Advice: be honest when seating your guests that it's not just an hour to get seated, it's another hour to get your food. I literally felt like we were on candid camera while there recently. We waited 45 minutes to get seated. Then we ordered, got drink and a bread basket. Then the server just disappeared in to thin air. An hour went by and every other table in our area was waiting ad starting to squirm too. We were all wondering the same thing-where is our food??We ended up leaving, after being there for 2 hours, no food except bread. Menu prices seemed high and I found it tacky that their menu prices were not even correct, like way off. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get barbecue. Great little BBQ joint out of the way on Route 422 good simple menu, food is always well prepared my favorites have always been the baby back ribs and chicken nice smoke favor and fully cooked and tender. The service has always been good. They do have a unique item I've always enjoyed as a starter smoked jalapeño peppers in BBQ sauce you never know the heat range some are mild and some are extremely hot so it's a risk reward item but always very good. The place can get a little crowded and loud on the weekends but a friendly atmosphere lots of good memories here. I would recommend stopping in if your in the area and their open. read more

We went here for the first time on an extremely busy 4th of July. We decided to sit at the bar because of a pretty long wait time for a table. Ordered the onion ring loaf appetizer which was delicious and huge. The small order is plenty for two people. We both irdered ribs which were great the meat fell right off the bone and they were basted in a really good BBQ sauce. The service at the bar was friendly and quick and they were really hustling to keep up. I highly recommend it if you are in the area. read more

Now I lived many years in the south, so I know a thing or two about BBQ. Blazin Bills is darn tasty and decently priced. Tried the pulled pork and a BBQ chicken breast. Both were excellent. Ordered take out tonight. Ordered at 5:15 on a Saturday. Said it would be an hour. It's the weekend, so not complaining-they we're busy. Got there around 6:10. Quickly greeted me and allowed me to pay for the food. Had to wait about 20 minutes for the food which is also ok as they were busy. Where it went down hill was that all the food was cold. Not luke warm, but cold. I don't understand if I was waiting for them to make the food, why was it cold? After hearing this place was picked as a top place on east side of Cleveland we ventured out to have a meal there with two other couples. We were seated pretty quickly and didn't have to wait long. Our server was great and took care of us. Tab for two was about $50 (no alcohol). The chicken was reported as dry. The ribs were good. My pulled pork sandwich was flavorful but had some hard bits in it like perhaps it had been sitting awhile. We have eaten here a ton of times over the years. We love eating here. Go during the week or early on weekend to avoid crowds. They have a nice outdoor patio, but the service can b a bit slower out there. Food lowdown: Apps- gotta get their onion loaf! Mmmm...a half loaf feeds 4 easy. Free bread - I think they use Orlando bread co... We love the bread! Babyback ribs- fall off the bone, meaty goodness!! Now, I did get them once and they were charred too much and made the meat taste bad. They made me new ones with no problem. Add extra BBQ! Mmmmm Chicken pasta- don't do it. Sorry, but it has no taste. Get what they r good at. It's a rib (BBQ) place not a pasta place. Sides- their salads and ranch dressing are good! Corn on the cob (in season only!) is fresh not frozen. Loaded baked potato, mmmmmm! Oh, and I LOVE the coleslaw here!!! Butter a slice of bread, then pile on some coleslaw....oh yeah baby! The only way to eat it there!!! Ha! I used to love this place so much. The staff now is so unprofessional and do not care for their guests getting them in and out (wait times are insane because they take so long to take your order, bring out the actual food, and have fun waiting 20 minutes for your bill). It's like we were being held hostage waiting to pay for food that was totally overpriced. After waiting so long for the bill we went to pay at the cash register up front only to wait another 10 minutes with a line building behind us before anyone even noticed us. Mind you, this place was almost half empty at this point. Finally a hostess came up and told us our bill was on the table and we could go back and pay, looking annoyed that we're bothering her precious time partying in the back with her coworkers. She brought out the check to the counter and threw it at us (funny thing is, she didn't even know how to ring us out so she had to call someone else). Terrible attitude. Made us feel like we were interrupting they're fun in the back while multiple tables still sat waiting to leave. Completely and utterly rude. Will not being going back, but not like it matters to them seeming they'd be happier with no one there. My parents, daughter and I were ready to try out the "new and improved" Blazin Bills. We got there about 5:00 to beat the crowds and there was literally no parking, not even a handicapped space. When we asked how long the wait was, the hostess said 30-35 minutes. We decided to wait at the bar and have some drinks before eating dinner. I ordered a Long Island iced tea and when it came, all I could taste was the Coke they put in. I took it back and got a margarita, and again that was weak. After 45 minutes i went back to the hostess station and told it would be another 15-20 minutes. Finally after an hour and 15 minutes, we were seated. At the table behind us, there was a party going on with a bunch of rude drunk people and people who just thought they could their table waiting. The menu was boring. All that was offered was ribs, pulled pork or chicken. For a BBQ place, there was no brisket, sausage, or other type of BBQ. The food was ok, but nothing to write home about. I was extremely disappointed at Blazin Bills I didn't even consider it true BBQ. The horrible experience stated out with what tasted like oily soaked pickle chips that tasted like they were frozen and freezer burnt at one time. The waitress brought out bread that tasted and crumbled like it was a day old purchase. Then I got the rib and chicken combo. The ribs taste like they were boiled then finished on a grill to burn the outside the chicken was small and bland not enough sauce on either piece of meat. Besides this place being way over priced on everything the sad thing is service, they have the bodies, but this place is so poorly managed do not come on a Friday or Saturday. We counted over 6 serves and still took an Hr to get food, never got the bread the waitress asked us if we wanted, two bartenders in a small bar, two hostesses in a small area. The new restaurant looks exactly like the old restaurant they haven't even updated the menus except to put a cheap sticky note stapled to the front letting you know prices are up 5%. The quality has gone down 50%. The staff is overworked hurried and generally they don't care if you're happy or not. But again the main thing is food quality has gone down, was much better when Joyce was running it.... Seems the owner only cares about hanging around the bar trying to impress the bar customers with his days of bygone glory, buddy that ship is sealed 20 years ago Let it go... I will start by saying nothing was not edible and nothing was technically "Bad" I do not think this place would be around if not for the fact it is the only place in the area to eat BBQ that I know of. The food portions were small for the price points so basically charging more for less. the quality of the food was really nothing great it was all cooked properly but was lacking in flavor and Quality. way to much fat on the ribs and the sauce is just ok as they use open pit and add stuff to it. I've been here twice now and it's excellent BBQ. The first time, I got BBQ chicken and fries because I wasn't up for ribs. The chicken was juicy and it was two huge pieces. The second time, I did go for the half slab of ribs with a baked potato and the ribs were so good--fall off the bone, cooked perfectly, and seasoned to perfection. These days, it's most important for us to spend money with our locally owned businesses, and as someone who has enjoyed BB in the past, I wanted to patronize them during this crisis. Last night, we called in our order by phone which was taken as well as the car we'd come in to pick up. When we arrived, the staff promptly greeted us in the parking lot, practiced perfect social distancing and wore masks & gloves. They brought the food to us at our car and even handed us a couple dog biscuits for our dog in the car :) When we got home (about 20 mins away), the order was correct - the ribs were hot, the sides were great and they were sweet to include a complimentary cupcake. Packaging was excellent, sanitary - I felt safe with the entire experience and we devoured our dinners. Definitely ordering again soon! read more

This place is way overrated. Nothing special about the sauce. And the fried pickle app was no more than one pickle and cost 5.50!! I definitely didn't get my money's worth. Needless to say, I won't be back and won't be recommending this place to anyone. read more
