "she was busy" keep in mind this place was dead on a Friday night. We could see her helping other customers that came in AFTER us so that was a bit disappointing. The whole time we had to repeat our order to her multiple times, drinks and food wise and splitting the check, keep in mind i'm a server so i get it, but we had to explain our simple order for 2 pepperonis pizza one with bacon over and over to her. Drinks took a while and one friend didn't receive us drink until well after we did. We had another server run our food and grab plate and utensils for us. We wanted to split an order for garlic knots between 2 checks. She claimed this cannot be done... again i'm a server and I saw she was using the same system I use, therefore you CAN split 1 item between two checks. In general I felt very neglected by her and there for took 2 stars. Overall food was not my personal favorite so minus 1 start. But the other 2 were just for bad service. read more

I've been a huge fan of Pizza Bruno for years, so it was pretty exciting when this spot opened up in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, it's been hit or miss. It's more of a takeout spot; at least it seems like they prioritize the takeout over the dine-in. Every time I come in here to eat, the food takes forever. Servers are running to-go orders and consistently forget our drink orders. Seriously -- I've had to remind them about our beer, wine or water every single time I've dined in. If it wasn't for the amazing salad and pizza I wouldn't come to this location. Last time I was here, they gave me a salad with almost no dressing and a pizza that was extremely undercooked. I must say that on previous visits, the food has been okay, so this could've been an off night. Regardless, I'll probably skip the hassle and go to one of the other locations next time. read more

My husband and I have been to this location 5 times now and have loved it every time. The service has always been great, the food is always great and we love the vibe of this place. It's super chill. We always come by during lunch, because they often have good deals and specials going on. I have tried the K.B.A.R, The Green Dream, The White pie and The Stetson as well as their speciality dessert pies and their famous garlic knots. Everything I have tried has been amazing. The pizza at this location is South Jersey-style, different from their original Curry Ford location, which serves woodfire Neapolitan style, which I have yet to visit. I came here with friends, and we ordered the 18's pepperoni pizza, which was delicious! The crust was crispy and had the right amount of sauce and cheese. I typically never finish the pizza crust, but this one was so good I finished it all. First, you must place your order at the counter, and your food will be brought to your table. We went on Tuesday when it opened for lunch, and it wasn't busy, but because they make the pizza fresh, we did have to wait a bit to get our food. That did mean that it came out piping hot though, which I loved. The lunch special was either one slice of pizza with a salad or two slices of pizza. Either comes with a drink too. Reasonable price for the lunch special. I chose to do the one slice and salad. They were out of pepperoni which was a huge bummer so we couldn't get the slice of the day. How does a pizza joint run out of pepperoni? I went with a plain white pizza. It was good but nothing spectacular and nothing I'd come back for. We got our son a slice of cheese and it was not good. It had barely any sauce, but maybe that was a good thing because the sauce tasted like canned tomatoes. Parts of the bottom of the pizza were burnt so left an off putting taste. The salad was the best part. It was so fresh and the dressing it was served with was delicious. Our server was really nice and very attentive. Not sure if I would make an effort to go back. With that said, the customer service at the college park location is severely lacking. We've experienced it before when carrying out. We ended up walking out after being sat and not greeted for a solid 5-10 minutes, while employees lingered around, seemingly not doing anything. I thought this was an opening day/week at College Park. Love the other location. The Ghost pizza needs to only be in the brick dome. It didn't setup in the ny/nj oven. One bite and the whole wet top came off. I ate 2 slices because even bad Bruno's is half way decent. I've just never had half way decent Bruno's. Counter ordering is not good. People walking in not knowing where to go is not good. HVAC not good but this seems to be the case with a lot of College Park places. Service was good. They were doing the best they could with the limitations. The hot honey wings with crispy chili oil may need less crisp chili...the sauce is great. The fried zucchini were awesome. The Brussels were awesome. I don't know. I guess they were happy with the Ghost since they served it but it seemed to need a broiler to make the meat crisp and the cheese to melt a bit better. We are big fans of the Pizza Bruno on Curry Ford, so we had to try the College Park location. While the CF location boasts wood-fired pizzas, CP opts for a thin "south Jersey" style. Another key difference is in their signature garlic knots - CF has the BEST in Orlando! CP stays true to the mounds of garlic and cheese that come with the knots, but adds the twist of frying the knots! While I still favor the originals, these are a fun variation and still very tasty. We tried two pizzas - a classic Margherita and the Ghost, which includes Grana cheese, Olli Soppresata, Basil, and Mikes Hot Honey! We loved both, but the Ghost was something so fun and different and was our favorite of the night. Hot honey is a game changer! Both crusts were extra thin and easy to eat a lot of. 2 pizzas was perfect for 4 of us! If you're dining in, keep in mind the pizzas here take some extra time as they're making them fresh from scratch in the kitchen, and the menu is a little pricier. We decided to stop by after the Wine Walk and it sure was a good option! We were seated outside and enjoyed the cool weather (it was very hot inside, so this was a plus). We were greeted by the host and sat right away. Our server was nice, attentive and more than happy to answer any questions we had and made a good suggestion. We got a plate of olives as a start instead of bread which was a nice touch and pleasant surprise. The happy hour is a great deal if you're into that ! It's a open kitchen and very "vibey" We had Geneva as our server and she was great. Awesome casual pizza joint. They just recently switched to counter service instead of full service, which doesn't bother me at all at a pizza place. Their offerings are far more vast than just pizza and knots like you'd expect at a run of the mill pizza place. Try the Brussels sprouts or kale salad- but do try the knots too, because they're pretty incredible. We had the spicy Stetson pie and it was pretty great, but even our kid's cheese pizza was quite delicious. read more

Absolutely delicious! I have been thinking about this pizza off and on for the last few weeks and am planning on stopping by during my next trip to Orlando. We called in about an hour before closing and unfortunately a few items we wanted had run out, but thankfully they had enough to make a Spicy Stetson and KBAR. When I tell you to run, don't walk, and get yourself a whole pie of Spicy Stetson... I'm not kidding! This pie was jam packed with flavor. The sweet hot honey, the creamy ricotta, and the kick of pepperoni created a beautiful harmony of flavor. The only suggestion I would add is to send to-go pizzas off with tiny bottles or cups of extra hot honey. Thankfully we had some in my friend's cupboard! I will NEVER order food from this place again. The Pizza was COLD. It was like someone ordered a pizza, didn't pick it up, and we were the unlucky customers to pick it up. It was Bad... disgustingly bad. Reading these reviews tells me that they simply messed up. It is PIZZA folks. How can any place get a pizza wrong? If I could rank this place ZERO Stars, I would have. The taste of the pizza, I cannot describe. I would recommend that they learn how to make Pizza and keep it HOT. How this place gets the positive reviews it does, tells me that the owners must hire people to write reviews or the customers are eating on premises. I am not kidding. Don't Order a Pick up Pizza from this place. Papa Johns pizza at least is HOT. Maybe learn from these other pizza places to learn how to keep your pizza's hot. Perhaps you should train your employees to ensure that the pizza is hot before giving it to your customers. And to your response as an owner of this business, show a little more empathy to a customer who experienced food product quality failure. Finally got to try Pizza Bruno with the hubs. Loved the garlic knots which were huge and the fresh garlic paired great with marinara sauce. My husband really liked the old world pepperoni pizza they offered, while I loved my white pizza with ricotta. The slices are super thin foldable. There are a lot of choices in Orlando for pizza but Pizza Bruno is near the top of the list. Their garlic knots and crispy Brussel Sprouts are AMAZING! We're also big fans of the kale salad. And obviously the pizza is the star. Interior is cute and service is always great. They're close to a five star experience but there was one major issue when we stopped in Saturday night... there were flies circling our food the entire meal.
